The hygiene was excellent, the room was clean and dry, and the service was professional and meticulous. I requested a quiet room, and the staff arranged it very thoughtfully. The experience was great, and the quiet environment was perfect for relaxation. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything; the check-in experience was excellent, and it's definitely worth staying again and again!

This hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Xi'an! We stayed in two other good hotels before this, but Ling Hotel was definitely the most delightful. The hotel is located north of the old city and is a bit hidden, but taking the direct elevator to the 16th-floor lobby for check-in was an absolute revelation. The public areas are wonderfully designed, with great attention to detail and a high-quality feel! The room details were also excellent. The sofa was very comfortable, and the TV was large, though the lighting was a bit dim. The LE LABO toiletries and Dyson hairdryer were definite bonuses. But the biggest surprise was the hotel's rooftop observation deck and swimming pool. The observation deck offers a complete view of the Drum Tower and the central axis, and the pool view is also perfect, especially at night when it's lit up! The most, most, MOST delightful thing was the small gift we received at check-out. They specially carved a small seal for my child! Even though we only stayed for one day, they managed to craft such an exquisite seal. This gift was truly thoughtful. Thank you to all the hotel staff! Thank you for your considerate service! My only minor suggestion is that the breakfast and late-night snack options could be improved.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

My stay at Tanghua Hotel Xi'an was beyond expectations! The hotel itself is a Tang-style garden, with an antique courtyard, lush trees, and tranquil ponds, making every corner a picturesque view. You can even spot peacocks roaming freely, which truly adds to the ambiance. The location is superb; it's incredibly convenient to walk to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Everbright City. After exploring the bustling streets, returning to the hotel instantly brings a sense of calm – it’s a wonderful experience to find such peace amidst the lively surroundings. The room layout is elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing at night was excellent, ensuring a restful sleep. All staff members, especially Danica, were polite and attentive. The front desk handled check-in and check-out smoothly, and any requests were promptly addressed. The breakfast offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent. This hotel is perfect for both tourists visiting Xi'an and those looking for a relaxing short stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an.

The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. This was our first time visiting Xi'an with the kids, and they absolutely loved it! We'll definitely be back to stay here again. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a gift when we checked out.

The hotel environment is really great, with lots of greenery and trees everywhere, making for a very comfortable stay. This time I stayed for quite a while, and the butler was wonderfully attentive throughout my stay, always responding promptly to any requests and handling them with incredible patience. They even helped me find something I accidentally left behind right away, which was a huge relief when traveling with kids. This is definitely a family-friendly hotel, and choosing a package for a long stay offers great value for money. The only minor suggestion is that the restaurant food was a bit bland, so we opted to eat out for a few days. However, the overall experience was still very good, and I would definitely consider this hotel again for our next family trip.

This was the first hotel where I stayed for five consecutive nights. I'd go to Mount Hua and Xianyang during the day and return here in the evenings. Even though the hotel has been open for over ten years, the black mahogany decor in the rooms is still very well maintained. The huge lobby is incredibly grand; the only other hotel I've stayed in that can compare is the Zhongwu Hotel. The hotel's breakfast truly deserves a mention – it's incredibly varied, and the quality is excellent. They offer local specialties like 'Youpo Mian' (oil-splashed noodles) and 'Roujiamo' (Chinese hamburger), which taste just as good as what you'd find in a specialized restaurant. The attached Spanish restaurant is also authentically styled. The hotel service was great too; a minor issue upon check-in was resolved quickly, and they even gave me an extra breakfast. The hotel environment is also fantastic, with a resort-style garden. The back exit leads directly to the Furong Xintiandi commercial complex, and the front exit opens to Qujiang Relic Park, which is lovely for an morning stroll. It's also not far from the Tang Paradise and the Grand Tang Everbright City. For other destinations, there are subway and bus stations near the hotel. The only downside was that the TV signal wasn't great, with only a few channels working properly. However, since I was out late and back late every day, I didn't have much time to watch TV anyway, but I still hope they can improve it.

YOYO, one of the staff members, explained the packages in detail (no hard selling at all) and had a gentle, patient attitude. The cleaning staff were meticulous and dedicated, always keeping the environment neat and orderly. From hygiene details and facility upkeep to the service experience, everything exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making us feel completely at ease. You can feel the careful attention to detail everywhere – high standards of cleanliness, complete and undamaged facilities, and warm, thoughtful service. The overall experience was fantastic and definitely worth choosing again. Highly recommended!

The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The AC was super cold! We always bring our own toiletries and hairdryer, which is convenient. The service was warm and attentive! The facilities were excellent, and the location was incredibly convenient. The Line 4 subway station is right outside, making it easy to get anywhere, especially to the high-speed train station. Just across the street is the ancient city wall, and the view is fantastic 👍. When in Xi'an, absolutely do NOT eat at restaurants in tourist attractions. I repeat: do NOT eat at attractions, do NOT eat at attractions, do NOT eat at attractions!!! I highly recommend 'Old Li Family Biangbiang Noodles,' a chain restaurant that has been operating in Xi'an for decades! If you see a Terracotta Warrior statue at the entrance, you know it's the authentic one! It's so genuinely good! This is important, so I'll say it three times: it's so delicious 😋! So delicious 😋! So delicious 😋! When visiting the Terracotta Army, be sure to bring a sun umbrella! Students can get half-price admission by showing their student ID. Booking tickets for the Xi'an History Museum 3-4 days in advance is really difficult, as they sell out fast. As for the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, don't bother going up – you know what I mean! For the Grand Tang Everbright City, arrive around 5 PM, as it's too hot during the day 🥵! You can stay and enjoy it until 2 AM! You can rent traditional costumes for photos; there are tons of costume shops both inside and outside the attraction, so just pick one you like.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and were truly impressed by this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and feels brand new — everything is clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the thoughtful details and the warm hospitality. The afternoon tea was a lovely surprise and gave us much more than we expected. The laundry service was also perfectly organized and very convenient during our stay. The rooms, facilities, and common areas are all elegant and comfortable. The reception team was excellent, very helpful and welcoming. Although English communication can sometimes be a little challenging in China, the staff always made a great effort to assist us and make our stay comfortable. A fantastic hotel with wonderful service. We enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
