The hotel is inside a mall and there is a McDonald’s which is very near to the hotel. The staff are very polite and professional. She upgraded our rooms for free which I deeply appreciate it! Besides that, free fruit platters were given to us and we were served with welcome drinks and hot hand towel upon arrival. The non-smoking rooms are awesome. The rooms were cleaned daily and they replenished the mineral water daily. Buffet breakfast, tea time and supper were provided daily so you don’t have to worry about food at all. Besides that, there are heaps of shops and eateries along the Zhong Shan walking street (which is very nearby to the hotel). Highly recommended to those who come to visit Xiamen and I will be back!

I had a great stay at the htoel. The place was spotless, and the reception team, especially Xiao Chen and Xiao Ting, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I asked for directions, they not only provided clear guidance but also shared contacts and recommended lots of great places to visit. Highly recommend!

After staying at Qishang Hotel, I found that there were no rooms with a real sea view, and the price of the suite was a bit too expensive. I needed a separate office area for video conferencing, so I decided to find a hotel with a more suitable location and more generous rooms. I found that this hotel has good reviews, and there are also suites with sea views, and the most important thing is that the price is also very satisfactory. I stayed for two days and was very satisfied. It can be said that the price-performance ratio is full.
The location of the hotel is very successful. The room type I chose has a sea view and faces the Little Kinmen Island. The check-in process was very fast. The staff assisted with luggage and introduced the room facilities and learned about the check-in requirements by the way. The service was very thoughtful.
The room was a suite, which was large enough. The long room type can clearly separate the layout of each room, which is generally reasonable. In particular, the balcony outside is large enough to make a separate outdoor room. The only drawback is that it is too spacious. It feels that such a large area is not used. It’s a pity.
The breakfast is quite rich, and there are many local specialties in southern Fujian to taste. All kinds of food are also delicious. The meals are mainly Chinese, and there are no Western tableware on the table; there is no one to guide you into the restaurant, you swipe your card and find a seat at random, and you make your own coffee. There are very few service staff, so this may not fully meet the standards of a five-star hotel, but considering that the room rate is very friendly, this small shortcoming does not matter.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay. Especially after just coming from Qishang Hotel, I didn't expect that a hotel that is almost three times cheaper can provide the same level of service, more comfortable rooms, and a more abundant breakfast. It is very real, so the consumption is also worth it.

I stayed in International Conference centre Hotel one night with my kids. I feel very warm and comfortable and I like this hotel. Great location, great reception, great room service, great breakfast, great welcome security! I feel that the management of the hotel is very good and the staff service is very good. I don't know their names, but I remember their smiles and enthusiasm. I have to wash clothes every day because I take care of my children. Every time I have trouble the room attendants to run around. But they are always smiling and warm service. I have lived on the 19th floors. I know Tim, Eric and Edwin, and two other people who do not know their names. Thank them very much! We had a lot of luggage, so it was very difficult to get in and get out. They were very patient. They helped us take the luggage upstairs when they saw a lot of luggage. A girl, who was very nice, and Miss Zhang, who was a guest of honor, saw that we had too much luggage on the taxi. It solved our big problem and made us very touched! Thank you, Miss Zhang! Location is really for a morning flight departure ,5min to the airport.Contact hotel for airport pick up ,and U need to reserve for airport send off .Nothing much to do around the hotel .We took Didi to Zhong Shan walking street ,cost us around rmb39.
Overall Fliport hotel is value worth hotel .It's clean and I'm impressed with all the hotel staff .
From pick up concierge,van drivers ,,restaurant and cleaners ..Excellent service.
Will recommend to families and friends if they have. Long layover in xien like I do .

We booked a hotel for two nights on Ctrip. The price was relatively cheap, but it included two breakfasts for two people. However, there was no breakfast one day. Since the hotel is not located in the city center and is quite remote, when checking in, I asked the front desk if they could provide two breakfasts on the last day? The staff said I had to apply, but on the third morning, they didn't tell me the result of the application. It turns out that this is the kind of service that five-star hotel provides. If you tell me that there is no free breakfast, I can buy it at my own expense. This is a problem of the manager and the staff's lack of attention to quality. The guest's inquiry can be left unresolved. In addition, the temperature in the room was 25.5 degrees, which was a bit stuffy, and the air-conditioning temperature could not be controlled manually; when I called, the staff said that the temperature could be controlled by ourselves after 10 pm! But at ten o'clock that night, they said that the temperature of the central air conditioning could not be changed. It's really inconsistent with what I said before, this is five-star service. In the end, they gave us a five-star hotel fan, which is not bad. Thirdly, the design of the toilet door is problematic, affecting entry and exit, and making it inconvenient to use the toilet. It keeps closing and closing, which is really disappointing. The best thing is, the king bed is very comfortable, very comfy! All in all, the price is reasonable, but the five-star hotel service is not worth it, so a lot of points were deducted. This is well-intentioned advice. it was my second visit to this hotel. (first visit was 2017)
the hotel is very close to Xiamen Gaoqi airport and have small private beach. Hotel staffs are friendly.
Breakfast of restaurant in 2nd floor is nice, but 1st floor is not recommended
but for my room, room full of smells of cigarette.....
the shower water is too hot, not able to set warm. Toilet water flush is too weak.

The place is perfect for me as it is conveniently near a subway station as well as at the nearest bus stop. It is also near to several eateries. The front desk helped me even though I was a foreigner. Actually, I checked-in at the hotel although I was aware that they prefer Chinese speaking clients (as can be inferred based on the hotel policy as posted at Trip.com)

It was not only tidy but also well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in housekeeping truly stood out, and it was evident that the staff takes great pride in providing a pristine environment for their guests.
One of the standout features of my stay was the complimentary laundry service. This thoughtful amenity made my trip even more convenient, allowing me to refresh my wardrobe without any hassle. It’s a fantastic perk, especially for travelers who are on the go or attending conferences.
Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offered at the hotel. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, providing a delightful start to each day.
I also appreciated the gym facilities, which were practical and useful for maintaining my fitness routine while traveling. It had everything I needed for a good workout, making it easy to stay active during my stay.
Another unique aspect of the Mercure Hotel is the innovative use of robots to deliver food orders from ** (Meituan) directly to your room. This modern touch added a fun and convenient element to my experience, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals without leaving my room.
Lastly, the hotel features a designated space for pick-ups and drop-offs, which was incredibly convenient for my travel arrangements. It made coming and going a breeze, allowing me to focus on my activities without any stress. there are mall nearby within 2KM and it’s so cheap and convenient to just didi anywhere from here. FYI during winter most hotels in china does not have air conditioning, here offer both air conditioning and heater, which is a must for me.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

AAnonymous UserCheck in time supposed to be 3pm and I requested the room not to be near the lift or the last room. But by 3pm, the room is not ready although I had register the check in at 1pm. By 3.20pm, the got me a room that is right beside the lift (ignore my request which I had reminded them twice).
Order for room service and told the front desk to clear it out around 6pm when I went out. But the dirty plates and leftover food is still there when I return to the room around 11pm
Staff at the front desk is not attentive and the staff said will get the manager to contact me regarding the missing food for the room service but there’s no one contact me since 30 October
Location wise is good, room is clean but service wise nah

1. Cleanliness is good. Housekeeper is friendly and accommodating.
2. Hail a car from airport to hotel cost about Sgd5 and less than Sgd5 from hotel to airport for me. Actual will depend on your App and cars you pick.
3. Hotel location is impeccable with the starting point of Zhongshan Road right below the Hotel.
4. Staff is helpful and friendly.
5. Breakfast is decent for the price. The range is not extensive, but one has to look at the price you are paying for. Coffee maker at Libby makes freshly brewed coffee.
6. There is a little gym for simple workout.
Overall, it is a satisfactory experience and I have no complaints.

RRam KondaAt first, we were disappointed because they put us into a small room that we felt was not worth the price we paid for. However, the next day they upgraded our room into a nice one with a separate toilet and shower area. There were wide windows and the view was the quiet road below and two small mountains in the distance. Not bad eh! This was the time we started feeling comfortable and relaxed in our 4 nights of stay here. The bed and pillows were firm and very good to sleep in. Good for relaxing after a long day of touring or working. There was a small dining table as well as some space or area to work and put your other stuff. The toilet is fully automated so it was really comfortable to use. The staff in general were accommodating and the female receptionist manning the lobby was always enthusiastic and helpful. On the other hand, location is far from downtown so it might cost you a bit more if you take the didi often. Also, breakfast fare was sparse when we were there, probably because it was still the tourist season. Not sure though but for whatever reason, when we got to the breakfast nook at around 8am, most of the food was gone. We had to wait for about 30 min for some trays to be refilled with food while the rest simply remained empty. If you don’t like local breakfast, then this hotel’s breakfast is not for you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

GGuest UserReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
