"The location is very good and convenient for travel. There are surveillance cameras in the hospital, which is very reassuring. The staff are generous, enthusiastic, proactive, efficient, thoughtful, and professional. The room has good lighting, is bright, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The mattress is comfortable, the water flows quickly, the water temperature is good, and the bath is comfortable. The Internet speed is fast and the office is convenient. "Amazing service. We are very happy with our stay. Staff (especially Mrs Lee , xiao yun) were very helpful and went out of their way to help us out. One of the best 4-star hotels that we have stayed at. Room was very big (and clean) which is main reason I booked the inner room and the Hotel didn't dispoint me. Also the room is quiet, the sound insulation is good. They also have 24hr free self service laundry room (great facatility). If you have any expectation, you can always talk to front desk. They are very helpful. Location is great, virtually on Zhong Shan Rd ; 3min walk to city site seeing bus top, 10min walk from Gulanyi island return ferry terminal. My kids had so much fun with the room facilities voice control - smart control. Awesome hotel - highly reccomend."

"We had an amazing one night stay at this little gem. Extremely helpful personnel, by mistake we had booked a room without window and they upgraded us for free. Very warm and welcoming. The building is beautiful and historic, in the middle of the buzzling life of Zhongshan Road. If we ever come back to Xiamen we will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel environment is good, the scenery is great, cars can drive up directly, the super large terrace can see the sea, the boss also upgraded our room type for free, overall it is good. However, there are some small details that need to be improved. The electric curtains in the terrace room are broken and can only be pulled by hand. Some disposable items are not in place. The slippers were sent up by the waiter. We went down to get the disposable bath bag because calling may not be as fast as getting it ourselves. When brushing teeth at night, I found a toothbrush with no bristles but only a handle, but because it was late in the morning, I didn't find the front desk and used the same one with my husband. Overall, the environment is good, and it is also beautiful to take pictures. It is recommended to come when the weather is warm so that you can experience the swimming pool."

The location is great, right in the Eighth Market Seafood Market, and you can walk to popular attractions such as Zhongshan Road, the ferry terminal, and the snack street. The transportation is convenient, there are a lot of delicious food around, and the atmosphere of the market is strong. The environment of the homestay is also very good. It is hidden in the market but quiet in the bustling city. The decoration is modern and warm. The public space and room layout are very elegant. It feels like home when you live here. It is super beautiful to take pictures and it is also suitable for relaxation. The staff is warm and considerate. They turn on the air conditioner in advance, help with luggage, and recommend travel guides, making people feel at home. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the sound insulation is super good, and it is super easy to sleep. There are also intimate facilities such as needlework and first aid kits in the public area, and small snacks are also great. The details of aromatherapy and sock hangers are also great. The price is also reasonable, suitable for families, parents and children, and solo travelers."

"Living in Lanqin Ancient House is very comfortable. The overall design of the room is very tasteful, retaining the old flavor of the ancient houses in southern Fujian, but it is also very clean and tidy. The tea space is my favorite place, it is quiet and has a great atmosphere. It is very relaxing to sit down and make a pot of tea. The water pressure for showering is very stable, the hot water comes quickly, the shower equipment is also very advanced, the shower gel smells good, and it uses a good quality brand. The mattress was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The room is cleaned every day with great attention to detail. The boss and service staff are very patient and enthusiastic, and staying here makes people feel safe and relaxed. "I think the location is very ideal. It takes around 15 mins to get here from Xiamen station and basically very convenient to every sight seeing spots in the city. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and historic buildings in the nearby area. Night market is also within close walking distance. Hotel is new and clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Photographer is also professional and we have chosen and brought home some beautiful pictures. I have recommended my friends to stay in this hotel if they visit Xiamen in the future."

"Excellent Stay in the Heart of Xiamen. This hotel is perfectly located right on the main street in the central area of Xiamen, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, perfectly clean and featured a very comfortable bed along with a wide range of accessories.The staff were kind, professional and spoke English. For guests who speak other languages, translation tools are also available, which is very useful. Access is quite easy: during the day you can enter through the connected mall (Laiya Department Store - Siming Branch), if you're arriving late at night, there’s a secure side entrance that leads directly to the elevators. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, the bar and dining area near the check-in hall looked spacious and well-stocked with a variety of options. A particularly thoughtful gesture was the gift box of local sweets we received at checkout, an unexpected and very appreciated surprise. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xiamen and the surrounding area."

"Praise: -The hotel is located next to Mercure hotel. very strategic location, walk 5-10 min to Eight seafood market. -The room view is really nice, unblocking view to the sea & Gulangyu island. -The receptionist staff is really helpful and hardworking. Upon a call, he picked up us at the drop off area and helped to bring our luggage, 谢谢你，接待员! Sorry didn't get to know his name. Need to improve: -The room condition is bit different from the photo; it's bit older than what being shown in the trip.com. -For the toilet, the showering area is not closed with door or partition, so when you are taking shower, the water will flash out to the closet area, so need to be careful of slippery. -The sofas cushion is not that clean too -There is no lobby hotel, and the laundry machine is only one and located at staff room (service area)"
