The sea view room faces the sea and the vision is very good. The surrounding environment is also good, the problem is that the hotel is a bit old, it seems that it has been missing for a long time. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to a three-month-old Antarctic Zhongxu Pavilion, the Guangdong boss, it is worth a try.

We had an excellent week long stay at The Veat! It is a family owned hotel that feels exactly like that when you are there. The owners Fernanda and Nicolas were very friendly and always accommodating to our needs. I even got to ride Nicolas' bike! My wife is a vegetarian and staying here made it so much easier. Breakfast and lunch were great but what stood out the most was the service. The staff composed of Alejandra, Martina and Javiera were always extra attentive and helpful! They even brought food to our room when we needed. Alejandra was incredibly patient and never got tired of my never ending questions and gave us amazing recommendations. Excellent location, good food and overall a great place to stay in Puerto Natales!

The service was great and professional. We stayed only for 2 nights to go on the boat tour to the antarctic. I'm really happy towards the end where we checked out but we were allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we explored the city for the last time. The young staff, didn't catch his name, was very helpful and assisted us with ordering a 🚕. Only downside would be the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, but aside from that it was great.

Great hotel. Beautiful restaurant and lobby area. We ate dinner which was very good. Breakfast was also good. No complaints. Staff great esp Joaquin at the front desk who helped me get tickets online for TDP Park entry. Coming back in a week and staying again. FYI the parking is out front on street. We found a spot but looks there us lots of free street parking elsewhere.

Hotel Big Sur was the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. We stayed here the night before we took the bus to Torres del Paine, and the night we returned from the multi-day hike, prior to our flight back to Santiago. The hotel is a small boutique hotel with small hostel-style rooms with limited accessories, but the rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything you need to rest up before and after your hike. The rooms do not have a TV, but who needs to watch TV when they could be out exploring the town? The hotel will gladly store your luggage while you hike, just keep in mind that this is stored in an open area, consider bringing a chain lock for all your bags if that concerns you - we did not have any concerns that anyone would take our bags. The hotel serves a hearty breakfast, including eggs and sausages. It is a short 2-block walk to the bars and restaurants of Puerto Natales. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the main proprietor speaks excellent English. I have rarely experienced such excellent service or kind generosity at finer hotels in the US or Europe. We will recommend Hotel Big Sur to all our friends who travel to Patagonia, truly an excellent experience.

Hotel Las Torres and their entire property is privately owned, yet inside Torres del Paine National Park. I chose the all-inclusive program, so started out with a shuttle transfer from Punta Arenas. About 45min south of Puerto Natales, we stop for lunch at Cerro Negro Ranch where we toured the family's historical home as well as the barn where sheep sheering and baling are performed. Great way to break up the 4.5-5hr drive to Las Torres. Just after checking in, we hit the Excursion desk to select activities for next two days. The first was guided hike up Cerro Paine to view the towers, and the second was a full day tour of the park all the way to Grey Glacier if opting for the boat ride. The all-inclusive dinner wasn't available in the dining hall, so we ate in the Pioneer Cafe at no charge. Not an issue for me, as I don't like to dine past 7pm, nor heavily at that meal anyway. Food was excellent there as well as the dining hall for breakfast. The view from Pioneer puts the massive mountain just south of the towers in full frontal aspect. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No seating in-room, but didn't miss it. There are seating areas where coffee/tea is available self-serve all day in the room buildings. If you're not a hardcore trekker (opting for tents, cabins or hostel) and appreciate creature comforts, stay in this marvelous hotel while taking in the sights of this spectacular place!

La casa cómo tal es hermosa, muy bien conservada y muy bien remodelada, calefacción y espacios muy agradables. Las fotos son fidedignas. La habitación es agradable, acogedora y confortable. Con una cama que tenía vista a las Torres. El baño limpio y también con calefacción. El desayuno delicioso. Definitivamente espero volver a Puerto Natales y volver a hospedarme con ellos.

La casa cómo tal es hermosa, muy bien conservada y muy bien remodelada, calefacción y espacios muy agradables. Las fotos son fidedignas. La habitación es agradable, acogedora y confortable. We stayed four nights and we were still wishing we could stay longer when we checked out. This place is gorgeous. The rooms, the bar/lounge, breakfast area and even the entry area are all exquisite. Rooms are huge. Our second floor room had a sunny large window seat perfect for relaxing with a book and/or drink. Breakfast included eggs (the omelette!!), yogurt, cheese, meat, fruit, and more. Every staff member was courteous and professional. We were treated so well through our stay! We had had difficulty finding a way to do the Fauna Trek but (special thanks here) Scarlett found us a guide who drove us and accompanied us (hike can only be done with a guide) for a very reasonable price. We recommend you stay at the hotel and include this hike. Then, spend a relaxing evening in the lounge! Finally, we enjoyed hearing about how Erkka and David brought this place to life. It’s an amazing story. Treat yourself to this place!

Breathtakingly Gorgeous, At the first I was arrived at parking lot, I thought I am making the wrong booking. But when I entered, it's relief looks very nice living room, and then when approach to the simple lobby, wow, the reception is very friendly and very helpful. She walk with us to the room, and wowww, the view is spectacular. We book for 2 night here, I am a bit regret, why not just stay for 4 night here ?? The location is a bit far from the city, but it's wort it, I will love to come back if I visit Punta Arenas again The Design of the room is amazingly gorgeous, full of arts, same as at the living room, there is a museums too Strongly recommend all type of traveler to stay here, it a MUST

Andando sempre via molto presto la mattina non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione ma la signora che gestisce la struttura si è sempre offerta di fornirci una colazione da portare via, con panini, dolce, succhi di frutta e persino un termos con te o caffè caldi cosa che, durante le escursioni a piedi nel parco, ci ha fatto molto piacere. Veramente molto gentile, inoltre le camere sono pulite e arredate con gusto. Il parcheggio è a fianco della struttura, ed è libero. Un altro vantaggio è quello che la stazione dei bus si trova a pochi minuti di distanza a piedi. Nei dintorni ci sono anche un paio di ristoranti, comunque il centro città è a 10 minuti a piedi. Lo consiglio, anche come prezzo.

We came to Puerto Natales to board a cruise to the fjords. Puerto Natales is a small town with this end of the world, oceanic vibe, and it is at an easy drive to Torres del Paine National Park and two crossing points for Argentina. The hotel is located just outside the town, right in front of the ocean. It is a flat structure where each layer/floor merges in the surrounding environment, giving you this sense of shelter from the elements, like the water and the wind, that here can be powerful. The hotel has a good restaurant on site, comfortable large room, and a very efficient service.

Hotel Los Navegantes has decent rooms, a great lobby, a great included breakfast, and centrally located in Punta Arenas. The cost was affordable for a decent, comfortable, and clean room and the breakfast was great. If you'd like to customize a breakfast item or eat something not at the buffet, you can ask the staff and they'll be happy to help out.

Since my arrival everything went wrong, because they had not available the individual room I had booked and paid in advance enough and for the first night they gave me a double room, The one that found to have 2 beds of ananas if it is that from 1/2 place each and that I saw forced to accept not only because I had already paid it, but because at 5 a.m. they would pick me up from that hotel for the Paine Towers excursion and I couldn't change it anymore.... I returned from the late night excursion and I found a new room even worse, because in the bathroom neither washing handles nor shower worked, from where only a water screw came out and they have no staff to fix anything, so they didn't give me any solution... after having forcefully passed a second night of terror, at first hour ”I changed from hotel”!!! In summary this hotel reminded me of those who appeared in the cable program ”Hotel Without Stars”, Because it is very badly maintained (particularly bathrooms), floor tables crush each step, walls look paper and listen until someone sworns in another room, heating cannot be regulated or shut off in each room and the The hotel is very comfortable and it is very comfortable. There is no doubt a hotel for nothing recommendable, from which I literally ”got off”!!!!!!!!

When I arrived I was a little concerned since I just left the Sheraton in Santiago and this was a small quaint cute property but the room looked more like a hostel, there was no fridge, microwave or blow-dryer. Generally, I assumed that single room would imply that I'd have a king bed but it was just a twin. Ok, the positives: super nice staff, I asked if they could store my food since I didn't have a fridge and they were happy to accommodate. The breakfast was included but limited hours 7-9am however they offer to pack a lunch if you have an early exit and I utilized that on most days that was very nice. The staff was super friendly which made up for the bed situation, they were glad to be of service when I asked for directions and recommendations. The property is very well located to all attractions. The wifi was great. There was always someone cleaning and they all look happy to be working which is pleasant to see. Knowing all this if you're ok with a subpar room I would support this business, if you need something a little nicer there is dreams by the water.

This place deserves 10 stars out of 5, its perfectly located, very close to the bus terminal, super market across the street, the host is super friendly, really lovely decorated place, PERFECT BEDS AND SHOWERS, good breakfast, luggage storage when you check out later, walking distance to everything, I don't think you can find a better place to stay in Punta Arenas. Probably one of the best places I stayed in Patagonia!

I stayed here a total of 3 nights - 2 nights before my Antarctic cruise, and 1 night on the way back. I really liked this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. Both rooms I was assigned were fantastic. Spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. Lovely large bed. On the way back they gave me a massive apartment-sized room - crazy! The service is top notch once you get to the hotel. Reception and restaurant staff are fabulous. The hotel is right across the street from Unimarc - a large supermarket and very close to restaurants, souvenir stores, and the main town area and shops. I want to thank the hotel for being flexible and preparing me a hot meal that was ready in my room when I arrived after midnight. I had a late flight coming in and room service closed at 11.30pm. I arranged for them to cook me a meal and have it ready in my room at 11.30pm. This was a lifesaver! I very much enjoyed my stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. There were a couple of things that could have been improved: 1. It is very hard to get into contact with the hotel before arrival. They only respond to emails half the time. That being said, their concierge staff always responded to my emails and were a big help. Big thanks to Fernando from Concierge and Felipe from Reception who helped me greatly when I didn't get any response from the General Reception team. 2. The hotel is extremely busy and the lifts took a long time to arrive on some occasions. One of the lifts also broke down on one day and the wait was even longer. 3. Gym opening times - they have a great gym but it closes early. I think on Sunday they close at 9pm. It's terrible. For a hotel like this, they should have the gym freely open till midnight. Overall I think they did a wonderful job and provided great service on arrival. It was a great stay, thank you.
