New Hotels in Busan

"New hotel that is in the same building as Hyatt Place. Same facilities, similar room, but cheaper. There is a little kitchen, but the cooking top is not working, and there is no dishes or pots, not even a spoon. So I find this a bit misleading. The only thing is a big fridge with freezer. Big TV but I couldn't figure out the remote controller and for me was completely useless. Breakfast is OK, but everyday exactly the same."

"It was super clean! Felt brand new, and the large windows made for a very comfortable stay. Just a heads-up, the entrance can be a bit hard to find. It was a lifesaver to have toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided! My only disappointment was finding a long, light-colored hair on the bath towel (I have short, dark hair)."

"I loved everything about this hotel! The location is amazing—so close to the metro and just a short walk to Haeundae Beach, making it incredibly easy to get around. "First time in Busan, and I saw this hotel is newly opening in 2025. The location is super convenient, really close to BIFF Square, Gukje Market, and Bupyeong Market. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street downstairs from the hotel, which is incredibly handy! My family also really loved this hotel... we'd definitely visit again if we get the chance!"

"The location was fantastic; it was easy to get around as it's close to Jagalchi subway station, BIFF Square, and Gukje Market. The front desk staff were all smiles and very polite. We arrived before 3 PM, but they offered an early check-in service and showed us to our room. The room was clean and felt like a studio apartment, which was perfect for my family to relax in. However, I had read reviews mentioning a washing machine was available, but there wasn't one, and the styler was marked as out of order. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay and were completely satisfied."

"I went on a trip with my boyfriend for a long time and stopped by the hostel on the way down! Even on the weekend, thank you for upgraded to a better room than the room we booked ㅎㅎ The bathroom and bathroom were neat and the room itself was spacious! I will visit again next time I have another chance :)"

"The room was generally clean and tidy, and the accommodation environment was comfortable. The location is a bit of a walk from the subway station, but still within an acceptable range, so transportation is quite convenient. The hotel has a sauna available, and there are popsicles outside the sauna for guests to enjoy. The only downside was encountering an older female front desk staff member during my stay whose service attitude was not very friendly (especially towards foreign guests, but she was quite pleasant with Koreans), which left a bad impression. Aside from that, the overall stay was decent."

"This was my second stay here. I chose to come back because of its great location near Jagalchi Station, making it super convenient for getting to Nampo-dong, Gukje Market, Bupyeong Kkangtong Market, and with a Daiso and convenience store right nearby. It's also new, clean, and has a lovely view from the room. There's just one drawback: you can't flush toilet paper. Even so, it's such a good place that I'd still happily return. Last time, there were no warnings or signs, so I flushed it without knowing and it caused a huge mess. This time, there wasn't a verbal warning, but there was a sign in the toilet, which was a welcome improvement. Since it has a kitchenette, it would be even more convenient if there were some cutlery available for simple cooking."

"Since it's a new property, it's incredibly clean. We could see Busan Station and the ferry terminal from our room, so the location is great. The front desk staff and security staff were all kind and pleasant. The facilities were also good, so I'd love to stay again. It feels more like living in a high-rise apartment than a hotel. There's a kitchen, but no cooking utensils or dishes. There are mugs, coffee, tea bags for tea. There's a convenience store on the first floor of the premises."

"I arrived just after 3 PM and since there was no one at the front desk, I tried to check in at the kiosk. It showed that I had two rooms booked. It seemed like the system hadn't properly updated after I canceled one room and switched to a private ocean-view room about 10 days prior. A staff member came by, was very friendly and patiently checked with the owner, which was a huge help. I felt much more at ease thanks to her wonderful smile and demeanor. The customer service deserves a perfect 5 out of 5. There are two shower booths and two separate toilets. They don't lock, but since it's a women-only floor and you need a key card to enter, it wasn't a major concern. However, for 12-14 rooms on one floor, there's only one sink. Since there's no mirror in the room, if even one person is curling their hair at the sink with a mirror, you'll end up waiting a long time. There's no trash can in the room, so you have to go out to the floor to dispose of trash. There's also no tissue in the room, so you either have to bring your own or unroll toilet paper from the communal roll in the hallway. Disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste, shower gel, and shampoo were provided. The shower rooms were very clean, and I think Japanese guests wouldn't have any issues. My biggest concern was the air conditioning. The common floor area was air-conditioned, but my room was hot. I think it was just a fan. It might be unbearable in the summer. I stayed in June, and it was hot, so I kept my door open to let the cool air from the floor into my room while I got ready. The beach is less than a 3-minute walk away. It was a really good location."
