The overall layout of the room is very good and gives people just the right feeling. The computer is a 3070ti which is very fast. You can play any game with your friends. There are snacks and drinks in the refrigerator for consumption, and they are not expensive and you don’t have to go out. When you are tired from playing, you can just lie down on the bed. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on. The transportation around the hotel is convenient and it is very convenient to go out for a meal with friends. I heard that there is a Mingfa nearby. I went to have supper and drink beer with my friends in the early morning. There were many people and it was lively. I recommend staying here!

我是一名回國短期旅行的遊客和遊戲新手，因為慕《黑神話悟空》的名第一次入住電競酒店十分期待。住宿總結：遊戲設備和體驗好，服務品質可以提高。 優點： 酒店位置方便，周圍商圈吃飯、逛街出行便利。 房間空調足、製冷快，遊戲設備和衞生狀況好（有濕巾、耳套和水供使用）。 第二天在電梯口碰到貌似保潔阿姨對方主動打招呼讓人感到親切。 第一天保安大叔在電梯故障情況下、幫忙提行李箱到2層。 管家在我離店後發來在房間遺留（其實是我不準備拿走）的物品照片，有點令人驚喜的“額外服務”。 缺點： 前台小哥（x2）冷淡，雖然能處理問題但是不夠從客人方面考慮和靈活。其中一位小哥似乎和微信管家是同一個人。在我向管家反應《黑神話悟空》不付費不能直接玩、想要換投影房間時候、管家給的答覆是阿姨已經下班投影房間不能打掃出來。背景：我是遊戲新手，我在登記時候問前台是否有《黑》遊戲時、沒被告知賬號需要自己購買）。我覺得可以理解前台/管家處理問題的角度但是覺得沒有被關照好。火車站周邊有其他相同檔次的電競酒店，我覺得這錢花的略不值。 另一位前台小哥在我離店時候頭都沒抬。不知道是社恐還是就是這樣有點厲害的態度。
