The front desk staff were quite pleasant, and the room had decent natural light. The bathroom drain was a bit slow, and the toiletries were basic. No major issues, but nothing particularly outstanding either.

The hotel was very clean, the room had great natural light, and the bedding was soft. The staff were friendly and gentle, and the surrounding area had all the amenities, yet was quiet and not noisy. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and highly recommend staying here.

Traveling with my 9-year-old child, the location was absolutely fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk to Haeundae Beach, and very close to the Mipo Coastal Train and Sea Life Aquarium, saving a lot of time and effort getting around. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which was super handy for food and drinks. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, with stable hot water and effective air conditioning. The WiFi was smooth throughout our stay. The front desk offered 24-hour service, communication was good, and they supported luggage storage, even after check-out, so we could continue sightseeing. There's a viewing area on the top floor where you can enjoy city and sea views at your leisure. The hotel has plenty of elevators, so no long waits. Overall, it's great value for money, very convenient for families, and it was comfortable to relax after a day of sightseeing. Transportation to all attractions is easy. I highly recommend this hotel for family trips to Haeundae.

The room was spacious and bright, fully equipped, clean, and faced the sea. The restaurant served good quality food, and the staff were warm and polite. The location is super convenient, close to Haeundae subway station, the beach, and the walking street. It's also within walking distance to attractions like the Beach Train. On the walking street, there's a WOWPASS machine for easy currency exchange and topping up your transport card. Plus, convenience stores and restaurants are everywhere. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Hygiene: Average, service was practically non-existent. Facilities: On the last day, they only refilled two bottles of mineral water, and on the first day, one room didn't even have mineral water. The hotel's location is hard to find. You can only find it if you locate the Emart first.
