"Location: This InterContinental Indigo hotel is excellent. The moment you walk in, the fragrance is lovely. The location is superb, right by the intersection of Zhongshan Road, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Taxis are usually under 20 yuan for most destinations. It boasts a super nice sea view, directly opposite the 'Yujian Xiamen' ferry terminal, where you can watch ships passing by. Service: I was looked after by Coco, our butler, who was very enthusiastic and professional. She responded instantly to any issues, contacted us a day before check-in, and communicated frequently throughout our stay – polite without being intrusive, and highly professional. The front desk staff and bellhops were also polite, promptly opening car doors and proactively offering assistance. Facilities: The facilities show a slight age, but the bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness is good. Housekeeping cleaned promptly every day. The hairdryer has strong airflow, and the air conditioning worked perhaps a bit too well! The bathroom fixtures also show some age, and the lighting in the shower area was a bit dim, but the water pressure was excellent, making for a comfortable shower. The toilet is electric, and the towels were clean and fluffy. Dining: The restaurant is decent with a great view. The set meal for two was just right, with a little left over, and it was a very cost-effective meal for a five-star hotel."

"Our stay at Seaview was very satisfying overall. All the staff, especially my butler, were incredibly accommodating and had excellent attitudes. We didn't find the room damp at all. Aside from being a little smaller than expected, everything else was great. The kids had a fantastic time in the pool, and the beach right outside, Huangcuo Beach, had really fine sand and clean water – much better than I anticipated. The food was decent, nothing spectacular, but tasty nonetheless. A special mention for the Shacha noodles at breakfast – they were delicious! We stayed in the Insect Family Room, and even though the balcony didn't open directly to the pool, it was still very close by."

"Came to Xiamen with my child for their birthday, and it was a very satisfying stay. The location is superb, with a food street, park, and beach right downstairs. The on-site parking garage is very convenient, and there's a pool on the rooftop. Special shout-out to the front desk lady, she had a round, cute face and always smiled and greeted us whenever we came in or out. They thoughtfully allowed us to check in early and decorated the room for the birthday, which made my child very happy."
