"The hotel is centrally located 10 mins walk from Zhonglou (Bell & Drum Tower) which is the key landmark in Xi’an. It’s also only 200m away from metro line 6 station. The room is spacious, modern and comfortable. It’s also quiet and we didn’t experience cigarette smell. There’s complimentary laundry plus a small gym equipped with 2 treadmills and a bicycle machine. Luckin coffee outlet is at the lobby. The hotel also gave us complimentary welcome fruit basket which is a very nice gesture. The staff are very friendly. The Muslim quarters are just outside the hotel."

"My spontaneous family trip led us to the Hilton Garden Inn. Xi'an has quite a few Hiltons, so make sure to check the exact name and address. This one is near the Bell Tower, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. It's a renovated old hotel, so there was some ongoing construction. Upon entering, there was still a slight renovation smell. However, they didn't do any construction at night, so it didn't really bother us since we were out exploring during the day. Before checking in, they asked about our preferences. We like quiet rooms, so they arranged a corner room for us, a bit further from the elevator and relatively good for sound insulation. The breakfast restaurant was excellent, with a variety of snacks and dishes that rotated daily. The only downside was that it could get very crowded during peak hours, and you might have to wait for a table. The restaurant is also quite narrow, so if you're seated near the entrance, you'll have to walk back and forth a lot to get food. As the hotel adds more rooms, the restaurant might need to be expanded overall. What delighted me most about this hotel was the free laundry room! After a few days, I took our worn clothes downstairs, and they were clean, fragrant, and warm within an hour. It was fantastic! It saved me from the laundry pressure of unpacking after getting home, haha! Regarding housekeeping, the standards varied. The first night's housekeeper was very meticulous. She noticed what we used and replenished it, put out three towels since we had a child, and even left a spare tissue pack when ours was running low. She even placed my child's plush toy in the bed for a 'rest.' However, the housekeepers on subsequent nights were a bit less attentive. Cotton swabs weren't refilled, they didn't notice the toilet paper was almost out, there were still hairs after the bathroom was mopped, and drinks were only replenished if we'd already finished them. These are minor details and didn't affect our stay much. The bedding, duvet covers, and pillows were all quite good, and the memory foam pillow was excellent for neck support. For transportation, there's a bus stop right outside. We mostly used the bus or taxis. The subway station was a bit far, and we weren't keen on walking that much. If you turn right and walk about 100 meters down Juhuayuan Street, there's a post office where you can send postcards. A bit further, if you turn left, there's a Zheng Yuanyuan (a massage place) to relieve travel fatigue. Across from Zheng Yuanyuan is a Zhao Yiming (a snack shop), essential for satisfying cravings! There aren't many dining options directly nearby, but diagonally opposite, there's Wei Ji Liangpi and Hutuji Shaanxi Cuisine, which are both good. About 50 meters to the right is Xi'an Restaurant. For a wider variety of food, I'd recommend the Muslim Quarter, where you'll find old established shops for Pao Mo, soup dumplings, and Biang Biang noodles, haha. There are also 'bouncy cars' (electric rickshaws), so you can just call one to pick you up when you're tired from exploring – super convenient. Well, that pretty much sums up my travel diary! The hotel front desk service was also excellent. They were clear-headed, answered all our questions, and were very responsive to our requests. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Xi'an!"

"Staying a night in Chang'an, dreaming of the Han and Tang dynasties. My recent stay at the Han and Tang Museum Resort Residence was truly the highlight of my trip. The residence is located in the heart of the city, close to the magnificent Bell and Drum Towers, yet peacefully removed from the hustle and bustle. Upon entering, I was greeted by golden bricks paving the floor and an array of antique wooden furnishings. The exquisite carvings and thoughtful arrangement of every object evoked a sense of ancient heritage, as if I had stepped into a thousand-year-old mansion. Each step revealed a new scene, steeped in a rich, ancient charm. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, featuring a 2.1-meter-wide bed with down bedding, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were excellent, with a wet and dry separation and comprehensive smart appliances, blending modern convenience seamlessly with traditional aesthetics. The residence also boasts a tea room, calligraphy room, gym, and a children's play area. During my leisure time, I could brew tea, practice calligraphy, or work out. It offered enjoyment for every member of the family, young and old. The hosts were incredibly sincere, treating guests like dear friends. Everything was meticulously arranged, showing thoughtful consideration in every detail. Staying here was more than just a night's rest; it was an immersive experience of slow living, steeped in the elegance of the ancient capital. Time may pass, but I too look forward to a return. When I revisit Chang'an in the future, I will undoubtedly return to this residence. I wholeheartedly recommend it."

"The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. I genuinely recommend it; it was much better than I expected. The hotel's location is also very convenient. They even helped with my luggage when I checked out. The hotel is very close to all the main attractions, making getting around super easy, and it's right next to a subway station. The room cleanliness was also exceptionally good and tidy, and the front desk service was very enthusiastic. The hotel is in a prime location at the Bell Tower, right next to a food street, and it's only a five-minute walk to the Bell Tower itself. The location is truly superb."

"This is a smart hotel that can tell stories to children at night. When traveling, the main goal is to make the kids happy 😁! It was unexpectedly good 👍🏻. The hardware and location are both great. It would be even better if the front desk could inform guests about other hotel services, such as hand-ground coffee or foot bath tubs. Sometimes, the person traveling is not the same as the person who made the booking. This time, Dad took the kids and gave excellent feedback. Of course, he wasn't aware of some hidden perks. When I told him, he realized, ”Oh, there are so many benefits!” Even though he didn't get to experience them all, he still gave a high rating. It's truly good. I hope it keeps getting better and better 👍🏻👍🏻."

"Choosing this hotel for our trip to Xi'an was definitely the right decision! 1. **Prime Location**: It's about 200 meters from the subway station, making it super convenient and time-saving to get to all the attractions. The hotel is also very close to the Bell Tower, so you can easily walk to explore the surrounding shopping areas and Yongxingfang. 2. **Stunning Views**: Our room faced the ancient city wall, and the view of the wall lit up at night was absolutely breathtaking. "I stayed here for a business trip, and also managed to squeeze in some sightseeing. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the service was very efficient. They even offer free luggage storage, which was a lifesaver since my high-speed train was leaving late. The front desk staff were so thoughtful; they offered to store my bags for free and even gave me two bottles of water. The service truly was excellent.
