This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We stayed 4 nights with two different designs of rooms. This hotel was very stylish and clean as I expected. Highly recommended! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to 李李， she help received my parcel and because we have extra two more medium luggage on the last day, she very helpful and help us call the special taxi with great price to airport. I hope I will have a chance to return to this hotel in future. This was our first time traveling to China. We have very good memories of this trip. We met a lot of nice people in China.

Excellent Hotel with a lot of freebies... During check-in, Hotel Staff Ms. Lai Li Ling took the efforts to explain all the hotel facilities. Thus, we are able to enjoy the afternoon high tea and also the late nigh snack before & after the shopping trip around ZhongSan shopping area. Pls maintain this type of communication and useful information Thanks again!

I had a great stay at the htoel. The place was spotless, and the reception team, especially Xiao Chen and Xiao Ting, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I asked for directions, they not only provided clear guidance but also shared contacts and recommended lots of great places to visit. Highly recommend!

The hotel environment is great, far away from the downtown area, the scenery is charming, the sea view is particularly invincible, close to the beach, and it is also convenient to go out around. The hotel is elegant and comfortable, the sea view room angle is very good, the style and atmosphere of the hotel are very special, very consistent with the ocean atmosphere. The five-star hotel service is really good and of high quality. Someone helped with the luggage and guided the check-in as soon as I entered the door. The service at the front desk is meticulous and the front desk is great. The front desk will carefully ask the guests' special needs and implement them one by one in the subsequent services, so that the guests feel valued and cared for. Manager Qiao at the front desk is enthusiastic, arranges the room in advance, checks in quickly, checks in quickly, checks in very professionally, and provides detailed check-in services. The room is spacious and well decorated. The hardware is new. The facilities are complete. The indoor lighting is soft and the temperature is suitable. The front desk is very warm and asked about the hotel experience. Helped with the luggage. I will choose again next time.

The hotel does not have a fridge, and the security staff has a bad attitude. They even gossiped about other guests in front of us, which is very unprofessional. When transporting guests to the airport, instead of arranging for us to take the next shuttle when there were no seats available, they told us to stand and hold onto the handrails. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable.

This place is exquisite! The service, the people and the environment was exceptional. Justin and his colleagues made sure we were taken care of, even booking our spa day for us because we don't speak Chinese. Sometimes things are harder to navigate when you don't speak the language but they made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you all for making Xiamen an amazing experience for us. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Location is really for a morning flight departure ,5min to the airport.Contact hotel for airport pick up ,and U need to reserve for airport send off .Nothing much to do around the hotel .We took Didi to Zhong Shan walking street ,cost us around rmb39. Overall Fliport hotel is value worth hotel .It's clean and I'm impressed with all the hotel staff . From pick up concierge,van drivers ,,restaurant and cleaners ..Excellent service. Will recommend to families and friends if they have. Long layover in xien like I do .

Clean and well equip. Best of all the laundry facility. Three sets of industrial washing machines and clothes dryers. Free of change for guests. Famous ZhongShan walking street just across the property. Plenty of local eateries. Metro passes alongside the hotel. Front desk reception staff are friendly and helpful. ”LaPiXiaoXin” theme Cafe.

I stayed in International Conference centre Hotel one night with my kids. I feel very warm and comfortable and I like this hotel. Great location, great reception, great room service, great breakfast, great welcome security! I feel that the management of the hotel is very good and the staff service is very good. I don't know their names, but I remember their smiles and enthusiasm. I have to wash clothes every day because I take care of my children. Every time I have trouble the room attendants to run around. But they are always smiling and warm service. I have lived on the 19th floors. I know Tim, Eric and Edwin, and two other people who do not know their names. Thank them very much! We had a lot of luggage, so it was very difficult to get in and get out. They were very patient. They helped us take the luggage upstairs when they saw a lot of luggage. A girl, who was very nice, and Miss Zhang, who was a guest of honor, saw that we had too much luggage on the taxi. It solved our big problem and made us very touched! Thank you, Miss Zhang! Hotel opened in Dec 2024, all amenities are brand new. Check in staff named Guyue very helpful and detail in explaining the rooms and booking process. Was given free breakfast. Self service laundry & supper provided. After checked in found room sewer smell strong, called housekeeping & they immediately sent technician to clear the pipes. Room facing Laohucheng, 630am there will be garbage truck coming hence noisy for 10 min. Network coverage very bad, difficult to load pages when using apps.
