Spa Hotels in Busan

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were all really professional and super friendly. The room was very clean, spacious and the view is amazing. Location is great, Taxis were easy to get on Uber. The only negative of our stay was the visit to the sauna, which was an additional charge of 55000won, which is perfectly understandable. However, the sauna was really really old and dirty, to the point of slimy. I was in there for about 20 minutes and left. It was a disappointment. Everything else was great.

The Lotte Hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Many people mistakenly think the hotel is right on top of the Lotte Department Store, but it's actually an independent building situated just to the west of it. Level B1 directly connects to the department store, meaning you don't even have to step outside—a lifesaver for shopping on rainy days! Just a heads-up: complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so make sure to bring your own. The underground walkway also leads straight to Seomyeon Station, a transfer hub for Metro Lines 1 and 2. It’s super convenient for getting to the Haeundae Blueline Park capsule trains, Hwangnyeongsan Mountain, or the Skyline Luge without braving the elements outside. The Seomyeon district itself is the heart of Busan, packed with department stores, duty-free shops, and tons of dining options—making it a one-stop destination for shopping and food. The hotel features well-maintained amenities and professional service, with its greatest perk being the seamless underground network for transit and shopping. You can easily stroll back to the hotel through the basement after shopping at the department store, and catching the metro is a breeze. It’s an ideal choice for tourists visiting Busan who love shopping. One extra tip: children under 12 ride most Busan subways and buses for free using a Tmoney card. Just be sure to pick one up at the airport, head to any convenience store, and register the child's date of birth by presenting their passport. Adults can also enjoy transit transfer discounts for up to two transfers (a total of three legs)—basically, trips are consolidated and you're only charged based on the highest-fare segment, rather than paying three separate full fares.

The room was spotless and spacious, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's in the same building as Club D Oasis and X the Sky, with direct access to the beach right downstairs. Haeundae Blueline Park is just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. There are tons of great food options both within the hotel building and within walking distance. You'll find everything from abalone porridge, pork soup with rice, seafood, and sashimi to Korean BBQ, fried chicken, bakeries and coffee shops, and Western restaurants – so many different choices! The Family Lounge offers snacks and drinks all day, and alcoholic beverages in the evening. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and there's also a small kids' play area. The hotel staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly. It was a much better experience than I expected!

It was hell... I stayed for 2 nights. First, I checked in late after sending an email, but the front desk staff was there and handled everything kindly. The common areas were very clean. The sauna wasn't hot enough for my liking, but the hot springs warmed me up thoroughly, and the amenities in the shower booth helped soothe my fatigue. However, after warming up in the hot springs and resting in my capsule... it was hot. I thought maybe I'd gotten too warm in the hot springs, but it was still hot... I then noticed that the air conditioning on the floor wasn't on... I was sweating uncontrollably and felt like I was getting heatstroke. The staff member from before wasn't around, and there was no response to my chat inquiry... The air conditioning wasn't on in the common areas either. The room temperature was 25℃ to 29℃, and humidity was 69% to 80%. Inside the capsule, there was no fan, so when I pulled down the roll blind, it felt like a steam room... I couldn't bear it and went out for a walk... it was cooler outside... On the second day, I had an errand and went out, and when I returned at night, the air conditioning still wasn't on... There was no reply to my chat or email, and I seriously considered going to a different hotel... Finally, the air conditioning came on around midnight. Normally, I'm willing to put up with things that are commensurate with the price, but I can't stand the heat... It was a shame because the facilities themselves were good...

The room was super BIG and the bed was comfortable. Overall the place is quite well maintained. There were many food choices just downstairs and across the street. But it is not near any train station so it will be better to book an uber. There was a really nice pork katsu restaurant just right downstairs, the food was fantastic. As my train was later in the afternoon, I hv requested for a later checkout or to leave my luggage for a couple of hrs. This was rejected by the host. The host couldn't communicate with me in English which was difficult.

I booked it because of the reasonable price and the interior design, and it was exactly as I saw in the photos. My only regret was that the comforter wasn't in good condition. I mentioned this to the front desk the next day, and they were even more attentive and cleaned it thoroughly. The location was also great, near Yongdusan Park and Gukje Market. I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Busan.

The room was OK, but the service was poor, especially the breakfast. Except for eggs and fruit on the first day, there was no more. I could only eat instant noodles, and the breakfast cost 150 per person.

It's a love hotel, with all that entails—the interiors and all the service are designed for a short-term stay with a woman. The hotel is located in an area separated from Biff Square by a mountain, through which only cars can pass through a tunnel, and the city center is accessible by metro. You can't reach the city center on foot.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and fairly spacious, making it suitable for a short stay. The location is very convenient and it just a short walk from Busan Station with plenty of food and shops nearby. The staff at reception were not that friendly, but it did not really affect the overall experience. A nice feature is the heated floors at night, which made the room cozy.

I chose this hotel because of its location and price, assuming I would be taking a taxi to the airport. Although it's far from the main tourist attractions, the shopping mall was convenient for dining and souvenir shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, which I think would be acceptable for most Japanese people. Check-in was also smooth.
