Very nice hotel for early start at airport. Staff all amazingly helpful and especially many thanks to Ahmed Anwar customer relations manager for assisting me to check in on-line for my flight. Thank you sir.

The biggest worry when the travel plan changes is the hotel reservation. This time I split it into several parts, and it was finally smooth, but the hotel price changed a lot. At that time, time was urgent, so the price was a bit outrageous. But I still managed to book it.

The location is very convenient (the scenery along the Nile River is very good :), the room is clean and comfortable, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is rich and delicious! I especially like the rooftop swimming pool, the view is amazing ~ the price-performance ratio is very high, highly recommended to friends who come to Cairo! The hotel is in a good location, by the beautiful Nile River, about 2 kilometers from the city center. The room is clean, there is no toothbrush, disposable slippers, and the plug needs to be converted to European standards. Most hotels in Cairo are relatively old, so don't be too demanding, just be happy staying here 😊

Everything is good , my fligh is late at nigh i ask for late check out , but they refuse i ask to pay for that but they refuse , so i make booking for 1 day but i just use the room for 4hours and half Then meet friend there he ask for late check out same of my request but they accept with him , but with us no So dont like this thing spefial have women and baby

Great location, right in the heart of Cairo. We were taken to a high floor and had such a great view of the Nile River and the city that we didn't even have to climb the Cairo Tower. The concierge was able to help us with things outside of that hotel, such as asking us to contact the hotel we would be staying at the next day, which is indeed a five-star hotel. The restaurant we used was also delicious.

Picture perfect hotel, it was my first night in Cairo, and I didn't even realize at the time how good I had it. Compared to other properties, even other Marriott group properties this one is above and beyond on food and service. Location is beautiful, they awarded me early check in and late check out. As a Titanium Elite they upgraded me to a beautiful room, though I did use a suite night award for it, but it was epic. Room service was very nice, indoor pool and outdoor pool very nice. Indoor pool is amazing just beautiful, feels like your swimming somewhere very unique. The spa facilities can use also the sauna, jacuzzi (many options) overall a great hotel, and would definitely stay again in Cairo. Wish I stayed longer. I will share to all my families and friends

Very professional 5-start hotel in the center of Cairo. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have all the information and assistance you need! We had a nice view of the Nile. Restaurants at the hotel are very good. Will come back again!
