MMsWhiteComplaint: I usually don't write reviews, but I just can't hold back this time! I booked a room for 4 nights and had to switch rooms twice! On the first night, before going to bed, I discovered the window wouldn't close, and a cold draft was blowing in. The hotel maintenance came to fix it for an hour but couldn't. They said they'd move us to another room, but the front desk actually called us and told us to pack our bags, come downstairs, get a new key card, and move ourselves. This was after 10 PM, and there wasn't even an apology or any assistance offered. We ended up in a corner room, and they said the hotel was fully booked, so we had no choice but to accept it. The second room change happened because my booking was split into two separate reservations. I communicated with the hotel at check-in and during my stay, asking if they could accommodate us so we wouldn't have to switch rooms, even offering to pay for an upgrade, but they refused, citing full occupancy. So, we had to check out before 11 AM, store our luggage, and then check in again after 3 PM. Pros: The hotel is relatively new, and the location is convenient. Cons: 1. Cleanliness is subpar; there were urine stains on the toilet. 2. Service is poor, practically non-existent, and they lack service awareness. 3. I was moved twice, staying in three different rooms, all of which were corner rooms. I had booked deluxe or superior room types, and I'm unsure if there's any particular reason for this. Overall, my experience was very unsatisfactory.

YYanchaThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to Jagalchi Fish Market, just a one-minute walk away. It's about a 10-minute bus ride to Songdo Cable Car. Getting to Haeundae is quite far, costing around 20,000 Korean Won by taxi, or over an hour by public transport. A taxi to Busan KTX Station is about 7,000 Korean Won. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and they provided a full range of toiletries, including toothbrushes. The front desk service was excellent. Next door is a traditional Korean spa, and guests staying one night can get a free voucher from the front desk to use it. This Korean spa is similar to a large Japanese bathhouse in terms of facilities, but the overall atmosphere is different. It has several large pools and saunas. I only went once. The area around the hotel is a bit chaotic since it's next to a market. Overall, it's a very good hotel.

AAnonymous UserSuper convenient! I chose this hotel because I planned on using public transport and needed to catch the KTX to Seoul. The location is excellent, the room size is just right, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The room also came with a fire extinguisher and mask. Breakfast was decent, and there's a Starbucks and convenience store right downstairs. The high-speed rail station is literally next door, a one-minute walk, perfect for early morning trains!

Sstev.changI stayed here for one night in the Ocean Classic Double room. The location is excellent—it’s only a 3-minute walk to the metro station and perfectly situated between Haeundae and Gwangalli. The view is stunning; you can see the famous Gwangalli Bridge through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is well-equipped, and having a washing machine in the room is a huge plus for longer stays. Overall, the room was mostly clean, though I did notice some stains on the comforter. The front desk staff were very welcoming; even though their English wasn't perfect, they went out of their way to help me. It was a nice experience overall and definitely great value for the money.

Kkathikun1990The location is great, close to Nampo subway station with many restaurants nearby, and also a short walk to Nampo-dong and the market. The service could use improvement; the front desk staff seemed expressionless. Breakfast was very monotonous, with not much to choose from. The ocean view room was indeed nice. There's a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, but prices are a bit high, so I recommend going to the Lotte Mart supermarket on the B1 floor across the river for groceries. Getting to Seomyeon by subway takes about half an hour, door-to-door. You can see many seagulls from the bridge in front of the hotel, and Gamcheon Culture Village is only about five or six kilometers away, so a taxi ride there is quite cheap.

RRonnnnnnLocation: 5/5 Room Size: 4/5 Cleanliness: 4/5 Only a 3 min walk to Haeundae Beach & a 5 min walk to Haeundae Traditional Market. It's spacious and has a minimalist interior design. But the room has no other facilities, like a water dispenser, toothbrush, LG Smart Wardrobe, or clothes iron. Room cleanliness is good. There is no smell from the bathroom, and everything is acceptable. To access the hotel, you will pass by GS 25 & CU convenience stores and enter the Seacloud Hotel elevator to Lv 4 and transfer to another elevator to your room. Don't be surprised that the building has another hotel called SeaCloud Hotel; you are in the right hotel. Overall, this hotel is a good option if you want to stay near Haeundae Beach; it's super convenient to get food in the hotel's surroundings, and the bus stop is close to the hotel too. Perhaps the only thing that I find inconvenient is you need to get twice on the elevator whenever you go out or come back to the hotel.

TTaiThai0509Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat. Clean rooms and good locations are easy to find, but a staff that remains calm, empathetic, and proactive during a guest's medical emergency is rare. They turned a potential vacation disaster into a manageable situation. If you’re traveling with kids, stay somewhere like Crown Harbor where the service isn't just professional—it’s genuinely caring.

GGuest UserSituated directly in front of Gwangalli Beach, the hotel's location alone is enough to make it truly satisfying. The room windows offer breathtaking ocean views, and it was incredibly convenient to wake up and head straight out for a morning stroll along the beach. I particularly recommend the ocean view rooms. Being able to relax to the soothing sound of the waves put me in a fantastic mood throughout my entire trip.
