The location is fantastic, about an 8-minute walk from the pier, offering a quiet escape while still being close to the action. From the balcony, you get a distant view of Sunlight Rock, and Lin Sixi Restaurant is just a three-minute walk away. It's an old three-story Western-style house, and every corner is spotlessly clean, showing the owner's long-standing care for the property. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the breakfast is rich and healthy – especially the vermicelli paste, which was so satisfying with all its ingredients! The kitchen and dining area are clean and tidy, making you feel as comfortable as dining at home. Next time I visit Gulangyu, Le Zhi Yun will definitely be my top choice again!

Only those who understand Gulangyu will choose this place. Located in the center of the island, not in the bustling downtown, it is convenient and free from the hustle and bustle of the commercial city. Needless to say, Chuncaotang is beautiful. Chuncaofan is from the same family as it. Just below Chuncaotang, Gulangyu's only open-air swimming pool and sightseeing elevator were moved into his private residence. Here you can feel the comfortable, refined and elegant life of our ancestors. It is very worthwhile, and I also want to give a big thumbs up to the housekeeper👍

Lijiazhuang Hotel is hidden in a quiet corner of Gulangyu Island, with a clean and elegant environment and a perfect geographical location. Its historical atmosphere and architectural beauty interweave a restrained and rich aura, which is impressive. The room we stayed in was warm and elegant, and it was one of my favorite spaces on this trip. The service is even more exemplary. The housekeepers Xiao Chen and Xiao Wang are thoughtful and patient, and respond quickly, truly achieving ”details are service”. Such a hotel with great care and full of emotions, with good user experience and a deep reputation foundation, fully has the sustainable advantage of leveraging trust and building long-term customer assets. The future is promising. Bravo!

Facilities: fully equipped, comfortable and warm Hygienic: I highly recommend it, very clean! ! ! ! Environment: There are a lot of food around, convenience stores are available. And very close to the beach, children like to dig sand, catch the sea, and get wet clothes. It is very convenient to go to the hotel. Rent an electric car at the door, you can go around the island to see the beautiful scenery of the beach. Speaking of transportation, there is a bus stop at the door, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. I can basically take the bus to reach this trip. Service: The proprietress is beautiful and refreshing. I stayed here for 5 nights. I changed the trash can every day and 2 bottles of water every day. The service is very good. Hygiene and clean, and kittens and puppies are particularly cute. If you have time to live in Xiamen, you will have to live in your home.

The decoration is very nice. You can pet cats and dogs for free in the store. The service is very good. I like it very much. The reception at the front desk is very good. The room sanitation service is very good. You can relax when staying here. I mainly stay here to go on vacation and stay away from the hustle and bustle. , just across the road when you go out is the seaside, where you can catch crabs and watch the sunset. I am very satisfied with this trip and it is a B&B I will choose next time.

I only given an Honest opinion of our stay, let start with a positive note the staff was very friendly & helpful also very close to main hubs . Lucky I can speak Chinese otherwise I wouldn’t be able to get into our room due to code changed by the owner also if you can’t understand Chinese you won’t be able to find this place at all, I’d to ask 3 or 4 people to find this place because is situated inside an alley way for local residents it’s not a hotel it’s more like a Airbnb. We were given room no.2 on the ground floor which was reek with cigarette smells from receptionist area & people next door the room smells really bad from sewerage poor ventilation Very noisy neighbors talking loudly till late, the wall must be paper thin, our bed was really hard you can feel every spring , we believe it’s the base of the bed they were using by mistake because western bed came in 2 segments bottom a hard spring & top are soft without springs, we were so uncomfortable in that bed we couldn’t sleep the whole night also due to noise from nearby. The deco was ok in the room thanks God the aircon works well by the way there is NOT a single hook you can hang your clothes.

There are many single-family villa hotels on Gulangyu Island, each with its own courtyard, which is very cozy. There's a teahouse and a swing in the courtyard, which the children love. The house is only two or three stories high and there's no elevator, but the owner will help with luggage. However, there's no ferry service, so you'll need to get to the hotel yourself. Fortunately, this hotel is close to Sanqiutian Pier, only a few minutes away. It's located behind the Athena Bar, and finding it can be difficult for a first-time visitor. I spent a while searching, but one side of the road was blocked and the door was locked, so I had to walk through the bar. The room was reasonably priced, and it had a window overlooking another villa hotel. While you can't see the sea or hear the piano, you can still hear the bar's resident singers at night. The tatami mats are against the wall, making it comfortable for children to sleep on. Other amenities are quite complete and clean. There's a public washing machine, so you can wash clothes there. The owner also provides a drying rack for hanging clothes in the courtyard on sunny days or in the room if it rains. The boss is pretty good, very kind and responsive.

In general, not only is the price inflated, 1500 is better to consider other five-star hotels, (Conrad, Andaz, Waldorf, or other coastal star hotels) Isn't it more fragrant than this designer homestay...) And there is a smell of wood in the room. I saw the wire fragrance and I was ready to order it. I found that the match was not changed. The place where the fire was rubbed and the fire was almost gone, and it couldn't be burned at all. Originally, there was an elevator to go down to the beach on the first floor. I don’t know why I took the stairs... Although it is only one floor, it is really hot (the front desk may be open because there is no air conditioning after all). Of course, I hope that there is an elevator to take the elevator, not take the stairs. The cocktail tastes really bad... Come to play with friends. We found a companion to shoot (originally also looked at the promotional video and pictures in the homestay, I felt that it was good to see the film before ordering) and was told that commercial shooting was not allowed unless we purchased the afternoon tea set of 198. At that time, I felt that what overlord clause was there. We are not commercially shooting, we traveled to take photos and send pictures to the circle of friends... The good thing is that the front desk customer service is very warm and responds quickly, asks for breakfast and cocktails in time, the room view and location are OK, but it is more suitable for parent-child travel.

The room was very comfortable, the environment was nice, and it was very clean. The owner was also very nice and helped with my luggage. I could ask him anything at any time, and he would answer patiently and kindly. If I ordered something in advance, he would also help me receive the package. For takeout, I could fill in the room number and it would be delivered directly to my door. The owner would also send me nearby travel guides and restaurant recommendations. It was a very good experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
