Friendly, helpful, and always with a smile, they truly made a difference in our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—exactly what we needed after a long day. The hotel is also in a great location, very close to Zhongshan Lu, easy access to shops and restaurants. The crew members were friendly, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and the location was convenient—everything was perfect. I especially loved the bathtub on the balcony. Highly recommended! Additionally, this hotel is baby-friendly. They provided special tableware for babies, and the crew members were so kind to our child. They even gave us a balloon, which our baby absolutely loved. On the day of our checkout, it was raining heavily. One of the female crew members, who was wearing contact lenses and had her hair pinned up with a clip, kindly brought us an umbrella. She found us outside and walked us to the taxi while holding the umbrella over us, making sure we could get in safely. Her kindness truly touched our hearts.
