Excellent Stay in the Heart of Xi'an – Quiet, Comfortable & Exceptional Service. Eastern House is a hidden gem in the center of Xi'an, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Despite its central location, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The check-in process was seamless, and we were in our room in no time. The bed was exquisitely comfortable, making it easy to recharge after a day of exploring. Breakfast was delicious, with a focus on quality over quantity. For those needing halal options, the staff is happy to assist—just ask! What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. A special shoutout to CiCi, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The self-service laundry was also a great convenience for travelers. Overall, Eastern House provides outstanding comfort, thoughtful amenities, and warm hospitality. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

We stayed at Novotel Xi’an for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location, with a pleasant environment and excellent cleanliness. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home. I’d especially like to thank Ms. Hang (杭小姐) for her professional and thoughtful checkout service. She was warm, efficient, and made our departure smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Our 3 night stay here was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful and welcoming each day. The location is right next to the old wall, which you get a great view of from the outdoor terrace. Just be mindful that the reception is on an upper level via lifts, so the entrance from outside isn't immediately obvious. Look for glass sliding doors with lifts behind it and small black plaque stating Mehood Elegant Hotel. The hotel decor is lovely Chinese style. Our Tang Dynasty room was excellent, decent size and facilities. Twin beds were spacious, each with bedside tables. Wash basin is behind a half partition within the bedroom. Then the toilet and shower are each in their own cubicle, behind the wash basin. So be mindful that you can see the bathroom area from the beds area but it was fine for us. Air con worked great. Robes and slippers provided. Self service laundry area was a welcome addition, with 3 washer dryers, detergent, hanging rail and clothes steamer. Breakfast was really excellent, mostly Chinese cuisine with some continental western options. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel. Easy walking distance of metro, shops and old wall.

Services: The hotel arrival experience was average; some staff members were friendly, while others came across as quite stern. The person who assisted with my luggage seemed a bit unfriendly, which made me hesitant to ask him any questions. The rest of the staff were generally fine, though. I appreciated the birthday cake and the decorations in my room, which certainly added to the experience. However, the overall warmth and hospitality from the staff were lacking. One moment that I found slightly insulting was when a staff member asked me if I had taken their hotel room pouch while I was waiting for my taxi to my next hotel. It felt as though they suspected me of theft. Additionally, the hotel did not provide basic amenities like a toothbrush and shower caps, and I was too fatigued from jet lag to request them. Fortunately, I had packed my own toothbrush. Restaurant: The restaurant staff provided a much better service than the hotel staff. They were polite and accommodating, in contrast to the person who assisted me with my luggage and drove the golf cart. His tone was quite off-putting, making him seem unapproachable and even confrontational at times. Facilities: The bathroom was somewhat dated, with some corners showing signs of mold. The room itself was a bit dimly lit. The highlight of my stay was definitely the private onsen and the performance of ”长恨歌!” 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Conclusion: The money spent was well worth it for the private onsen and the VIP tickets to the ”长恨歌” show! It was truly a fantastic experience and well worth seeing.

The hotel room is very big with a bathtub and kid enjoyed it. Moreover, the relevant facilities are provided. The customer service is average. The hotel’s location is excellent - It is connected to the Xi’an airport Terminal 3 directly. Kid playground is available. Furthermore, you could go for a gym and swimming too. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

This is a good location hotel located at the central location of Xi An city. I have stayed for 5 nites and love this hotel very much. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. There are 2 shopping mall just below the hotel and you could buy anything you like. Will recommend you to stay in this hotel for all convenience you can obtain #Xi An hotel

This place is pure luxury. The moment you walk in you are greeted by a team of people. The rooms are large and comfortable with amenities in case you forgot something. There are separate rooms for the toilet and shower, including a full sized bath tub. You will find cold drinks in the refrigerator and snacks on the table. The food in the restaurant is incredible, with many selections for the breakfast buffet, and the staff make sure you are pampered in every way. They remember your name and the beverage you prefer. The location is in easy to access and just a few minutes from the subway. There are also a few street vendors near by but not in front of the hotel. They also have a great car and driver. He was aggressive but safe. He gave me the impression that he wanted to make sure I got to the right place and on time. Special thanks to Rongrong. She helped me on many occasions with translating, communicating and making sure I was well taking care of. She went above and beyond my expectations of good service. She made my stay extra special. The place and staff are top notch and made my trip to Xi’an most memorable and happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again Rongrong and the entire staff at the Rose Garden Hotel, you are truly the best.

We had a detour at Xi'an and stayed for only 15 hours. This hotel was excellent in all measures for us and we only wished that we had stayed longer. Their location, service and overall ambiance we absolutely amazing. It gave a very nice techno vibe anywhere inside, be it lobby, elevators, corridors and room. The room was also equipped with smart assistant that was fun to explore. My kids loved the color combination of black and red everywhere. We couldn't use the gym and pool though they looked really nice. The only thing where I was annoyed was the entrance as my taxi dropped us outside since he didn't (try to) take the car inside, so I had to carry all my luggage from the road all the way to the room. But during my check out, the staff helped talk to the taxi driver and he came inside near the entrance gate.

This is a hotel that I would like to stay in again after having stayed there. I am very satisfied with the geographical location, decoration design, staff service, cost-effectiveness and some details. 1. The hotel is very conveniently located to the surrounding scenic spots. It is very close to the Tang Paradise and the Tang Dynasty City That Never Sleeps, and can be reached on foot. 2. The hotel facilities are very new and the decoration style is very design-oriented. From the environment in the lobby to the interior design of the room, it makes people feel aesthetically pleasing. The room is spacious and the layout is novel. You will feel amazing as soon as you enter the room. 3. The hotel pays great attention to the service management of its employees. Whether it is the receptionist at the front desk, the service staff in the lobby bar, or the cleaning staff, you can feel that the employees of this hotel have a strong sense of service and are able to think ahead of the guests at all times. The hotel also arranges special butler service. The butlers Alaia and Xiaoqin thoughtfully prepared fruits for the guests and their service attitude was friendly and polite. 4. I was deeply impressed by the service details of the hotel. For example, the rooms provided guests with high-quality cosmetics. There were many bottled waters in the elevators and other public areas for guests to carry with them. The overall smell in the hotel was pleasant, with natural aromatherapy. The coffee in the lobby bar was only a dozen yuan a cup, tasted great and was refilled for free. The service staff were warm and thoughtful, and asked me if I wanted a refill before leaving. Although these are small things, they make people feel that the hotel is willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel the warmth of the service. 5. The only drawback is that the layout of the restaurant upstairs is more like a banquet hall. It would be better if there was a small booth. But the taste of the breakfast and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda outside the window are plus points for the meal. This is the first time I have written so much feedback for a hotel on the platform because I was really impressed. If you come to Xi'an for tourism or business and want to stay near the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps or the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, you might as well come here to experience it when looking for a hotel of the same size and price. In fact, the price of taxis or online car-hailing services in Xi'an is very cheap, and it is not expensive to travel to tourist attractions in the city if you stay here.
