Lots of street stalls and visiting tourists. Is near the Xi An wall and drum tower entrance.
When night fall is quiet and serene. It is quieter then many streets and good for someone who enjoys a quiet night and less noise disturbance.
The location of this hotel is a super plus point. Is near to many tourist spots. Easy for me to access to many places on a bike. I hardly take any Didi during my trip.
The interior and design of the room is good.. Cleanliness and housekeeping need to improve.
The washing machine needs an upgrade.
Overall I love to come back again and stay at this hotel. My stay was 11days at this hotel."

"Our stay in Tingting was great, at first glance the place looked a bit sketchy but is totally safe and rooms are great. The Homestay is located in the back of an alley behind the food market and near a lot of attractions in the Muslim quarter. The owner was really kind to recommend us some places to eat as well."

Your home is located in the main urban area of Xi'an, in the city center. It is 200 meters away from Yongningmen Station on Metro Line 2 and 500 meters away from the city wall of Xi'an. There are various scenic spots around it, such as the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Huimin Street. It is also not far from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Night City. The starting price for taking a taxi from here to major scenic spots is basically the same. There are various local snacks, supermarkets, and supermarkets downstairs. Xi'an SKP and Xi'an Heshenghui are within easy reach, and across the street is the city wall. There are many nightclubs such as bars, small bars, and nightclubs along the city wall. The surrounding supporting facilities can be said to be what they need, very mature areas
"The location is incredibly convenient, with the subway station directly outside. It's perfect if you're on a business trip and want to explore the city a bit. Excellent value for money, and they can provide official receipts/invoices. There are plenty of amenities downstairs, and they even provide a washing machine for in-room use. It feels like a hotel-style guesthouse, and the linens are absolutely top-notch – professionally laundered, not just haphazardly washed like in some smaller guesthouses. The host is very welcoming and goes out of their way to accommodate requests. Plus, there's complimentary mineral water! I'll definitely make this my go-to place for future business trips. Highly recommended!"

"For our cultural trip after the high school entrance exams, staying in an academy-style hotel was simply perfect. The entrance was so unassuming we almost missed it, but once inside, winding paths led to a secluded and tranquil retreat. Both the reception area and our room were adorned with classical charm. We had booked a 'Light Ink' double room, but the kind front desk attendant upgraded us to a family suite free of charge and went out of her way to offer fantastic sightseeing recommendations. Our room was spacious, cozy, and incredibly comfortable, and the soft, lightweight bedding was the best we'd encountered on our entire journey. Right outside, you can easily find handmade souvenir fans, calligraphy scrolls, and traditional seals. The entrance to Yongning Gate City Wall is just a stone's throw away, and it's also conveniently close to the subway. Overall, we were extremely satisfied!"

Dear guest, the hotel is located at Exit C of Yongningmen Subway, turn right when you get out of the subway and walk for about 1 minute. Located on floors 6-15 of Pearl River Times Square, the front desk is on the 6th floor and turns right when you get out of the elevator. The 1st to 5th floors are Hopson Mall! Parking can be parked at the B2-A area of Heshenghui directly to the guest room! There is a fee for parking! There are many shopping malls nearby, such as Heshenghui, Skp, Wangfujing downstairs, and the transportation is convenient. Each room is equipped with a washing machine, free washing powder, refrigerator, and microwave oven. Very convenient, self-service laundry. Takeaway is not afraid of cold. The front desk is equipped with dryers, ironing machines, and self-service ironing and drying. Suitable for business trips and short stays. We will serve you wholeheartedly.

"Overall, it was a great stay, a decent unit within a commercial hub where you can find endless food options. There is a supermarket in basement one, and numerous mini marts nearby. The unit was clean and neat, and the only feedback was that the owner should provide an anti slip mat in the bathroom to prevent fall. The subway is just a short walk from the block (Xiaonanmen Station exit G), which is 2 stops away from Drum Tower. The building is located at the corner of the main road, which makes the vehicle pick up a challenge. But the best pick-up point should be at the front of Tower 2."

"Facilities: The facilities are quite modern.
Cleanliness: Excellent. They thoughtfully provide complimentary disposable bath towels, face towels, and slippers.
Environment: The place is very clean and feels secure. It's incredibly quiet for sleeping, thanks to having only one unit per floor. Each floor is equipped with surveillance cameras for added safety. There's also a wonderfully spacious terrace, which was a real comfort.
Service: Outstanding! The host was exceptionally thoughtful, often treating us to fresh watermelon.
Location: Absolutely perfect! The Muslim Quarter is literally downstairs, making dining and getting around incredibly convenient. Reaching all the major tourist attractions is also a breeze."

"There are two separate rooms on the two floors of the loft. The passwords are divided into two passwords: the main door and the designated room. It took me several attempts at first to find out that the password I entered was for the inner door. The light switch is in the air switch, and I looked for it several times at first.
Facilities: Basic equipment is available, but the quality of slippers can be improved.
Hygiene: Clean, customer service said it will be cleaned every time there is a change of guests.
Environment: The room size is suitable. If there are many people, a larger room is recommended.
Service: The WeChat customer service steward reminded you in detail, including power switches, wireless networks, check-in procedures and parking.
It is recommended to mark the name of the hotel apartment on the floor for easy search."

"The apartment is quite spacious and perfectly suited for a family of three. It comes equipped with a fridge and a washing machine, along with complimentary laundry detergent, which is incredibly convenient for doing laundry, especially during the hot summer. The standing air conditioner cools down the room quickly, and there's also a ceiling fan, giving you options for optimal comfort. An extra duvet was a thoughtful addition.
The location is superb for exploring; it's right near the Nanshaomen subway station. You can easily walk south to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda or north to Yongning Gate and the iconic Bell and Drum Towers.
And the giant projector screen is fantastic for movie nights!"

1110183****very good! This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in! The decoration of the courtyard is romantic but not complicated, and it can be said to be quite high-end. When we were chatting in the evening, we found out that the boss used to work in the soft furnishing industry. The upstairs and downstairs were cleaned everywhere, and most importantly, the bedding was dry and white, with a faint scent of the sun. There is a projector at the head of the bed, the bathroom is fully equipped with dry and wet slippers, and each water cup is covered with a bag... The host is really thoughtful and caring. I also want to praise the boss's cooking skills. Fortunately, my son and I did not eat in the scenic area. We had a clean and delicious lunch here and decisively booked dinner as well. I suggest you stay for two nights and park your car at the entrance of the courtyard to get closer to the scenic area, so as to avoid parking your car in the scenic area parking lot like I did.

Most importantly, it's super quiet, and the facilities are extensive. I had such a great experience! It's also amazing value for money – truly brilliant, honestly better than many hotels! If you're coming to Xi'an and haven't found the right hostel yet, you have to check this place out!

AAnonymous UserThe location is absolutely superb – the Bell Tower is literally to the left as you step out, and the subway entrance is to the right. The atmosphere is fantastic, with comfortable common areas for relaxation and entertainment, and they even have a WeChat group for activities. Both the rooms and the shared bathrooms were very clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive. Xiao Zuo (小左) in particular left a wonderfully deep and positive impression.

GGuest UserThis place was excellent! It's very conveniently located near the entrance to the Terracotta Warriors. The owner was incredibly hospitable, and our room was quiet. Traveling with children meant we needed to air dry a lot of clothes, and the facilities here made that very convenient. When there was a slight mix-up with our laundry, the owner happily resolved it without any fuss. Following the owner's recommendation, we drove just a few minutes to a local food street where prices were very reasonable, and the barbecue was absolutely delicious. Even though the weather was hot and the Terracotta Warriors were crowded, the private guide we hired was very responsible and thorough, even pointing out great spots for photos along the way. This was our first time in Xi'an, and we truly felt the warmth and hospitality of the local people. It's a shame we missed the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show, but we'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

SSéverine SCHAEFFERNice huge room near Xi’an railway (25 mn walking) and big wall. The room was at level minus 1. Very modern and spacious enough for two, very good mattress and nice bathroom. Excellent service from the little brother and good Illy brand coffee. What I would have appreciate : a teapot with cups inside the room (possibility to ask for hot water at the bar upstairs). Best aerator: smelt tobacco and humidity. Street food in the area but need to walk, not easy for breakfast. These apart we liked the place and really appreciated the good willingness of the staff.

GGuest UserBecause I arrived late ( next morning at 7.00 ) so they gave me the room on the first floor. The room is little dark ( Pic 1 n 2 ), because small window n faces neighbour's wall. it's difficult for me to read my book. Actually the room is OK, clean n no smoking smell. They shouldn't sell my booking room to other guest.
Finally at 11 am I got my booking room at 3 floor. The room has a large window, so bright ( good ).
Suggestions:
They should add more lamps, because in the evening the room is dark.
The FO staff is friendly n nice.
Location is good , in front of the metro station gate,. Exit D1. And walkable to go church ( 南堂）

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the staff were really nice. They helped carry our luggage to our designated room, which was located on the 4th floor. The room was alright and the free transfer to the airport worked pretty well. Overall, the stay offered very good value for money.

AAna KarinaWe arrived at 6 pm and the room was not ready. They explained they offered late check out and that’s why it wasn’t cleaned yet,. However, they offer us a late check too and took our luggage to the room when it was ready while we had dinner and explored the city. They give you a code to enter the room. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family (2 Adults + 2 Kids). It had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!!! The toilets were modern. It had a kitchen that we didn’t use. It also had a washing machine with a place to dry the clothes! This really save us! The location was great, right in the city’s heart. We arrived at Xian north and it has a direct metro line 2 (27 min). You also have the Muslim quarter from 1 metro station stop. I would definitely recommend it and would have liked to stay longer.
