We stayed at Sita resort for a week
We had a room near the restaurant and front desk. The accommodations were clean and the room had all the amenities of home including a romantic outside bath. The grounds were kept up the pool was sparkling And of course the beach that was only a few hundred feet from our room was amazing
I would highly recommend this resort
Nice hotel, good atmosphere, clean rooms, cool air, delicious breakfast, with a variety of choices. The hotel is located near Mu Ko Petra National Park.
It was a good stay but the WIFI connection got disrupted throughout our stay till will checked out today. Other than that, they should increase more indoor games like carrom, chess etc. The buffet breakfast was overall satisfactory but the can be some sugar control on the Thai Milk Tea. Will consider coming in future. Very courteous and respectful staffs, kudos to them all.
They really fulfill my request by allocating my room beside the walkway, which you able to see partial seaview. And the hotel staff here are super friendly. Especially Aon and Hna from the pool bar and restaurant. They make friend with us, make us feel more welcomed. Aon make a really good cocktails. I like the blue long island tea and bird of paradise. Overall the room is super clean and comfy. Is just 3min walks to the beach and restaurant. The breakfast is super nice, and you can get ice cream too. The hotel should give the 2 staff a good thumbs up and rewards by making hotel guest stay happily.
Facilities: Let's talk about the advantages first: The hotel has an unbeatable view, a small beach, and the cliff restaurant has a beautiful sea view, where you can see the sunset. The room terrace is huge, and the bath water is large and comfortable. But it may be a little old because it is not maintained carefully enough. The floor of the room creaks, the bathtub looks dirty, the faucet has rust spots, the wash basin is not easy to use, the distance is far, and it is a bit difficult to wash your face. It is not fixed well, and there will be a bad smell. The bathroom is too cramped, and you will feel that there is no place to put your legs when sitting on the toilet. The bathroom has no door, which is also very inconvenient.
Hygiene: The bath towels are stained, the bathtub looks dirty, and the rest is okay. There are incense in the room.
Service: The restaurant is too expensive, and the menu is small, there are not many choices, and the taste is also average. It is not recommended to dine here.
Environment: The surroundings are very desolate, and there are no activities in the hotel, which is not fun. Monkeys often visit, and people can only hide in the room when monkeys come. Friends who like quiet can come to experience it. If you like to play and live, you should stay at Pattaya Beach!
We had a fantastic stay at the Resort which was very conveniently located close to the jetty landing. Being situated at the end of the Sunset Beach, it was less busy and expose to the general public, making it rather private. We had to change the room the first day due to a plumbing issue in one of our rooms. The resort was also very accommodating in changing the 2nd room to a ground floor unit as I’d suffered a knee injury prior to the holiday. The daily buffet breakfast had wide choices and something to look forward to even after 4 nights. Kudos to the ever helpful receptionists and Boy who was super helpful and informative. Will definitely be a choice of stay again.
The staff will pick you up from the pier and it's free. Upon arrival they will tell you the rules.
Room is big and spacious, the only thing not good is the water pipe is leakage. The floor is quite oily and I almost fall down for few times. Other than that hotel facility is good, got a welcome drink upon arrival. Free snorkelling glass and kayak.
Breakfast is good too .
Forgot what's the name of the staff at the breakfast bar, but the curly hair boy did a great job serving the breakfast.
The environment is very good. There are many fish on the beach, and you can go snorkeling directly. The hotel has transparent boats, kayaks, snorkeling equipment and life jackets, which can be borrowed. The service attitude of the staff is very good. Especially a female employee in the restaurant, who is very kind and enthusiastic. I like her very much. It's a pity that the room I was given is the top room, and the view is blocked. There is also a swimming pool in the room, which is very small and useless. The most important thing is that there may be too much chlorine. My child went down for half an hour and came up with red spots all over his body, which was very itchy.
When you stay at Ten Moons Sunset Villas in Koh Lipe, you'll be near the beach, within a 15-minute walk of Ko Lipe Pattaya Beach and Sunset Beach. This beach villa is 0.5 mi (0.9 km) from Sunrise Beach and 0.5 mi (0.9 km) from Koh Lipe Walking Street.
This villa offers bellhop services and designated smoking areas.
The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Stay in one of 15 guestrooms featuring flat-screen televisions. Rooms have private furnished balconies. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Bathrooms have showers and hair dryers.
Every once and a while you enter a property that transports you to another plane—certainly physically, more than likely emotionally, and possibly even spiritually.
Serendipity delivers on all fronts. The ocean-view villa made me pine for loved ones, as I initially felt guilty for experiencing such a property by myself. I imagined my folks opening the shuttered windows and gazing out at the sunrise each morning. I wished my niece and nephew were sitting on the villa-wide balcony, keeping me company. Yet as the days passed, I fell comfortably in love with being alone in such a magnetic space.
Steps from the most intimate, private stretch of Sunrise Beach, Serendipity balances up-scale bohemia with laid-back sophistication.
The owner, fortunately, is also a chef—noted in each dish served. Welcoming and gregarious, he was approachable without being overbearing.
Honeymoon—yes. Intimate anniversary—absolutely. Elderly parents—possibly a challenge due to the inclined stairways. However, anyone healthy should be able to navigate the surroundings easily.
Low season was a dream…
Thank you, Serendipity.
X,
Sam

RReen NadzimIf you’re looking for a place to truly relax and unwind, The Chevalley Beach Resort is a hidden gem. The entire resort gives off healing, peaceful vibes; perfect for a much-needed escape. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality really adds to the charm of the place.
One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast; simple, hearty, and full of that home-cooked feel that’s hard to find these days. You can tell everything is prepared with love.
Highly recommend if you want a resort that feels personal, peaceful, and truly rejuvenating.

GGuest UserPleasant. We arrived late at night..there was no front desk at 12+ midnight..we didn't call up earlier to advise our late arrival too.. a room key a flash light and a simple note placed on front desk is surprisingly more than enough to make us felt welcomed and thought for. thumbs up.. The place is beautiful and calming...Simple breakfast was served and all is good..Would definitely return..
AAdawiyah HassanI had an amazing stay . The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and comfortable.. The hosts were incredibly friendly and provided excellent hospitality. The location was strategic, with easy access to nearby attractions. The facilities were complete, the rooms were spacious, and everything was well-maintained.
