GGuest UserI absolutely have to give this hotel a five-star review! Beyond the facilities and ambiance, what truly touched me was the warmth of the people. The service team was incredibly responsive to every request. I was worried about mosquitoes, and the staff patiently brought mosquito repellents multiple times. The biggest surprise was being showered with treats from morning till night: snacks and drinks in the lobby during the day, and Tremella soup before bed. Breakfast was not only abundant but also delicious. A special shout-out to the hotel's photography service; it was a fantastic experience with a high success rate for great photos, and the photographer was excellent at directing. The hotel's souvenir gifts are also incredibly chic—I loved them! The service strikes a perfect balance, being warm yet unobtrusive. This is, without a doubt, the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in recently.

GGuest UserAs I write this review, I'm filled with a mix of reluctance, sadness, and a sense of helplessness. I've spent nearly two weeks in Xi'an, changing hotels every day. I once thought a certain well-known brand was the peak of my trip, until I stumbled upon this hotel. Was it a cruel twist of fate, or a mocking jest at my meticulous planning? How could I end up in this hotel on my very last day, only to be filled with regret, wishing I had stayed here from the start instead of exhausting myself daily, constantly searching for new accommodations?
Upon checking in at the front desk, I was met with service far exceeding average standards. Three staff members greeted me with beaming smiles, and their warm welcome felt like a spring breeze, taking me by surprise. But this was just the appetizer. The moment I stepped into the room, I felt like I saw a light from heaven. I never imagined that for this location and price, I could have such a large, panoramic floor-to-ceiling window. Is this real? The sunlight illuminating the entire room? No need to look at old residential building air conditioning units when gazing outside? It's not an inner-facing room with a few fake plants, is it? Is this truly the streetscape of Chang'an?
So I took another step, and I saw a spacious bathroom, with a separate wet and dry area and even a rain shower. And next to the toilet? It was alcohol wipes, something I’ve only seen once in the dozen-plus hotels I’ve stayed at. The cabinet was packed with towels and bath sheets; finally, I wouldn't have to call the front desk at night to ask for an extra one. The bedding was so clean and neat, and the decor was bright and fresh. My family lay on the bed, and everyone from my well-traveled father to my preschooler cheered, unanimously declaring it their favorite hotel.
The room was equipped with a mini-fridge and even a weighing scale. The bathrobes were comfortable and warm. The sink directly featured foam hand soap. I suppose this is what 'a home away from home' feels like.
Breakfast was served in a spacious, brightly lit hall with excellent air conditioning and a wide variety of choices. I went late and ate slowly, but the auntie never rushed me; instead, she even reminded me to take more in case they started clearing up.
The hotel also offered airport transfer services. Although we ultimately didn't use it due to a flight delay, the communication process was very smooth, and there were no additional charges.
This hotel has officially been designated by my family as our go-to accommodation for future Xi'an visits. However, I know that next time, the price might not be as favorable. After all, with its rising reputation, the hotel is bound to become more popular. Nevertheless, I sincerely wish them continued success.

It's an oasis of calm in the midst of the hustle and bustle, incredibly peaceful within the busy city. Room service for breakfast was excellent 🍞. Getting around for food and sightseeing was a breeze, no need for constant taxis. The whole experience was comfortable and relaxing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xi'an.

BBulizhefuenwanggongI have to commend the staff at Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel, especially the front desk and the parking attendant. They were so patient and attentive. I drove past the parking entrance, and an employee actually jogged over to help me park – I'm really grateful for that. The front desk staff were also excellent, very efficient, and gave me great recommendations for local Xi'an food and sightseeing routes, even pointing out some fantastic 'hole-in-the-wall' eateries. They were incredibly enthusiastic! As for the hotel's amenities, the lobby has transport guides for all of Xi'an's attractions, with little cards you can just pick up. All in all, everything was great. Lastly, parking is conveniently located downstairs, and you can take the elevator directly to your room. The hotel is also right next to a subway station, which makes it incredibly convenient.

XXiaoruoshuozaozaozaoGiven Xi'an's already reasonable prices, this B&B right across from Huaqing Pool offers incredible value for money!
The location is absolutely amazing. It's a 5-minute walk to the Huaqing Palace scenic area, and you're right there as soon as you exit A at Huaqingchi Metro Station. In the evenings, it's just an 8-minute walk to Xidajie (West Street) to explore the night market, which is packed with super lively food stalls. The room's mattress is a King Koil, and the pillows are the same memory foam ones used at Atour Hotels – once you lie down, you won't want to get up. The rooftop skylight design adds a fantastic ambiance.
The biggest surprise was the terrace. It faces directly onto the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance venue, so you don't need to buy tickets or brave the crowds; you can enjoy the entire show right from the terrace. The view is superb, though the sound is a little distant. The stay also includes afternoon tea and a ceremonial breakfast. The breakfast features local specialties, with a wide variety, and is served until 12 PM – perfect for late risers! Enjoying tea by the fire pit on the terrace is incredibly relaxing, and the snacks are delicious too.
The owner has three cats, making it pet-friendly. The location, service, and attention to detail are all impeccable. If you want to explore Huaqing Palace and see the show without dealing with crowds, this is the perfect choice!

GGuest UserChoosing the UrCove by Hyatt for my trip to Xi'an was absolutely the right decision – it truly lives up to its Hyatt sub-brand reputation. When checking in, the two lovely ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. They answered all my questions, meticulously arranged everything according to my requests left on Trip.com (even changing the welcome fruit to sugar-free cherry tomatoes as requested), and upgraded us to a deluxe room directly because of availability.
The lobby on the first floor is spacious, bright, and elegantly decorated. They offer complimentary drinks, and I was particularly happy to see lemon-cucumber water, which is perfect for us elderly folks with diabetes. The room itself was unexpectedly huge! The bedroom, bathroom, and shower room were all exceptionally spacious. The facilities and linens were brand new, and the bathroom amenities were high quality. There were plenty of charging outlets strategically placed to meet various needs. The electric curtains and smart mattress were a godsend for relieving travel fatigue – truly an excellent stay experience.
The hallway carpets and wallpaper were spotless, and the incredibly large elevator lobby on our floor was also tastefully decorated (it felt like the biggest elevator lobby I've ever seen in a hotel!). Even the cleaning staff on our floor were very polite, always greeting guests with a smile and a nod. In the evening, the coffee bar on the first floor offered complimentary eight-treasure porridge and small pickles.
Beyond all that, the hotel's location is truly exceptional. It's just a 7-minute walk to Beidajie Metro Station (from where you can take the subway directly to Xianyang Airport – it's convenient, less crowded, costs 8 yuan, and takes 1 hour and 25 minutes). Alternatively, you can take the airport shuttle (Zhonglou line) to the Bell Tower Hotel, which costs 25 yuan and takes 1 hour and 10 minutes (allow 1 hour and 20 minutes for the return trip). The surrounding snack streets (popular with both tourists and locals) are simply countless – Muslim Quarter, Xiyang Market, Sajinqiao – all within walking distance. You'll find all the popular, 'insta-famous' snacks there. Getting to attractions, the metro, buses, or shared bikes is incredibly convenient.
Next time I'm in Xi'an, I will definitely choose to stay at UrCove by Hyatt again. I highly, highly recommend it!

JJuujuuHuRight near the metro station, you find yourself behind with the bell tower both beaming day and night time. Although the hostel is located inbetween Chinese phone stores, it's still a nice location. Going places were convenient, bus stops are close by, metros are near, food and drinks are close with underground walkways that were confusing, but you get the hang of it. Exit 9 leads you to the food street if interested.
First time after being very interested in it appearing in many locations. Strict check in only appearing at 2pm and after. Many dorm rooms. 1 floor dedicated to female only, and can only be entered via key card. Upon arrival they give you a pair of slippers, but many don't wear them, but I do like the change of slippers in shoe cabinet.
Chose the 12-bed dorm, room was extremely spacious, didn't felt clustered. Everyone had a small locker enough to fit your small backpack as there were a shelf in it. Bed was comfy and firm. Pillow - I rate it 2/5 for me, it's low and too soft, not my ideal.
I love the bathroom a lot, there's 2 bathrooms according to the floor map. Each with many shower and toilets (all seated). Shower cubicle is big, hooks are at good height for 165cm, as in I've seen some that the hooks are like so tall up, curtains to separate the door to the water to keep your stuff dry.
There is a set of washing machine and dryer in the female bathroom. Amenities of shower cap, cotton ear buds and toner pads are offered when you need them. Blowdryers are strong.
Didn't go to the common level, where you have the bar, lounge, laundry, game, reading, movie rooms. For someone who was out everyday to night, I didn't get a chance to see. They have activities you can do.
Definitely an extroverted dreamworld, a place where you can meet with people. People were friendly, both speaking Chinese and English.
Conclusion: Definitely solo traveling in Xi'an again I would stay here, has everything you need, and super clean.

GGuest UserLove love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

GGuest UserThe B&B's location is fantastic, super close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter! It's right next to the ancient city wall, which was a major reason I chose this place. The overall decor is a lovely Chinese style, with two courtyards! There's also a beautiful rooftop terrace – sitting up there with a coffee, just chilling out, is incredibly enjoyable. The bed in the room was really comfortable, and the room itself was very spacious! All in all, I'd definitely stay here again next time.
