"Everything was perfect! I'd read reviews saying the front desk staff weren't always present, but they were there during the hours I used the service. I was a bit anxious checking in as I don't speak Japanese, but they spoke English slowly and clearly, and I understood everything perfectly. (I think they might use a translation app, which is a good idea.) The room was exactly like the photos, but even more comfortable than I imagined – I absolutely loved it! I almost didn't want to leave the hotel, it was so nice. So, instead of having a break at a cafe, I brought everything back to the hotel for tea time. Because the view is just incredible! You can see Busan Tower right from the room! My kids were also thrilled with the spacious room, spending time on the balcony and rolling around. I stayed for two nights, but apparently, room cleaning only starts from three nights or more. However, they hung fresh towels on the doorknob, so it was no problem at all. I definitely want to stay here again! *Ü*"

"The hotel boasts a convenient location, approximately a 10-minute walk from the subway and bus stops. It's surrounded by many well-known restaurants, convenience stores, Daiso, and Olive Young, making it very convenient. Rooms offer direct views of Haeundae Beach and are close to several tourist attractions. The hotel staff are polite and friendly, and luggage storage is available at the front desk. Rooms are clean and tidy, featuring a living room, dining room, semi-balcony, and open kitchen (no plates or cutlery provided). Although some floors are still under renovation, the overall rooms are highly recommended."

"This place is less than a 5-minute walk from Exit 5 of Jagalchi Station, right out of the elevator. The room is very new and well-equipped with a large fridge, microwave, full kitchenware, and a front-loading washing machine. It's self-check-in, and there's a concierge on the first floor of the building. The concierge acts more like a community manager, so they don't really interact with guests, which means you have a lot of freedom to come and go. There are also several convenience stores nearby, as well as Daiso and Artbox. It's about a block away from the lively BIFF Square, and the street behind it is famous for pig's trotters, grilled intestines, and Korean BBQ. The street next to that turns into a pojangmacha (street food tent) street at night. The room is on a high floor, so it's quite quiet. The location is super convenient for shopping, errands, and dining."

"The Jagalchi market is the closest, about a 5-minute walk away. The main street in front connects to the downtown area all the way to Nampo, making it a very convenient location. The hotel is actually three hotels housed together, and the shared spaces feel like simple offices in a high-rise building. For a bustling downtown area, the maisonette-style room we stayed in was spacious. It was a bit difficult to fully open a suitcase on the first floor, but the balcony was large, and the ceilings were high – if I had to describe it positively, it felt like a small luxury apartment. The mini-kitchen, large refrigerator (with a substantial freezer compartment), drum washing machine, and LG Styler were major plusses. Since I usually stay in standard hotel rooms, being able to do laundry every day and use the Styler to dry clothes for two people in about 2-3 hours was fantastic. It meant no clothes hanging all over the room, which made for a very comfortable stay. On the downside, there were no amenities or bathrobes, as expected, but also no bath mat or conditioner. If I had known beforehand, I could have prepared, so overall, it was still good value for money. The staff, including a male staff member who could speak Japanese, were all very kind. I would definitely like to stay here again."

"This is a serviced apartment, very new and clean. We stayed for four nights in a two-bedroom unit with two double beds. Housekeeping was scheduled every three days, and we could choose the day. It came with modern amenities like an LG Styler, washing machine, built-in refrigerator, a 65 or 75-inch TV (with YouTube access), Nespresso machine, oven, and water dispenser. However, kitchenware, laundry detergent, and dish soap were not provided. It has underfloor heating, and the hairdryer is powerful, making it very suitable for families. The CU convenience store on the first floor often has buy-one-get-one-free deals, which is a great bonus."

"Just book the HLB Hotel directly; don't bother spending extra on Hyatt Place. It's the same building, the same room types, with only the breakfast restaurant being different. The breakfast is quite expensive, and the only plus is the abalone congee. Don't waste your money booking this one. The soundproofing isn't great, and there's noise from the club behind. The room had a strong odor and construction dust. If you want to be a human air purifier, then this is the place for you."

"The location is good, the public transportation is convenient and good, but the bar is noisy because it is an alley, and the cleanliness and facilities of the room are normal."

"A wonderful new hotel with excellent service and a great location. We stayed in the Cosmos room, which was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. We also really appreciated the 24-hour access to the sauna with both hot and cold pools, as well as the complimentary traditional Korean noodles available in the evening. We would definitely stay here again."

"The facilities themselves were good. There is one thing to note and one point of disappointment. Note: Since this accommodation was converted from a motel, there is no shared shower room on the 5th floor where I stayed; you have to use the shower and toilet in each room. This could be a bit of a variable if four people are staying and their activity times are similar. Point of disappointment: The biggest advantage of a guesthouse is the sense of community, so I wish the community area in the basement had been a bit brighter and had a mini-bar."

"Location: Right by Gwangalli Beach, you can enjoy the ocean view and drone show just a step away. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is super convenient. Cleanliness: The hygiene was normal. Service: Good, the staff could communicate using simple English. Facilities: The shower facilities were terrible. The water pressure fluctuated, and the hot water intermittently failed, which was very frustrating. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so there were no other rooms available for a change."
