"Hotel have a best location in Xi'an, only a few metres from exist 6 Bell tower Station of metro line 2 and 6. It is easier walk to a few scenery spot in centre Xi'an. All are in walking distance. Their receptionists are all professional and helpful. Hotel is clean and well lighted with clean, odourless and spacious room. Everything's needed are supplied. Beakfast is of Chinese and Western food. From room we have a good view at the Bell Tower. Due to such wonderful location and perfect viewing to the historic spot, we extended to extra day to their Scenic room."

"This hotel is perfectly situated right by the Yongning Gate city wall, with Yongning International just next door. We stayed in a family room with a city wall view, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct, stunning views of Yongning Gate and the city wall – both during the day and especially at night. The hotel's fifth-floor lobby and restaurant are incredibly picturesque, and the observation deck provides fantastic night views of Yongning Gate and the city wall. It's also super close to attractions like the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter, as well as shopping centers like Wangfujing, SKP, and Heshunhui. The hotel service was great too! A special shout-out to their zero-pressure sleep pillows – they were incredibly comfortable; I haven't slept on such a perfect pillow in ages! My only minor suggestion would be for more frequent cleaning of the public restrooms in the lobby. Both times I used the men's room during our two-day stay, there was a strong odor, which really detracted from the overall experience. Otherwise, everything else was excellent!"

"I was incredibly satisfied with my stay this time, so I absolutely have to write a glowing review. When I was checking in, I had a lot of luggage and several carry-on items. The front desk staff saw this and immediately offered to help, escorting me all the way to the elevator. It was incredibly thoughtful. After checking into my room, I realized I'd forgotten some personal essentials. I contacted the front desk, and a staff member quickly brought them up. They were so kind and patient, solving my little problem. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had no unpleasant odors. The lighting was great, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to rest peacefully at night. The hotel's location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. It offers great value for money. What truly touched me was on the day of checkout: I accidentally left a small item in my room. By the time I realized it, I was already about to leave. When the front desk found out, they immediately contacted housekeeping, who quickly located and secured it. They even brought it to me in the lobby, preventing an unnecessary loss. The overall service was meticulous and attentive, always putting the guest first, which made me feel warm and secure. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return and sincerely recommend it to everyone."

"This trip was incredibly enjoyable, and a huge part of that pleasure came from the outstanding service provided by Xiao Qiao and the other staff members at the hotel. Xiao Qiao proactively upgraded our room. Later, a family member accidentally broke a glass in the room. We felt very apologetic and uneasy at the time. Xiao Qiao reported it to her superior, and not only did they not ask for any compensation, but they also offered us warm comfort and genuine care, which deeply touched us. Furthermore, during our stay, whenever we ordered takeout or needed anything related to our room, Xiao Qiao was always able to resolve our issues promptly and efficiently. As we were leaving, the staff even presented us with local specialties as a kind gesture. This series of thoughtful and meticulous arrangements filled our entire trip with warmth and wonderful memories. You truly put the customer first, making us feel completely at home, and that's what made this trip so unforgettable. My sincere thanks again to Xiao Qiao and every staff member who helped us."

"My wife and I had a lively stay at the Eastern House Boutique Hotel in X'ian. The location is within walking distance to the Muslin Quarters, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, City Walls and the Morning market! The room is spacious, clean and the staffs were very accommodating. The decor was up to date. One of my two recommendations for the hotel is to notify AMap that their English name is not listed in their application, only in Chinese or have their front desk personnel point out their Chinese hotel name so it will be more convenient for their guests to get around. The second recommendation is the hall-way area needed to be better ventilated."

"Great location in the Muslim Quarter. Lots of food around, short walk to the bell tower, near the buses to the Terracotta Army, and a short subway ride to all the other main attractions. It’s down an alley, but there are a lot of signs t make to it easy to find, and it also means it’s very quiet despite being in the middle of a popular area. The owners were friendly. I visited in winter and they made sure the room was heated in advance of my arrival. It was quite cozy."

"My overall experience at Yuan Tuo Hotel was quite good. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to find places to eat and get around. The room design is simple and comfortable, and it was kept very clean. The bed was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was better than I expected, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The hotel itself feels new and clean, and the common areas are well-maintained. If I had to mention a minor drawback, some facilities could use a bit of improvement, but overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for tourists or short stays. I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance."

"Conveniently located, with the Line 2 and 6 subway stations just about 100 meters downstairs. I stayed here for all my days in Xi'an. The room was clean and the service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Since the original room was a bit small and inconvenient with a child, the front desk attendant upgraded us to a deluxe twin room with a sofa. We had a very comfortable stay these past few days, thumbs up!"

"The room was very cosy, more importantly, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. Hot water shower is perfect. Free laundry meaning free use of the washer dryer . Free toothbrush, comb, sewing kit, nail file, shower cap, moisturiser, shsmpoo, liquid soap, hair conditioner, hair dryer. Good quality stuff too so you dont gave to bring your from home unless you want to. The staff was very attentive and accommodating even when I had tons of questions. The hotel offered free Chinese costume photoshoot. The staff dont speak English so everything was communicated via Google Translator. On the paper they gave, it said that I needed to do my own make up but when I went down, I learned it was free. Free make up, free hair stuff, free costume, free photography, free editing. First 3 photos. After that, in my limited Mandarin, I think its 10 photos for a bit less than RMB9600. The ones they gave free they uploaded to Wechat so you need to upload Wechat before you arrive in China. Wechat is similar to WhatsApp. The photos uploaded to Wechat is of low resolution so if you decide to print a large photo when you get home, know that it wont be clear. Also the hotel has free bracelet making where they give you a bunch of Chinese looking beads for you to make your own bracelet. Please put aside 2 hours for these activities If you turn right of the hotel you will reach the main touristy area. If you walk straight and then turn left after the temple, you will walk through the happening night life area of restaurants and pubs and coffee bars. My room faces the ancient city wall. Like directly at it so I was silently screaming with excitement. Even the morning museum announcements at 7am didnt upset me because im looking directly at history. It might get noisy at night on weekends because the bars are nearby. I could hear one couple screaming at each other past 1am yet that didnt upset me because hey, we are travellers experiencing different cultures."

"This room was a true lifesaver after a long journey! I have to give a special shout-out to the zero-pressure mattress. Its memory foam perfectly conforms to your back and waist, distributing pressure evenly across your shoulders, neck, and hips. It's neither too soft nor too firm, and there's no spring noise when you turn over. I usually have trouble sleeping in new beds, but I slept soundly until I woke up naturally, feeling completely refreshed and free of stiffness. The room was spotless, and the service was thoughtful. Highly recommended!"
