Check-in was super quick, and they thoughtfully provided tips on local attractions, transport, and great places to eat, answering all our questions meticulously. The room was spotless, spacious, and the beds were so soft and comfy – my child slept really well. The hotel's quiet environment allowed us to fully recharge after a long journey. Excellent service and great facilities, I highly recommend it for families!"

"The hotel is new and the environment is great. It's close to the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City but not directly inside it, so it's perfect for those who want to stay near Everbright City but are sensitive to noise. They offer a shuttle service, and the staff are very enthusiastic. Housekeeping is also excellent and they meet all requests. My room's air conditioning wasn't cooling initially, but it turned out the hotel had set the central AC temperature higher because of the colder weather. Since I'm sensitive to heat, the hotel staff immediately lowered the central AC temperature after I mentioned it, making my stay very comfortable."

"I specifically chose this hotel for my family trip to Xi'an with my child. The location is excellent, right across from the Bell Tower and South Gate. We could just cross the road to buy tickets and walk on the ancient city wall! The hotel facilities are well-equipped, and the room even has a microwave to heat food, which is really convenient when traveling with kids. All in all, it was a great experience."

"This newly opened hotel boasts pristine, brand-new facilities throughout, including electric curtains, a large-screen projection TV, a gym, laundry room, bar, and a restaurant – all perfectly equipped. Its location is absolutely superb; you can reach the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Grand Tang Everbright City in just a 5-minute walk. The surrounding area is packed with commercial facilities, making it incredibly convenient to return to the hotel for a rest after enjoying the magnificent Tang Dynasty night views. The hotel staff are incredibly warm and attentive, with prompt service. At the hotel bar, you can enjoy professionally mixed cocktails, and I also got to try freshly squeezed Korla pear juice, which was sweet, refreshing, and great for quenching thirst and soothing the throat – hydrating and cooling. My entire stay was fantastic, and I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting the Qujiang area of Xi'an! Great views! Great location! Great ambiance! Great service!"

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The online pictures matched the actual room perfectly – it was spotlessly clean and tidy. They were incredibly thoughtful, noticing I had a child and assigning us a quiet room, even upgrading us! The window faced outside, which was a lovely touch. All the staff were so friendly (especially Zifang). They greeted us every time we left and returned, and the ladies in the breakfast restaurant were also very kind. When we checked out, they even gave us a fridge magnet and Conan collector cards. We accidentally left my child's toy behind, and the staff patiently helped me arrange for it to be couriered back. At that moment, they seemed like true heroes, haha. Highly recommend!"

"We were looking for a place to really immerse ourselves in Xi'an with our elderly parents and young children, and settling on the 'Guardians of Han and Tang Museum Holiday Mansion' was an absolute stroke of genius. The overall experience was simply amazing, truly the perfect spot for a family vacation. The location is utterly unbeatable. It's super close to Qiaozikou subway station, and you can easily walk to the Muslim Quarter and Sajinqiao Street. This made trying local snacks and visiting popular spots incredibly convenient – no hassle with transport at all. The building itself is built upon Tang Dynasty ruins, and the decor perfectly blends the elegant essence of the Han and Tang dynasties with a modern, minimalist touch. Ancient artifacts and rubbings are displayed everywhere, creating an incredible atmosphere. Whether it's the courtyards, corridors, tea rooms, or guest rooms, the settings are all steeped in ancient charm. Every photo you take here turns out like a beautifully staged shot. The room we stayed in was spacious and never felt cramped. The multi-bed layout was ideal for a family. The bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable, and the mattress had just the right firmness. After a full day of sightseeing, we could just lie down and feel our fatigue melt away. Both the kids and elders slept soundly. The in-room amenities were very thoughtful, including an all-in-one washer-dryer, which made keeping clothes clean during a longer trip a breeze. The large refrigerator was great for storing local specialties and snacks, and there was a constant supply of bottled water and drinks, always convenient. The soundproofing throughout the entire building was particularly impressive; despite the bustling streets outside, closing the window brought complete silence indoors, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The public areas offered an unexpectedly rich array of facilities, covering dining, accommodation, and leisure all in one place. The daily breakfast spread was diverse, featuring many local specialties – an authentic Shaanxi breakfast that was both warming and filling. In the afternoon, they offered an exquisite afternoon tea, served with the hotel's exclusive local specialty teas, making for a delightfully relaxing experience of sipping tea and enjoying pastries. During leisure time, the elders could savor special teas in the tea room or practice calligraphy peacefully in the study room. Younger guests could work out in the gym, and there's a dedicated children's play area for kids to run around freely. If you needed to work, conference rooms were available, balancing both leisure and business. This entire residence exudes a rich cultural atmosphere of a Han and Tang museum, while also providing complete and excellent home-like facilities. It's quiet, spacious, and covers dining, entertainment, and fun – with a washer-dryer, special tea drinks, morning and afternoon tea, and ancient-style photo ops, all included. We'll definitely be back next time! 😊"

"Our whole family absolutely loved this hotel. The cleanliness was superb, and housekeeping was prompt, making our stay very comfortable and peaceful. The location is excellent, right across from the Muslim Quarter, and we could easily walk to Sajin Bridge and the City Wall, as well as the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. There's also a 24-hour convenience store right next to the hotel. In the mornings, a 800-meter walk to the left brought us to Xiaonanmen Morning Market, where we found a wide variety of snacks, ensuring everyone in the family could find their favorite breakfast. Most importantly, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and resolving any issues quickly and professionally. They were fantastic! During our stay, the elevator was undergoing maintenance, so we had to use the stairs, which was only 3 floors. In the evening, the hotel staff prepared a fruit platter for every guest, personally delivered it to our room doors, and even left a thoughtful note of apology, which made us feel very warm and cared for. It's a shame our itinerary only allowed for a 2-night stay. If we have the chance, we'll definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you! 😇"
