Excellent location, very friendly owner and front desk staff. We had a pleasant stay for two nights and we will return there for another 4 nights in a couple of days.

ایرانی ها حتما نظرم رو بخونن✌🏻 When you arrive in Istanbul and Turkey, you’re immediately faced with the local SIM card policy, where all operators only sell 3-month tourist SIMs at a price almost 10 times higher than what local residents pay. This gives you an early sign that you might end up spending more on this trip than expected! In the markets, you’ll also notice that some of the prices you see aren’t always realistic or consistent. Now let’s talk specifically about hotels. Prices are generally high, and unfortunately, most affordable options look nothing like their promotional pictures once you arrive. But let me share something very important about my experience at this hotel. I booked a double room for 1,100 TL per night in a very safe and central neighborhood of Istanbul. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. To my surprise, the room looked exactly like the photos — clean, well-organized, with lively colors and all the essential amenities. The bathroom was spotless and very functional. I highly recommend not wasting your money on overpriced hotels. I found this one with a very reasonable price and truly excellent conditions. An absolute gem!

I stayed at Zoom Hotel during a long layover in Istanbul, and it was exactly what I needed — clean, comfortable, and super convenient. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were very kind and welcoming, even helping me arrange transport and giving helpful tips for making the most of my short time in the city. The room was spotless and modern, with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom — ideal for getting some proper rest between flights.

The apartments require an extra charge for cleaning. 80 euros. The glasses were dirty. The smell in the apartment is strange. Until you pay, they do not send you instructions for checking in. They did not contact you on WhatsApp until you paid for the cleaning. I had to connect trip.com support to get instructions for checking in. There is no bottled water in the apartment, we had a late check-in, so the stores nearby were not open, I was very thirsty. I had to look for where to buy water. For that kind of money, the service is a C.

Not very good or bad, a average hotel, room width was beautiful. Cable internet was written here but it was not.

新裝修，各項設施符合公寓配置，洗衣機、廚房設備等齊全，雖然我們沒有自己做飯，周邊是居民區，生活性價比較旅遊區高，酒店有班車去往塔克西姆廣場，喜歡在那附近city walk的可以優先考慮。

it was excellent for me as the room size was just right,breakfast is the same type but delicious nonetheless, service was great and staff were very nice and polite, amazing honestly will book again even though it takes about an hour and a half to get to the touristy areas like hagia sophia for example.Shopping mall enhances convenience in purchases and food court within it has many affordable options.

Firstly, the location is very good Sabiha Gökçen metro with Max 20 minutes. The hotel is very new, staff *** and they haven't been in contact with sincere, recommending and informing inside. The rooms were very new and still smell construction. The location where he was found is built high skyscrapers. The view is good. I chose a room with a shady. I liked everything with a thoughtful kitchen, TV and inside the Netflix programs were great with a single word of inner design. We are thinking of resettlement at the end of construction. With health 🤗

Great location very close to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi palace. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but cosy. It was also clean, comfortable and secure. A fridge with complimentary bottles of water each day was also included as part of the service. The breakfast selection had a lot of healthy options. Overall, good value and a comfortable base for sightseeing around Sultanahmet. This hotel is recommended.

The configuration of the Hostel does not have an elevator, but it is more than clean. Just turn two alleys on Independence Street, which is very convenient. Turkish breakfast with fresh pancakes! The staff and guests are very friendly and helpful. Great value accommodation in Istanbul!
