tati_lyshThe hotel is located in a small village, a 5-minute walk from the entrance to the Terracotta Army Museum. This is convenient because you don't have to get up very early.
It's a small two-story house with a very picturesque courtyard with a fountain and fish.
As a compliment, we were upgraded to a room. It was quite spacious, on the second floor. There's no elevator, but the owner helped us carry our luggage.
Access to the room is by code.
We seemed to be the only guests in the hotel, so it was very quiet and peaceful.
The room was cool. The interior is modern, but not as cozy as in the trip.com photo.
We noticed a small threshold at the bathroom exit, which could be quite dangerous.
The backlit mirror didn't work, but there was a bare wire sticking out (odd).
Be sure to bring an adapter, as the sockets are Chinese.
There was a rubber mat in the shower, but there was no light in the shower stall. There was a clothes rack and bottled water.
The linens and towels were clean, and all toiletries were provided.
We communicated with the owner through a translator. He immediately asked about breakfast time that evening. We agreed on 7:00 AM.
Breakfast was delicious, but not very filling. Between us, we had a couple of steamed buns, a salad, some soup, and one scrambled egg. We were offered more, but it was time to leave.
We left our bags at reception, strolled around the museum, and then headed back to Xi'an.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway while still getting an early visit to the Terracotta Army Museum.

Guest UserI genuinely recommend this hotel! The room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and ventilation, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service attitude was very friendly. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting around is convenient. It's quiet at night, not noisy at all, so I slept incredibly well. The value for money far exceeded my expectations, and it's definitely worth experiencing!

My first time trying this place, and I thought it was great! I booked the cheapest room, which I think was a 16-person dorm, but the front desk lady upgraded me to a 12-person one. I even extended my stay for another night.
The environment inside is quite peaceful. Everyone in the common areas is pretty respectful, except for a few loud shouts during billiards sometimes!
Oh, and there were a lot of foreigners, couples mostly, chatting among themselves – it had a nice vibe.
Since it was my first time, I wasn't familiar with everything and didn't prepare toiletries. When I went to shower, I even saw two guys coming out of the same stall, which honestly stunned me a bit.
However, the privacy in the restrooms and shower rooms is excellent; they're all enclosed. The hot water comes on quickly, the water pressure is strong, and everything is clean.
Everyone seemed pretty well-behaved. I mostly kept to myself, though, and didn't really interact with anyone. At one point, a foreigner asked me in English if he could use a stool. I honestly didn't understand anything he said, but I got his meaning and just waved my hand. He must have thought I was refusing him because he started to leave. I was so flustered I couldn't speak, just waving my hands around like fans, trying to convey my meaning. He must have seen my panic and understood, so he moved the stool. Only then could I relax and continue drinking my hot water alone. (I saw the front desk staff, both a guy and a lady, speaking English with the foreigners, and I was so envious! Ugh, I can only read English; I can't understand or speak it. I really need to practice my listening and speaking skills. I'll try my luck again next time.)
Overall, I think it's a pretty good place.
Oh, and its location is fantastic, right by the Bell Tower. But make sure you exit the correct subway station, or else a directionally challenged person like me will spend almost an hour wandering around trying to find it!

It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation, and the hygiene is top-notch – everything was clean and tidy. The best part is its proximity to the Terracotta Army Museum; you can easily walk there. Plus, free parking is a bonus, and the staff were all very kind and helpful.

BenzhuodazhuThis hostel is located right next to Xi'an Sports Park, and it's a short 15-minute bike ride (on a shared bike) to attractions like the Bell Tower and SEG Shopping Center. Plus, the airport shuttle bus stop at Xi'an Hotel is only a five-minute walk away, which is super convenient if you have an early flight. The hostel itself has a great vibe, and everyone does a good job of keeping the common areas tidy. Compared to other hostels I've stayed in, this one is excellent. It's a fantastic choice for budget travelers doing a quick day trip or young people catching an early flight out of Xi'an.

ShoumiaoWe were five grown men and had a very comfortable stay. This is a B&B in the residential complex. It's beautifully decorated, quiet, and well-equipped. The floor heating was very warm, even with the windows open, it wasn't cold, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The complex is well-managed, and it's right next to Wanda and two snack streets! There's a wide variety of food options, but eating in the room was so comfortable that we deliberately packed up for two nights and played mahjong and poker afterwards...we didn't want to go out. Transportation is very convenient, and the subway station is just a short walk away. Two of the bedrooms are small suites, one with a private bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. Three bathrooms are definitely enough. In short, living in this large flat is really comfortable!

Pat LornaThe place is right in Muslim quarters. It can get a bit noisy at night but we were ok with that. The service was good and even helped with a few recommendations. The only downside is the water heater which take a while to heat because there are 4 of us taking bath. Highly recommend for those food lovers. 😝🤩

Hani Anak MalaysiaOnly smaller room has access to lift 🛗 bigger room is on different building and NO lift 🛗
At 12pm exactly I walk inside the hallway, to their receptionist for check in (normal check in was at 2pm actually, I missed that time frame).
I have expected that my room will have no lift, but thank goodness when the receptionist opening the door behind the counter I saw a lift and I asked about it.
He told me that not all room have access to it, and mine specifically is on different building with stairs, and I’m on the fifth floor with balcony 🫣
He kindly asked us whether we want to change our room and he also invite us to show each room available for the lift and for the other building, oh my gosh, I cannot tell you how struggling it was to climb to the fifth floor, we only managed to the 4th one to see the room, and gave up.
We chose room 5003 as it has a large windows with unobstructed view, albeit a bit smaller than what we ordered, but the lift access make it worth it.
And also if you’re on a heavier side like I am and not used to walk a lot, just bare in mind, didi are not allowed on this street, they’re motorcycles you can pay to sent you inside, but the price varies. We also only used the bicycle until their park station and has to walk inside the street another 500m +-
I tried to used taobao but my item kept on failing to deliver 😭 but thank god I can return and refund all of them.
All in all this has taught me a lesson to choose hotel that didi can drive literally up until the front entrance of the hotel. I’m not build to walk a lot 😭 and literally carrying 5kg of rice in my bagpack too along with how many litres of drinks.
But the hotel is nice, they treat us well, and very whenever I WeChat they will make sure to reply promptly.
The cleanliness can be improved, and the amenities are a little bit outdated. There’s foreign hairs from mopping I think, so we just wipe the floors with clean towel again.

We only stayed 3 nights here. The location is good: there are many simple restaurants and supermarkets nearby, Xi’an Railway Station is close, and the metro is just a 10-minute walk away. The place was relatively quiet. Compared to the pictures with which the room was advertised, our room was a bit dilapidated: most of the grout in the bathroom was moldy, the bathroom sink pipe was leaking, and the furniture also looked quite worn. The staff was friendly, and the room had WiFi and a TV.
