Although is an international brand hotel, the neighbourhood do not have international brand mall and not neat to famous city spot. In room facilities such as TV do not provide international channels Breakfast food quality do not meet the expectation examples cold cut and cheese very low level.. Iasked to the chef to prepare an omelette that was not good enough. By the end Conrad as international brand in Xiamen do not meet foreigners customers expectations.

Great stay in the Andaz Xiamen. Located right next to shopping mall and a nice neighbourhood that you are able to fulfill your needs and travel to other parts of the city. Just not quite glamorous regarding the interior of the room itself (but the other parts of the hotel interior is great). Worth try.

It was the best hotel in Xiamen, beautiful deco and elegant architecture, fabulous wellness centre. Staffs are very nice and helpful, top notch hospitality service from the team. Room is incredibly stunning, beautiful wooden floor matching with the blue couch, super comfortable beds, elegant marble bathroom with premium amenities. My favorite will be the Peacock Alley Lounge, wonderful ambient and design, hightea is heavenly taste. Breakfast is great and quality with lots of options. I would definitely come back to WAXM.

I’d come back to Xiamen just to stay in this hotel! The amenities are great, the wellness area has sauna, cold warm dip pools, and an outdoor pool. Design and details of the hotel are top-notch. Dyson hairdryer, Diptyque soap, different complimentary activities throughout the week and day. The room is very clean, the service staff attention to details are great. Went there to celebrate our birthday and anniversary, and they even gave us a handwritten card. Very sweet. Will definitely return to this hotel if I visit Xiamen again.
