Guest UserI've stayed here several times now. The rooms are very spacious, the location is super convenient, and the surrounding area is great. The service is excellent, and the rooms are well-equipped with everything you need like a washing machine and kitchenware. It's especially perfect for staying with friends or family.

My only requirement for a hotel is peace and quiet. That's why, even though I was visiting Xi'an, I specifically booked this place. Plus, as an IHG Platinum member, I try to stick with the brand. The reason for choosing this hotel was simple: it looked relatively quiet, and they had suites available. Logically, for just my wife and me, such a large room wasn't necessary, but I thought fewer neighbors might mean more quiet.
The first night, however, had a bit of a hitch. I'm not sure if it was the air conditioning unit upstairs or some other machinery, but every twenty minutes or so, there would be a very loud bang, which meant I barely slept all night. Honestly, for such a nice room, this issue was quite unexpected. At 5 AM, I couldn't take it anymore and had to call the front desk. They handled it promptly, quickly moving me to the seventh floor; my original room was on the eighteenth floor.
The seventh-floor suite was also much quieter. Although the curtains were a bit old, with several small holes, making them less effective at blocking out light than those on the eighteenth floor, and the partition between the living room and bedroom was transparent (which compromises sound insulation and light blocking), the overall living experience was actually more comfortable. The rooms downstairs have gaming consoles and kitchens, while the rooms upstairs feel more like private meeting spaces â each with its own distinct features. At least after moving to the seventh floor, I didn't hear that inexplicable loud noise anymore. Of course, being closer to the gym, I occasionally heard some equipment training sounds, but it was a vast improvement compared to the first night, and my sleep quality significantly improved on the second day.
Just a small suggestion for the hotel: the coffee machine in the room and the provided capsules didn't seem to be compatible, so I didn't end up using it. But this is a minor issue and didn't affect the overall experience.
This stay also made me ponder whether I should continue to spend more on suites just for the sake of quiet in the future. Theoretically, suites should have fewer neighbors, but in reality, suite floors might also attract more families traveling together, so it's not necessarily quieter. Overall, however, I was quite satisfied with this stay. Especially the hotel staff's service attitude was excellent, and their response time when issues arose was very quick.
If I visit Xi'an again, I'd very likely choose to stay here. For friends traveling, this hotel is indeed a bit further from the main attractions, but for me, getting a good rest is more important than saving an extra ten or twenty minutes of travel time.

Guest UserThis hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Xi'an! We stayed in two other good hotels before this, but Ling Hotel was definitely the most delightful.
The hotel is located north of the old city and is a bit hidden, but taking the direct elevator to the 16th-floor lobby for check-in was an absolute revelation. The public areas are wonderfully designed, with great attention to detail and a high-quality feel!
The room details were also excellent. The sofa was very comfortable, and the TV was large, though the lighting was a bit dim. The LE LABO toiletries and Dyson hairdryer were definite bonuses.
But the biggest surprise was the hotel's rooftop observation deck and swimming pool. The observation deck offers a complete view of the Drum Tower and the central axis, and the pool view is also perfect, especially at night when it's lit up!
The most, most, MOST delightful thing was the small gift we received at check-out. They specially carved a small seal for my child! Even though we only stayed for one day, they managed to craft such an exquisite seal. This gift was truly thoughtful. Thank you to all the hotel staff! Thank you for your considerate service!
My only minor suggestion is that the breakfast and late-night snack options could be improved.

Anonymous UserThis Hualuxe, under the InterContinental brand, truly lives up to its name as a high-end Chinese hotel. The new Chinese-style decor is elegant and grand, and the Chinese hospitality is warm and considerate. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and courteously. The guest room was fully equipped with a complete tea set, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The guest relations team, particularly Ms. Sakura and Ms. Shanzha, contacted me in advance and arranged a room that perfectly suited my preferences. The food at the Cai Feng Lou Chinese restaurant was authentic and delicious. Overall, it was an exceptionally pleasant experience.

XingkongyikexingThe biggest surprise of this trip was meeting Jiajia. Her service was warm and thoughtful, and her responses were quick. She helped us coordinate our room and arranged dog-walking routes, which made everything so stress-free. Our child had an absolute blast; the craft activities were different every day, the indoor playground was clean, and the outdoor playground was spacious. The hot spring play area had slides and water features that kept them entertained for ages! Being able to bring our pet meant no one in the family was left out. Next time we visit, we'll definitely look for Jiajia again!

Arrived in Xi'an, and a light rain brought a welcome calm to the sweltering heat.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, especially the ones at the entrance. When a car arrived, they'd help guests load large luggage into the trunk and even open the car door. Everything was handled with such thoughtful detail.
As for the hotel's environment, it's simply beyond words. The serene garden right before your eyes offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. Its central location makes getting anywhere a breeze... And after a soak in the tub with those wonderfully fragrant toiletries, you're sure to drift off into a peaceful sleep.

This stay was truly amazing, five stars for sure! The public areas are elegantly decorated and perfect for photos, with no clutter or strange odors. Even the corners were meticulously cleaned, making everything feel fresh and comfortable. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, operating smoothly and reliably, making them convenient and reassuring to use. YOYO, one of the staff members, explained the packages in detail (no hard selling at all) and had a gentle, patient attitude. The cleaning staff were meticulous and dedicated, always keeping the environment neat and orderly. From hygiene details and facility upkeep to the service experience, everything exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making us feel completely at ease. You can feel the careful attention to detail everywhere â high standards of cleanliness, complete and undamaged facilities, and warm, thoughtful service. The overall experience was fantastic and definitely worth choosing again. Highly recommended!

The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The AC was super cold! We always bring our own toiletries and hairdryer, which is convenient. The service was warm and attentive!
The facilities were excellent, and the location was incredibly convenient. The Line 4 subway station is right outside, making it easy to get anywhere, especially to the high-speed train station.
Just across the street is the ancient city wall, and the view is fantastic đ.
When in Xi'an, absolutely do NOT eat at restaurants in tourist attractions. I repeat: do NOT eat at attractions, do NOT eat at attractions, do NOT eat at attractions!!!
I highly recommend 'Old Li Family Biangbiang Noodles,' a chain restaurant that has been operating in Xi'an for decades! If you see a Terracotta Warrior statue at the entrance, you know it's the authentic one! It's so genuinely good! This is important, so I'll say it three times: it's so delicious đ! So delicious đ! So delicious đ!
When visiting the Terracotta Army, be sure to bring a sun umbrella! Students can get half-price admission by showing their student ID.
Booking tickets for the Xi'an History Museum 3-4 days in advance is really difficult, as they sell out fast. As for the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, don't bother going up â you know what I mean!
For the Grand Tang Everbright City, arrive around 5 PM, as it's too hot during the day đ„”! You can stay and enjoy it until 2 AM! You can rent traditional costumes for photos; there are tons of costume shops both inside and outside the attraction, so just pick one you like.

Guest UserI brought my child to Xi'an this time and didn't want the hassle of traveling far, so we checked directly into the Zhiyin Courtyard Hotel. From our room, we could gaze at the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda â who can understand the awe of seeing a thousand-year-old pagoda standing silently right before your eyes!!
đź A Zen Courtyard in the Bustle of the City
The location is absolutely superb, right at the foot of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. It's a 2-minute walk to the pagoda and a 5-minute walk to the Grand Tang Everbright City. Outside, it's bustling with people, but the moment you step inside, it's peaceful. The 3000㥠courtyard has only 30 rooms. Red walls and green tiles, bamboo groves and flowing water â every step reveals a new beautiful scene, truly a hidden gem in the city. My child loved running around the bamboo paths, and right outside the bamboo grove is a popular red wall photo spot, perfect for pictures.
đ¶đ» Touched by the Details for Traveling with Kids
24-hour butler service, requests answered instantly â it made traveling with a child so much less stressful.
đ The Food Was So Delicious It Made Me Cry
Breakfast included authentic Xifu spicy noodles, Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), and Saqizi noodles. My husband ate three bowls! The complimentary afternoon tea in the courtyard was incredibly pleasant, and the Tangguozi (Tang-style sweets) were both beautiful and delicious. When we returned exhausted from Grand Tang Everbright City in the evening, they even had thoughtful late-night snacks ready â what a pleasant surprise.
If you're coming to Xi'an with kids or toddlers and want a comfortable stay close to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Grand Tang Everbright City, just copy my plan! I love places like this that are quiet upon entry and offer scenic views upon exit. Happy kids, relaxed adults~
I heard there are lots of activities at the hotel for the Dragon Boat Festival!!! Cinnabar dotting on the forehead, colorful silk ropes, sachet making, craft workshops⊠sounds like it'll be a lot of fun!

Jifengzhi.langThis hotel is pretty good, with a nice overall environment. The accommodation and services were excellent, and our room even got upgraded. Housekeeping was on point, and it's conveniently close to the airport. I'll definitely choose this place for future business trips. The only minor issue was that the airport shuttle left before the scheduled time, and I almost missed my flight.
