My second visit to Hotel 101 – Fort was just as enjoyable as the first, with a few pleasant surprises. The hotel maintained its excellent standards of cleanliness and modern amenities, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. This time, I had the chance to try their breakfast, and it was fantastic! The variety of dishes, freshness of the ingredients, and overall quality made it a great start to my day. While service was generally good, a bit more efficiency at the front desk would make the experience seamless. Overall, Hotel 101 – Fort continues to impress, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, great location. The area is not congested like the other hotels around Manila. Few minutes walk away from Mall of Asia. There's also other malls and restaurants nearby. Good security, courteous attendants and crews, always greets you with a smile. Pool is inviting, you should try it at least once. Many food selection for breakfast. Our room has a view of the city, beds are comfy, aircon is working neatly. We loved our 2 nights stay. Thanks Hotel 101.

The hotel is in an excellent location if you have a long layover and do not want to stay at the airport. The hotel is busy, and there is a lot of security. The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. However, the rooms are old and not very clean. This does not correlate with the price. In my opinion, it’s not worth the price.

Arrived in the airport with their own transport service already waiing, in the hotel itself waited for more than 30 mins just for check in. Hotel itself is old and hallways smell moldy and musty. Elevators and hallways not airconditioned. Room given was far from elevators so expect to walk a few minutes if not choosing to be near lifts. Room itself was old and small, 2 double beds with small bathroom. Expect to meet cockroaches. Overall not recommended

Front Desk Staff is approachable and friendly. They have this tag that says ”Cleaned and Sanitized” on the toilet bowl and the two slippers. The room is big enough for a couple like us. It has a separate room for the wardrobe. The room that was booked doesn't have a window, I just wish there was. It looks also like a maze. You have to familiarize yourself with your room. Eurotel is easy to find, has a lot of near convenience stores, and it is just right in front of Robinsons Place Manila. Easy to book a Grab car/taxi.

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

Booked an overnite stay again for my family but this time i was disappointed that we were given a room with only a queen bed for a family of three. I believed that even you checked-in late nite from a delayed flights, there is a room waiting for you whether you showed up late or not. But to my surprised, we were treated with a cold shoulder from the staff. My wife can’t setttle but pissed me off for non stop complaining at the front desk. Tired and want to rest from week island hopping, all i want is to have hot shower and sleep. No worries, i still like to come back to your hotel inspite of that experience. Hoping for the best service next time.

Smooth check-in with the help of a staff member at the reception. They have a separate reception area inside the Birch Tree Hotel building. They allowed me to check in 30 minutes before the standard time, which was great. Upon entering the room, it smelled nice. They provided shampoo and toothpaste, and there was even a hairdryer, which was a plus for me. Additionally, there was a microwave and a kettle. Unfortunately, they only have a regular TV. It would have been great if they had a smart TV, but the good Wi-Fi connection made up for it. I loved the unit I stayed in because it had a balcony. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was excellent, featuring a rain showerhead with good water pressure, plus they had a bidet. My only concern was the bedsheets and pillowcases, as I’m sure they weren’t changed from the previous guest. I noticed long hair on the sheets, and they were wrinkled. During the night, I also spotted small roaches roaming around when it got dark, so I had to keep the lights on all night. Additionally, the staff outside the corridor were quite noisy and inconsiderate of the guests. On weekends, you can also hear the bar karaoke from outside, which can be disruptive if you're sensitive to noise. Overall, it was a good stay, and I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration. Thank you!

The hotel is generally good, but the receptionist was quite disappointing. Her name is Cyril. I had booked a Deluxe room with a view of Manila Bay and paid online, so I expected my room to be secured as I have communicated with the hotel multiple times about it and even indicated my request upon booking. After traveling on a 22-hour flight to the Philippines from another country, I was excited to see my room facing Manila Bay. While I was busy with my three pieces of luggage talking to the bellman, another lady arrived as a walk-in guest. She went to the reception desk before me and booked a regular room. I overheard Cyril, the receptionist, upgrading this lady's room for free to a Deluxe room with a Manila Bay view. After Cyril handed the key card to that lady, I approached her and reminded her that I had paid online and booked a Deluxe room facing Manila Bay. To my surprise, she informed me that the last room intended for me had been given to the other lady. She didn’t apologize at all. Additionally, she overlooked my booking and only gave me a key for one night instead of the two nights I had reserved. Once again, she didn’t apologize. Throughout our interaction, she never smiled, was very unresponsive, and failed to make eye contact with me, which I found quite rude. She didn't offer to assist me or explain the breakfast arrangements or any basic hotel policies. I felt overwhelmed and cried in my room because I was exhausted from the long journey and felt I had been treated unfairly by Cyril. I hope the hotel takes the time to address this issue with the receptionist and provides her with proper training in hospitality, or she could become a negative asset for the hotel.

It is a hotel with excellent price quality ratio. The staff is extremely friendly and available. The rooms are modern and functional. There is even the topper above the mattresses! The room is cleaned every day. The tower's roof is very well-organised, with various locations to cook, if you want. The hotel is huge, so it will be easy to be satisfied. The outdoor neighborhood is not the best, but it is not their fault, all Malate and Ermita are not very much. So it is great when you come back, having such a comfortable hotel.

Though it is categorized as a budget hotel, it exceeds in performance: (1) It uses keycards to swipe for entry at the elevators; (2) Its elevators are amazingly fast & efficient; (3) The rooms are spacious. Well-partitioned spaces; (4) Separate bath & toilet; (5) Change of towels & make up bed, though by request, are being done considerately; (6) Hot & cold water available on both bath & toilet; (7) Robinson’s Mall is a block away; (8) 7 minutes walk to SLEC; (9) Very accessible with plenty of transport options to choose from. Philippine Rabbit Terminal Avenida to the hotel costs Php 170 more or less via Grab; (10) Customer care is of high quality. Staff so polite especially its housekeeping team. Very fast check in. Only there is extra cost for early check in; (11) Plenty of hangers; (12) Presence of fire extinguisher, sprinklers & alarm; (13) Presence of extra chair; (14) Spacious luggage desktops. (15) There is parking space with extra charge; (16) Spacious hallways, lobby, play activities, cushioned seats; (17) Accessible light switches & big desktop in between twin sharing beds Downsides are: (1) Airconditionjng units must have regular maintenance cleaning; (2) Tiles need extra scrubbing; (3) Accumulation of water in bathroom drain ways

Value for money is excellent. Location is outstanding as it is nearby a mall and various foodchains/restos. The cleanliness is very good as the room is well-organized, with complete toiletries and smells great. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for all types of travellers.

Stayed at Hop Inn Hotel and it was like finding a hidden gem in the city! The rooms were cozy, the staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the local spots. Staff 💯 friendly and helpful, Staff A+ Rooms to noisy if want good sleep on the same of life and also all 25 above. Issue with bed sheets, unsightly mark when pulled cover back, the quickly them. But had to change rooms ..01 due to noise to the other side, which was great ..05 but water burster in bathroom, about 30 mins into another on 26th floor, but after 10 mins the humming from multiple outside air con units, plus thin glass, then add the vibration of the music from the roof top bar, that wasn't going to be a good night, off another back on 23rd floor - the shower drain wasn't draining. So rooms stay on 24th or below floors and the same of the lane way and should be fine. Staff were amazing.

Low internet wifi connection,sometimes,No internet at all. Very long time response if you call at front desk,..sometimes it takes time to contact... If you request for cleaning, need to follow-up, cant be done in 1 request.. Even if you ask for official recieot, bcoz of my last day was paid in cash, in all I stayed for 5 days..they dont automatically make a reciept..you will wait in how many hours n need again to follow-up ...

Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a budget stay.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Clean and comfortable room Rooftop bar and pool area with amazing views. Close to some incredibly food Good breakfast Cons Very slow lift system

I have no complaints. Every single one of their staff was so kind, they always greeted me with a smile. This place became “my home” for 21 days and it definitely has a special place in my heart. There are lots of restaurants nearby, that’s a plus. When I visit the Philippines again, I’ll definitely come back here, even if it’s just for a couple of days.

We had a great stay at The Selah Garden. The room was spacious. Our kids enjoyed their pool. All of their staff are friendly and courteous. From check-in to check-out no issue and quick. The included breakfast was good. The only problem was their pillows. We asked for an extra one, but its kinda thick and not that comfortable, ended up not using it since it hurts my neck. Overall stay was great. Still would recommend to friends and fam.

Our small staycation was simple yet the basic needs are met in a hotel as a first timer to book via trip.com (Nov. 23-24, 2024). They were able to cater to our needs immediately from checking-in which only took 5 minutes to be endorsed to our room, breakfast, even some room concerns (such as a clogged toilet, etc.), until checking out. Upon entering the room, everything was provided on the cork wall for the directory, menu, and all. WiFi has no password (only QR) but it was fast. The lighting was cozy and romantic. My partner and I were so relaxed all night. There was a water dispenser outside the room and you have your own set of pitchers and glasses inside the room to refill a lot instead of constantly going out and in. There was also a cooler which is a big plus. Outside food is okay as long as it is consumed inside the room and not on their rooftop dining area. Their bathrooms are clean, no hairs, clean towels, and hangers. I love their 3-in-1 shampoo-conditioner-soap but I still used my own shampoo and conditioner since it kinda made my hair frizzy and hard to comb. Nevertheless, it smells reallyyyyy good. There were lounges and chairs to relax on the 8th and 10th floor and on the rooftop. The pool was a bit cold so we did not opt to swim but it looked clean. The food was at par. Their prices are reasonable. Serving time and amount was adequate. My partner was a Muslim but they catered his needs by serving non-pork meals. Coffee was an unlimited refill. If you include breakfast on the package in the app, there is an option to upgrade to a buffet by adding 249 pesos per head. But for me, the options were a bit little so I didn't opt for it and there are a lot of pork meals which my partner couldn't eat. But here's one thing, their garlic rice is superb! The only cons we observed was that the cable on the tv is loose so sometimes we have to adjust to resolve the signal, the safe box was not functioning, vehicles can be heard from the bustling buendia avenue, and moving or rocking chairs from the floor above can be heard. Nevertheless, our overall stay here was cozy and simple. We will definitely visit again esp if the other side of the hotel is done. We chose this hotel for the location since the event is in SMX MOA. We arrived earlier than check-in time but the front desk staff allowed us to check-in since there was an available room already. We also appreciate his assistance in printing documents (2 pages only). Rooms were well appointed and provided basic amenities. We were given a room with 2 queen beds and we were very comfortable. Breakfast was simple yet sufficient. We particularly liked the egg station. All hotel staff were friendly and pleasant.

My stay at the hotel near SM MOA was fantastic! The location is super convenient, surrounded by fast-food options, and there’s even a hotpot restaurant right inside the hotel. The combination of accessibility and dining choices made the experience so enjoyable. Overall, highly recommended!

It is relatively near Sakka-gai, and you can reach the nearest convenience store in about 10 minutes on foot, but when you enter one back alley, it is dim and there are only one or two food stalls. * It feels like a landscape. There is no place to eat nearest. The hotel has a bar with music performances and a sauna, which guests can use for free. I think it's very good for those who are afraid of killing time or going out at night alone because the hotel is safe. The room was quite old and I offered a change in a smoking room (not specified), which smelled quite tight, but I couldn't change it because it was full. The corridor also smells quite, I think this hotel is hard for those who are concerned about the smell of cigarettes.
