From the moment I arrived, every detail reflected a level of care and excellence that left me both impressed and deeply moved.   The housekeeping team went far beyond maintaining cleanliness; their evening turndown service, with the beautifully arranged bed and the warm greetings left behind, created an atmosphere of comfort and personal attention that is all too rare. During those hot summer days, the plentiful supply of water bottles was a small yet deeply appreciated touch that spoke volumes about the team’s anticipation of guests’ needs.   A particular highlight I feel compelled to mention is the outstanding consistency of the Lobby Bar. The Café Latte and its impeccable presentation were every bit as delicious and spot-on as I remembered from my stays in previous years—a remarkable achievement given the usual staff turnover in this sector. This level of sustained excellence is, without doubt, a direct reflection of the Lobby Bar Manager.   I look forward to returning with great enthusiasm."

The staff all wear Hanfu, the location is exceptional, and the prices are excellent. The gym is a bit far, under their apartments, but the trainers are quick acting and my wife and I felt the laundry room was nice enough to basically be a second gym and open 24 hours. Their gifts of a magnet and a terracotta warrior were sweet."

"Traveling with kids? Choosing this hotel was a real find! The room was spacious and super comfortable, and there were gentle, adorable cats at the property that my child absolutely loved. The lobby downstairs has a free projector that starts showing movies promptly at 8 PM every night and is available for viewing all day. It was so peaceful to watch movies with my child in the evenings without any disturbances—the atmosphere was just perfect. There's also a pool downstairs, so you can enjoy water play during the day and movies at night. It's a one-stop shop for a family vacation, offering a quiet and safe environment. I'll definitely come back with my kids next time!"
