Really had a nice stay at Hotel101 Fort. The room was clean and everything in it. The staff were so accommodating, polite and helpful. Will definitely book again whenever we need to stay overnight in BGC.

Hotel Location is good, staffs are polite. the only problem is that when we arrived at the hotel for check in there is no available room yet for us and we need to wait like almost 1 hr before we got to our designated room. But all in all we enjoy the experience ,MOA is walking distance from our hotel,near 7/11 and jollibee. Very convenient for us.

Rooms little spaces and dark. Too many security gets me little uncomfortable. Anyone didn't service our luggages to deliver our room (because our 2 kids slept and we would like to help anyone) Advantage is near ninoy airport T3 and that has shuttle bus that will deliver to the bridge and walk to T3

Its really a good place to stay i stayed here for 3rd time but i just dint like what happen in the restaurant we come down there to eat breakfast but i forget that my room i book not included breakfast we enter the restaurant told my room number then the staff say nothing then when we are about to take the food they stop us why not stop us in the door before we proceed its annoying and disappointing

The hotel is convenient for travelers that will be leaving the Philippines soon via the airport. You should arrive a day or two before your flight to do last minute shopping at the nearby SM Mall of Asia (MOA). There's also a small supermarket near the hotel going to the LRT station if you don't want to go all the way to MOA. You can iron your clothes at the 5th floor lobby. I'm not sure if it's the same on other floors.

To be honest the stay was good! The room is clean! The staff is friendly and helpful! Early check in was not possible which was kind of disappointing after our arrival from the airport at 07:00. Manila is just not very attractive! And we had a smoking room next to us - so we had to change room in the middle of the night and then our room got smaller without a minibar and a misconstrued shower! All in all was it good! We stayed in the room nearly the whole day!

Wonderful stay!  From the moment we arrived, we were impressed.  The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed.  The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a lovely atmosphere.  We'll definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at Pacific Bay Grand Suites The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any requests. The location was perfect—close to [Robinson's Manila , making it easy to explore the area. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was spacious enough for two people and clean. All basic amenities are ready for you, including slippers, hairdryer, toiletries, kettle, and there is a water dispenser machine (hot and cold) on each floor. The location is easy walking distance to the shopping mall and restaurants, convenience stores etc. The staff were friendly and the breakfast is different each day. Rooftop has cool view of the city. Would recommend to stay here.

The room appeared clean, but upon entering, I was hit with a bad smell. On the other hand, the location was extremely convenient, close to all the areas I wanted to visit. However, our experience was marred by poor service. Upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. The reception staff on duty was unaccommodating and intimidating. I believe that working in the hospitality industry requires a high level of customer service, even on difficult days. If someone is unhappy in their role, it's better for them to leave rather than jeopardize the company's reputation with rude behavior. Unfortunately, this lack of service continued throughout our stay. No one helped us with our luggage when we departed, unlike other hotels I've recently visited, where staff were eager to assist. I also noticed that most staff members didn't smile, and it seemed that they provided preferential treatment to foreign guests. In terms of amenities, the hotel needs to improve its swimming pool. We were surprised by how small it was, contradicting the hotel's description of having both a swimming pool and a children's pool. In reality, there was only one tiny pool. So, some of my relatives didn't even bother swimming due to the crowds and limited space. In terms of food, my family stayed there for two days, and I noticed that the breakfast options lacked vegetables. It's essential to include vegetables as a choice. This hotel’s restaurant don’t cater to vegetarians.

Value for money is excellent. Location is outstanding as it is nearby a mall and various foodchains/restos. The cleanliness is very good as the room is well-organized, with complete toiletries and smells great. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for all types of travellers.

Budget friendly hotel! I've been to Red Planet a few times already and I always love my stay 🥰 The staff are very accommodating and helpful, they always give you a big smile 😊 there are 24 hours guards on duty, 7-11 is right there at the ground floor and the Robinsons mall is just a walking distance as well as the US embassy and St. Luke's. I had a great time staying, I'll be back soon 😉 super duper satisfied! ❤

Location was the best part for this hotel Near MOA, you can ride EDSA Bus Carousel and nearby mall and restaurants, staff were very helpful and friendly. The only bad part is if you're not a smoker, you can smell smoke from hallway down to elevator, you can request for a non-smoker room but the smell of smoke still lingers. I booked 1.7k per night so you get what you pay for, good for 1 night stay like for concerts or you have a late night flight but not for staycation. Water is limited per night of stay.

We had a great stay at The Selah Garden. The room was spacious. Our kids enjoyed their pool. All of their staff are friendly and courteous. From check-in to check-out no issue and quick. The included breakfast was good. The only problem was their pillows. We asked for an extra one, but its kinda thick and not that comfortable, ended up not using it since it hurts my neck. Overall stay was great. Still would recommend to friends and fam.

From the outside looks of networld Hotel and casino, you would know that it’s already an old school hotel (Interior as well). But the service is great, the room is nice and also, it comes with 2 breakfast buffet already. Which is I think, very affordable for its price! Will definetely book again using this app. Very useful

Our small staycation was simple yet the basic needs are met in a hotel as a first timer to book via trip.com (Nov. 23-24, 2024). They were able to cater to our needs immediately from checking-in which only took 5 minutes to be endorsed to our room, breakfast, even some room concerns (such as a clogged toilet, etc.), until checking out. Upon entering the room, everything was provided on the cork wall for the directory, menu, and all. WiFi has no password (only QR) but it was fast. The lighting was cozy and romantic. My partner and I were so relaxed all night. There was a water dispenser outside the room and you have your own set of pitchers and glasses inside the room to refill a lot instead of constantly going out and in. There was also a cooler which is a big plus. Outside food is okay as long as it is consumed inside the room and not on their rooftop dining area. Their bathrooms are clean, no hairs, clean towels, and hangers. I love their 3-in-1 shampoo-conditioner-soap but I still used my own shampoo and conditioner since it kinda made my hair frizzy and hard to comb. Nevertheless, it smells reallyyyyy good. There were lounges and chairs to relax on the 8th and 10th floor and on the rooftop. The pool was a bit cold so we did not opt to swim but it looked clean. The food was at par. Their prices are reasonable. Serving time and amount was adequate. My partner was a Muslim but they catered his needs by serving non-pork meals. Coffee was an unlimited refill. If you include breakfast on the package in the app, there is an option to upgrade to a buffet by adding 249 pesos per head. But for me, the options were a bit little so I didn't opt for it and there are a lot of pork meals which my partner couldn't eat. But here's one thing, their garlic rice is superb! The only cons we observed was that the cable on the tv is loose so sometimes we have to adjust to resolve the signal, the safe box was not functioning, vehicles can be heard from the bustling buendia avenue, and moving or rocking chairs from the floor above can be heard. Nevertheless, our overall stay here was cozy and simple. We will definitely visit again esp if the other side of the hotel is done. Thank you for giving such a wonderful and relaxing experience with my partner.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel on our anniversary just recently. Service was outstanding, the room was perfect for me, my wife, and daughter, we enjoyed the view as it was facing SM MOA Eye and San Miguel by the bay or strip, walking distance to malls (SM MOA and S Maison), Ikea, a nice church, and many more. We highly recommend this hotel for any occasion.

Good location in the heart of Makati. Surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Nice friendly staff. Good aircon and ample hot water in the bathroom. Water pressure is great. Nice comfy bed with comfortable pillows. As a suggestion it will be cool to have a minibar and a chair to sit in the room. At least a foldable one. There was no bath mat or any sort of mat in the room which is highly inconvenient after a bath. Other than this i had a great stay at this hotel. Recommended

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and had a wonderful experience! The check in process was quick and smooth. The room was cozy and just the right size for one person, making it perfect for a short stay of 1-2 nights. I felt comfortable during my visit. However, I do want to mention that the soundproof could be better, so finger cross that neighbors will be nice guys
