The quality of Ascott hotels is consistently reliable, as always. All facilities are very complete, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a washer-dryer combo, so you can pack fewer clothes for your trip. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. The staff and front desk personnel are warm, attentive, and responsive to every request. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation and dining options, making it easy to get to attractions like Xiaozhai, the Bell Tower, and the Shaanxi History Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants downstairs, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can gaze at the Small Wild Goose Pagoda in the distance. Although it's close to the main South Second Ring Road, it's very quiet.

Every time I pass through Xi'an, I stay here because it's convenient for parking our RV, they provide two cribs, the service is great, and the breakfast selection is really rich. However, this time I felt the breakfast wasn't as tasty as before, and the breakfast service was quite slow. On the first day, we waited a long time for both baby utensils and coffee. The window sills in the room weren't very clean either. If you're traveling with children, I'd suggest asking housekeeping to give them an extra wipe. Also, the *hulatang* (spicy soup) from our usual takeout spot wasn't good this time. The packaging improved, but the taste got worse.

On my holiday, I brought my child to Xi'an and chose the Sofitel Legend inside the city walls. I booked a package on Ctrip, and the price was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, convenient for getting anywhere, and there are tons of options for food delivery. The entire hotel offers a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle; as soon as you step through the main entrance, you're shielded from the city's vibrancy. The soundproofing in the rooms is also fantastic, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. The staff in all areas of the hotel are incredibly warm and professional. They always greet you enthusiastically and proactively offer various services; we felt very well taken care of during our stay. The hotel itself is compact and exquisite, with all the facilities and services you could need. There's a pool and a gym; the pool was often empty, so we had it all to ourselves! The minibar in the room comes with chocolates and a variety of drinks, plus a coffee machine. Every evening, there's a turndown service that includes cookies or small snacks and milk. The bedding is also very comfortable. The breakfast spread is extensive, with plenty to eat each day. The à la carte menu offers a wide selection of local delicacies and both Chinese and Western dishes, and it's available until 10:30 AM, which is perfect for late risers! What's more, the hotel is simply beautiful; every picture you take turns out great. Friends who love getting good photos should definitely consider staying here, as both the rooms and public areas are very photogenic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Xi'an. Oh, and the toiletries are also very comprehensive; you only need to bring your own skincare products. The sewing kit was a pleasant surprise – even the thread was already pre-threaded!

Our stay at the hotel was absolute perfection. The rooms stylish, clean and so comfortable. The amenities feel luxurious and the staff went above and beyond to assure we felt cared for. The breakfast and afternoon tea are a must and don’t miss a swim in the pool!! The location was perfect for us as it is close to the main attractions within the city walls, yet feels very quiet and removed when you need to recharge. Loved it all!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's a renovated Tanghua Hotel, and despite being an older property, it feels brand new with excellent, comprehensive facilities. The mini-bar in the room is well-stocked, and the tea bar is a definite highlight. The common areas have a beautiful, ancient-style charm and are suitable for all types of guests. They even have peacocks, which are lovely! The hotel's Cai Feng Lou restaurant truly lives up to its reputation; the glutinous rice chicken is delicious, and the smoked fish is absolutely exceptional – highly recommend trying it. The location is superb. Our butler, Shanzha Dier, was incredibly helpful; when my friend wasn't feeling well, she kindly arranged for a late check-out, which was a very thoughtful touch. Tanghua Hualuxe truly lives up to its name as the premier Hualuxe and, in my opinion, the best overall hotel in Xi'an.

Our short stay at Angsana Xi'an Lintong was excellent. Our dedicated butler provided warm, professional, and thoughtful service, proactively anticipating our children's needs and paying attention to every detail. The hotel's courtyard environment is serene and beautiful, with an elegant overall ambiance. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and the staff were patient, meticulous, and friendly in their communication. Our room was warm and comfortable, with all necessary amenities for children fully provided and well-maintained facilities. Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. The service was enthusiastic yet discreet, thorough, and attentive, demonstrating outstanding overall quality. It was a superb accommodation experience on our trip, and we're definitely looking forward to returning.

Arrived in Xi'an, and a light rain brought a welcome calm to the sweltering heat. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, especially the ones at the entrance. When a car arrived, they'd help guests load large luggage into the trunk and even open the car door. Everything was handled with such thoughtful detail. As for the hotel's environment, it's simply beyond words. The serene garden right before your eyes offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. Its central location makes getting anywhere a breeze... And after a soak in the tub with those wonderfully fragrant toiletries, you're sure to drift off into a peaceful sleep.

This stay was truly amazing, five stars for sure! The public areas are elegantly decorated and perfect for photos, with no clutter or strange odors. Even the corners were meticulously cleaned, making everything feel fresh and comfortable. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, operating smoothly and reliably, making them convenient and reassuring to use. YOYO, one of the staff members, explained the packages in detail (no hard selling at all) and had a gentle, patient attitude. The cleaning staff were meticulous and dedicated, always keeping the environment neat and orderly. From hygiene details and facility upkeep to the service experience, everything exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making us feel completely at ease. You can feel the careful attention to detail everywhere – high standards of cleanliness, complete and undamaged facilities, and warm, thoughtful service. The overall experience was fantastic and definitely worth choosing again. Highly recommended!

The 12 story hotel is centrally located directly across from the southern edge of the Xi'An Wall, which is beautifully lit each evening.  Hotel facilities were immaculate, with attention to every detail that resulted in stunning interior features.  Room was very spacious, with a full bathtub and shower, separate room for a bidet toilet, two queen beds, a leather sofa, a desk, and two chairs.  Remote controls throughout the room allowed us to comfortably control all lights and curtains.  Staff was very attentive to all requests with prompt room deliveries by person and robot.  The highlight was the breakfast each morning from 7AM to 10AM on the 12th floor.  The hostess Aria was extremely kind and accommodating, and guided us through the foods offered throughout the breakfast buffet.  Breakfast included a variety of Asian cuisines including dim sum, fried rice, sauteed vegetables, pastries, cake slices, fresh fruit, and desserts.  A made-to-order soup station also served noodles, wontons, and dumplings.  I highly recommend this hotel for families who want a beautiful, spacious, and artfully decorated modern hotel room in the heart of Xi'An.

This hotel is pretty good, with a nice overall environment. The accommodation and services were excellent, and our room even got upgraded. Housekeeping was on point, and it's conveniently close to the airport. I'll definitely choose this place for future business trips. The only minor issue was that the airport shuttle left before the scheduled time, and I almost missed my flight.
