A comfortable stay in a Great location in middle of the city surat Thani !
The hotel is newly refurbished with comfortable bed and amenities. It’s closed to the riverside and night market with lots of delicious food! I stayed there for 1 night before going to Koh samui and would definitely go back again next time.

The hotel is properly clean. The blankets were prepared as swan-like shape which is quite romantic for couples traveler. Yummy snacks, great location, can easily gets to many restaurants nearby.

This place is a gem! Clean rooms, nice bathroom, great wifi (on my second stay it improved a lot). I would recommend this place to anyone, I did two (1) night stays here when I was waiting to catch a ferry or flight and both times I enjoyed my stay here! Would be good for couples or families as there is a cafe inside the hotel. 7-11 nearby within walking distance. No complaints from me in this place. Will stay here again in the future.

At first, I was impressed from recerption. The service was very good. I spoke beautifully. Informing details clearly. 10/10. The room is clean. There is a cafe in the hotel. Out of the hotel door, cross the road and find a flea market, but I'm not sure if there's a flea market every day. There's a lot of food. There are shops, 7-Eleven, and a drug store. I'll definitely use the service again.

OOksanaMaluThe place is surrounded by greenery. There are mountains around, a river nearby where you can swim. The house is spacious, without air conditioning, but with a fan. Very cozy restaurant on the territory, the view is gorgeous. Breakfasts are good, buffet. We really liked it, and so did the children. Monkeys, birds, lizards around.

GGuest UserYou will have amazing views from the room and the truth is that the staff is very attentive and always eager to help.
What I didn't like is that the photos do not match reality and the Risort is still under construction, it has great potential but it has many things to improve, the bed is not comfortable at all for the price paid, the decoration of the room It is very basic, it does not make you feel like you are in a superior Risort which is what you see in the photos, you will have the views, but do not expect great comforts, then it is built on a cliff and the hill to go to the exit of the Telita hotel hahahaha I find this difficult for older people, even though I believe that if it were home they have a golf cart in which they took our suitcases that could be used**** to help the elderly.
Another good thing and I recommend yes or yes is taking the boat from the hotel to the small island next door, it is 3 minutes but it is an incredible place that you cannot miss if you go, they also offer the option of renting a motorcycle, which is super good because you already pick it up from the hotel and when you leave you can leave it right there. That saves you the trip to another motorcycle agency of which there are a thousand!
In short, I recommend it because the stay, if I compare it overall, was good but don't expect great luxuries.

Pizza fab day or night. Happy hour G&T was a welcome offering. Varied music around the pool gave a good happy vibe without being over the top. Loved you could walk into the sea on soft sand. Mall/ bars/restaurants on doorstep.. short walk outside Resort entrance. Close to airport so some air noise when flights arrive/depart. Did not notice after 1st day. Tip. Mozi plug-in is a must in all of Asia. Friendly beach vendors. All ages hotel.

The above part of the room, such as the table top, the bedside will not be cleaned as long as the air conditioner is empty. Breathing room found a worm two big spiders toilet floor ant hotel is the most terrible is breakfast I have never seen so many flies breakfast from small to large, some of the open-side food at the poolside is not covered with plastic wrap and flies directly You have to keep looking at your own dish, or you have to keep an eye on your own dish. Otherwise, the sliced bread is placed on a shelf against the wall. It is easy to see that the ants are too disgusting to run. There are many flies in the room. The ants are too collapsed. There are only one or two waiters in the room. There is no smile. No smile may be because they are more tired.

He arranged a seamless airport transfer, ensuring we arrived safely at the villa without any hassle. Upon arrival, Eldor greeted us with genuine hospitality, even helping with our luggage.
The villa itself was **huge and fully equipped**—spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed. We stayed in the **Honeymoon Villa** on the second floor, which offered breathtaking views and total privacy. Eldor took the time to thoroughly explain every facility in the villa, including the **fully functional kitchen** with a microwave, stovetop, and other cooking essentials—perfect for preparing meals at home. The attention to detail was impressive: complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and toothbrushes), fresh towels, and even pool towels were provided.
The highlight was undoubtedly the **private infinity pool**—large, clean, and overlooking the sea. Whether swimming at sunrise or under the stars, the pool was pure bliss, with no disturbances and complete seclusion. The villa’s air conditioning was powerful (a lifesaver in the tropical heat!), and the floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the living room allowed us to admire the pool and ocean views while lounging indoors.
What amazed me most was the **flawless cleanliness**—not a single insect in sight! The entire property was meticulously maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Eldor’s villa surpassed even high-end chain hotels in terms of quality, privacy, and value for money.
Without a doubt, this was my **best villa experience ever**, and I’ll enthusiastically recommend it to friends.

Highly recommended, especially for people who want to enjoy the nightlife.
The room isn’t very luxurious—just a simple one—but the location is unbeatable, which is why I still recommend it.
You can hear all the music from the rooms, and there’s direct access to the beach and pools right from the room.
The music is great, but it’s a shame you can’t leave the air conditioning on when you leave the room—that’s a big downside.
The shower pressure also isn’t great—when using hot water, it starts weak, then gets strong, and keeps switching back and forth.
According to the hotel staff, this happens in all the rooms, which is another drawback in my opinion.

GGuest UserThe staff were so friendly and helpful at the hotel-some don't speak English very well so the communication is sometimes difficult for more complicated issues but on the whole it's fine. The food and drinks are lovely and the rooms are clean and spacious. The view is beautiful and the hotel is located in a nice area with a few attractions nearby. It's close enough to Khao sok national park that you can get there however, you will have to pay extra for taxis or use a bike (this can be tricky if it's raining though). If alone then this can get expensive.

AAnonymous UserI had bad experiences in this hotel. Staff hotel tried to open my room at 6 am in the morning!!!! He knock the door too loud and use a spare key to open the door. I heard this happen and shocked that ***! is he doing. He said it was wrong room??? WHAT? but it was early in the morning!!
The next day, a housekeeper open my room again without knock the door and don’t see that I put ”No Distrub” sign hang in door knob. (This was around 6pm) I was resting. She said she forgot to bring me a new towel when she clean the room…
This was not impress at the hotel staff at all. I have to review my experience and I will not go back to this hotel again anymore.
