A special mention goes to the concierge (we didn’t get his name)who went above and beyond by waiting with us until our Didi arrived to make sure we got into the correct car. That thoughtful gesture made us feel safe and well taken care of. The family room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing plenty of room for our family. We also appreciated the complimentary self-service washer and dryer, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. Another lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea, which was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and thoughtful amenities in a great location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an."

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from the Bell Tower and right next to Exit D1 of Guangjijie Station on Metro Line 6. Since it's a relatively new hotel, the room facilities are quite modern. The staff are very polite, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. From our triple room, we even had a view of the Bell and Drum Towers. Upon checkout, we were given a complimentary souvenir. I do have a few small suggestions: it would be great to have a mini trash can on the vanity for makeup waste, saving a trip to the toilet. Besides the standard bar soap, perhaps a bottle of liquid hand soap could be provided to cater to different guest preferences. The lighting in the bathroom is generally a bit dim; for guests who enjoy doing their makeup, the light from the magnifying mirror alone is insufficient. If I have the chance to visit Xi'an again, I would definitely consider staying here."

The breakfast spread was plentiful and had that Westin quality, plus Shaanxi's specialty Roujiamo. Overall, a really excellent experience, highly recommended!"

"Room Type: The furniture is a bit old, but the room is very quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Location: It's super convenient – just a two-minute walk downstairs to Longshouyuan Station on Line 2. There's also a shopping mall and a food street right across the street. Service: On the first night, there was a small issue with the air conditioning that was temporarily fixed, and then fully resolved the next day. You can really feel the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Thumbs up! Cleanliness: Very clean, and the cleaning staff were very polite. Food: This is my second time in Xi'an, and this hotel has the best breakfast I've had. The bread is delicious, and the Chinese dishes are authentic. Overall, the hotel is excellent. The location is convenient, and the service quality is great. Definitely worth coming back to."

"Had a small issue at the beginning, but it was resolved very quickly. Service: Very welcoming, the front desk and housekeeping staff were all smiling and eager to help with any questions. Cleanliness: Pretty good. They cleaned our room while we were out, which was very timely. Environment: The environment is nice, and the location is easy to find. It's also very convenient to take the subway; it's just 3 stops to the Bell Tower."

"Overall, it was good, but several power outlets in the room weren't working, so my charger kept disconnecting and wouldn't charge. The laundry room was fine, too. However, sometimes there were many people smoking in the elevator, making it really stuffy. A special shout-out to the lady at the front desk who manages the cat house – she was excellent! But if possible, they should add another person to the morning front desk shift. We had an early check-out around 5 AM to catch a flight, and the front desk guy was asleep. We woke him up, rushed to check out, and left. Later, I realized I left my charger at the hotel. I arranged for SF Express to pick it up. When I called the front desk, the guy told me he was the only one there and couldn't go up to my room to get the charger for me. He told me to tell SF Express to use my room card to go up themselves. I called SF Express, and they said they usually can't go up to rooms. So I switched to JD.com for pickup around 9 AM. I called the hotel again, and they finally said there should be someone available around 9 AM to help me retrieve it. The room itself was good, it's just these issues."

The room was spotless, and everything felt brand new, no wear and tear at all. Plus, having 24-hour hot water at a constant temperature was a huge plus. The front desk staff were efficient, polite, and quick to respond to any requests. Overall, it was a quiet and comfortable stay, and the smart features really enhanced the experience.
