Overall, my stay was great. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, facilities were well-maintained, and the bedding was really comfortable, so I slept very well. The staff were all friendly and polite, and service was prompt. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted good. All in all, it's excellent value for money. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it.

Xi'an MEILIE Ling Homestay was a real gem! ✨ Its location is fantastic, making travel incredibly convenient. It's close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Street, yet it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The homestay is fully equipped with excellent facilities, the rooms are thoughtfully furnished, and the common areas are well-appointed. After exploring the ancient city, it was wonderful to come back and relax in such a tranquil environment; all my travel fatigue just melted away. If you're visiting Xi'an and want a place that offers both convenience and quiet, this is an excellent choice.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

An excellent hotel! The staff are very welcoming and always greet guests. The rooms are spotless and the air conditioning is set just right, making for a very comfortable stay. Both the mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable; I practically fell asleep as soon as I hit the bed after a day of sightseeing. What's more, there are even peacocks in the hotel's beautiful courtyard, which is a lovely surprise. I'll definitely book Hualuxe again next time I'm in Xi'an.

The hotel environment is really great, with lots of greenery and trees everywhere, making for a very comfortable stay. This time I stayed for quite a while, and the butler was wonderfully attentive throughout my stay, always responding promptly to any requests and handling them with incredible patience. They even helped me find something I accidentally left behind right away, which was a huge relief when traveling with kids. This is definitely a family-friendly hotel, and choosing a package for a long stay offers great value for money. The only minor suggestion is that the restaurant food was a bit bland, so we opted to eat out for a few days. However, the overall experience was still very good, and I would definitely consider this hotel again for our next family trip.

I booked two rooms, one directly facing the hallway entrance and the other next to the equipment room, at opposite ends of the same floor. They claimed this was to keep us on the same floor. Is this how you treat long-time customers? Do you call two twin beds pushed together a 'king room'? And then claim it's an upgraded room type? Why didn't the front desk mention this at check-in? It's not like I'm stingy about a few extra bucks. No one paid any attention when we got in or out of the car, or when entering/exiting the hotel. I know you don't lack guests, but I will definitely not choose Renaissance Hotel again when I come to Xi'an in the future. Regarding the Minibar & Welcome Drinks: The front desk specifically told me they were chargeable. After calling the duty manager, it took multiple confirmations for them to finally admit that my booked room type included them for free.

The hotel is located in the heart of Qujiang New District, right across the road from Qujiang Site Park and the Grand Tang Dynasty Furong Garden. It's also just one subway stop from the North Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and you can even walk to the Grand Tang Everbright City. The hotel itself is quite grand, and its own dining options are excellent. The breakfast is very rich, and both the Cantonese restaurant and the Spanish restaurant are great. It's also very close to Furong Xintiandi. Everything else was perfect, except for the limited number of power outlets by the bed (many B&Bs even offer Type-C and Lightning charging ports).

This stay was truly amazing, five stars for sure! The public areas are elegantly decorated and perfect for photos, with no clutter or strange odors. Even the corners were meticulously cleaned, making everything feel fresh and comfortable. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, operating smoothly and reliably, making them convenient and reassuring to use. YOYO, one of the staff members, explained the packages in detail (no hard selling at all) and had a gentle, patient attitude. The cleaning staff were meticulous and dedicated, always keeping the environment neat and orderly. From hygiene details and facility upkeep to the service experience, everything exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making us feel completely at ease. You can feel the careful attention to detail everywhere – high standards of cleanliness, complete and undamaged facilities, and warm, thoughtful service. The overall experience was fantastic and definitely worth choosing again. Highly recommended!

The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The AC was super cold! We always bring our own toiletries and hairdryer, which is convenient. The service was warm and attentive! The facilities were excellent, and the location was incredibly convenient. The Line 4 subway station is right outside, making it easy to get anywhere, especially to the high-speed train station. Just across the street is the ancient city wall, and the view is fantastic 👍. When in Xi'an, absolutely do NOT eat at restaurants in tourist attractions. I repeat: do NOT eat at attractions, do NOT eat at attractions, do NOT eat at attractions!!! I highly recommend 'Old Li Family Biangbiang Noodles,' a chain restaurant that has been operating in Xi'an for decades! If you see a Terracotta Warrior statue at the entrance, you know it's the authentic one! It's so genuinely good! This is important, so I'll say it three times: it's so delicious 😋! So delicious 😋! So delicious 😋! When visiting the Terracotta Army, be sure to bring a sun umbrella! Students can get half-price admission by showing their student ID. Booking tickets for the Xi'an History Museum 3-4 days in advance is really difficult, as they sell out fast. As for the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, don't bother going up – you know what I mean! For the Grand Tang Everbright City, arrive around 5 PM, as it's too hot during the day 🥵! You can stay and enjoy it until 2 AM! You can rent traditional costumes for photos; there are tons of costume shops both inside and outside the attraction, so just pick one you like.

To catch an early flight, I once again chose the Xi'an Airport Grand Hotel. This time, I discovered another shortcut: take the elevator (not the escalator) from the Airport Exit of Metro Line 14, heading towards the airport departure hall, up to the third floor, and the hotel is directly opposite. It's incredibly convenient, a real blessing for those with early morning or late-night flights. However, I did notice a small drawback this time: breakfast at 6 AM couldn't be served even a minute early, and even at 6:15 AM, items like fruit and vegetables weren't fully set out yet. For those catching the earliest flights, it's a minor disappointment.
