Clean room with bidet closet, free use washing machine, walking distance to yu garden, staff can not speak english, but willing to use their phone to make translations, even willing to help buy food in the restaurant next door because we can not use delivery apps.

It was very worth the for 4 night stay. Breakfast was very excellent, tasty and delicious deserts, you can have any food type, drinks you could get. Service were excellent, such as receptions, they are easy to communicate in English compared to how difficult it can be to understand people at China. The location itself is very perfect. There is a nearby mall only 1 crossroad ahead you can get anything you like at there such as Starbucks, Subway, Pizza hut, KFC, Supermarket, Mcdonalds, and the metro is only few walks away which is SUPER convenient for us to transport. Also if you're visiting the Shanghai Disneyland they will transport you there without any charge. When we arrive in Shanghai again, we will definitely come back next time. Thanks to the staff members for excellent service.

Such a pleasure to stay in this comfy and clean hotel. It is quite close to the MRT station and is accessible to many other attractions. The surrounding is quiet and beautiful with lots of eateries around. Will stay again in my next visit.

Absolutely loved my stay! Creative design for the solo travelers! got everyone asking where is this place when i posted my room on IG!😁 Location was also 10 points the URSIDE hotel house of Gryffindor!💅 The daily 1 free cup of drink of choice adds 100 points just knowing my coffee awaits me 2m away from my room! Although asked ”please sir! Can i have some more? For free” ”MOREEEE?” Unfortunately wasn't their reaction! Anyway Highly recommending!

Amazing service. The counter staff and housekeeping crew are friendly. There is a laundromat provided and they helped us with it we did not have a valid Mainland Chine phone number for using the laundry app. They even refused our tip and were so kind. Rooms were clean. Plenty of food nearby. The only thing that can be improved on is probably the brightness of their corridors which can be a little dim. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel with a convenient location close to Nanjing Road. Just a few steps from People's Square Exit 14, but if you have large luggage, I recommend using Exit 15. Overall, the room is comfortable and cozy. Breakfast consists mainly of Chinese food with limited options. The staff does not speak English.The hotel name appears on AMAP is different.

We booked this place for its relative proximity to Disneyland and airport, compared with if u booked a hotel in the heart of the city or near the Bund. We liked the place, very clean room, nice breakfast, comfortable beds, laundry room available, and very friendly staff. The owner is also very friendly. They helped to book a 6 seater car for my family of 5 to the airport for free! (Normally cost rmb100)

The service in this hotel felt as if I had booked a Diamond rated hotel!! Everyone was so polite, super friendly and willing to help at a moments notice without even having to ASK for help! From showing my mom and I our room, helping with luggage, super accommodating with shuttle bus for Disney, and always near with our “taxi” issues (which, they were so patient and understanding while dealing with rude people!). The food was good, for me personally though, I easily get sick so the porridge, rice and vegetables were great options! Although perhaps there needs to be a bit more variety I will say, the tea service was fantastic!! Overall, everything was excellent! 😊✨👌

Vicki at front desk was superb! Excellent location. Rooms are great. Actually took a suite with separate room for a week so I could see clients in private. Booked again with a smaller room when it was just me. Only improvement, please give spoons to make morning coffee and a little bit more in the gym would be excellent. Suggest some rubber bands, yoga mats, 3x kettle bells & fix the rower machine, if you did that, this would be one of the best hotel gyms in Shanghai near this price point.

The hotel service is warm, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a prime location, the room cleaning staff is also very kind, the front desk sister is also very enthusiastic, the room price is also very affordable, cost-effective! I got a comfortable and pleasant stay experience, there are fireworks, breakfast variety, a high proportion of parents and children staying in the room. The room soundproofing is very good and it is still very quiet
