Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

Highly recommend! A five star service! All staff are attentive and go extra mile. Very clean room and amenities / furnishings are updated (hi-tech). Heated toilet seat, automatic curtains, chinese Siri/Alexa (Tmall) for voice command, free tea break, free nightly noodles. Total value for money! We are pleasantly happy with our stay. Only improvement I can think off is maybe the selection of breakfast menu and an English speaking concierge (but this is a long shot as most of China do not have this).

I recently stayed at Yunhe Yebo Hotel, booked through Trip.com, and it has easily become one of the most remarkable hotel experiences I've ever had. This 4-star hotel offers unparalleled service and cost performance value, surpassing even some of the 5-star hotels I've stayed in across 15+ countries. From the thoughtful touches like the daily replenished welcome fruits to the ferry service, every detail reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people—especially the exceptional receptionist, Shujie (舒洁). An hour before I was scheduled to leave for the airport via the ferry service, I decided on a last-minute cab ride to savor one more taste of Xi'an. Unfortunately, I misplaced my work phone in the taxi (DiDi), which could have resulted in a nightmare of police reports and stressful explanations to my employer. To make matters worse, I had no local mainland contact number to reach the driver directly. Enter Shujie. With only 10 minutes before our departure, she sprang into action, bridging the communication gap between us and the driver through the ride-hailing platform's customer service. She persisted despite the complexity of the situation, calmly navigating through endless explanations to the service representatives. Shujie didn’t just stop there—she went above and beyond, exploring options to have the phone delivered to the airport or couriered to my destination if needed. Thanks to her persistence, genuine care, and determination, I am happily writing this review today, with my work phone safely returned. Shujie exemplifies the kind of service that transforms a stressful crisis into a positive, memorable experience. If Yunhe Yebo Hotel has locations in other cities I visit, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. This is a place where the staff genuinely cares about their guests, and their actions reflect it in every way. Highly recommend! 我最近通过Trip.com预订了云和夜泊酒店的住宿，这次体验毫无疑问成为了我最难忘的一次酒店体验之一。这家四星级酒店的服务和性价比令人惊艳，甚至超过了我在15多个国家入住过的一些五星级或超五星级酒店。 从每天补充的欢迎水果到渡船服务，酒店的每一个细节都体现了对客人的周到关怀。但真正让这家酒店脱颖而出的，是他们的服务团队，特别是接待员舒洁的卓越表现。 在我准备搭乘酒店渡船前往机场的一个小时前，我为了不留遗憾，决定打车去一家餐厅再品尝一次西安的美食。不幸的是，我把工作手机落在了出租车（滴滴）上。这几乎意味着我需要提交至少两份警察报告，还得向老板解释为何会有几天无法联系的状况，更别提重新激活备用手机所需的时间了。雪上加霜的是，由于我没有本地大陆的联系电话，无法直接联系到司机。 这时候，舒洁挺身而出。在听到我的困境后，她迅速采取行动，通过滴滴的客服帮助我们与司机建立了联系。在离开酒店前往机场仅剩10分钟的情况下，她冷静高效地与客服进行了多次沟通，耐心地解释了我们的情况。而且，她的努力并没有止步于此——她甚至主动帮助安排司机将手机送到机场，或者在无法实现的情况下寄送到我们的目的地。 正是因为她的坚持、真诚的关怀和决心，我才能在此愉快地撰写这篇评论，并且手机也已经顺利找回。舒洁的服务堪称典范，她把一次潜在的危机变成了令人感动的美好回忆。 如果我去其他城市旅行时有云和夜泊酒店的分店，这将是我唯一的选择。这是一家真正关心客人的酒店，他们用实际行动展现了这一点。强烈推荐！

The hotel is located near to the Metro and is about 900m away from Bell Tower. Near to Muslim quarters, lots of shopping and night market. We booked a family suite but discovered that the bathroom and toilet don’t have a proper door and not suitable for our family of four adults. The receptionist is kind enough to help us changed to two single bed rooms the next day. Breakfast is good with Chinese and Western. Food is same every day for our three nights stay. Room is a bit old and is in needs of refurbishing. However bed is still comfortable.

The absolute highlight of my Xian trip, hotel was gorgeous with great hotspring waters available in my room every night. Public hotspring in hotel was awesome as well (although on one of the days users were inconsiderate and soiled the public changing room toilets). Otherwise, pristine, astounding beauty during autumn, not too crowded, and private access to 华清池 was a big bonus. We stayed there 2 nights and visited the gardens both mornings before the crowds came. Breakfast was steaming hot and freshly prepared in the onsite restaurant, delicious. Location just behind Hua Qing metro (5 mins). We also took the cable car and walked up Li Mountain to 烽火台. Best hotel experience on my Xian trip! Highly recommend.

Excellent. Super new and clean. Spacious, Modern decor. Bed firm, with different pillow options. Sound insulation was good, so no traffic noise. Heat insulation excellent too. Was here in end nov (temperature of 5-10 degree Celsius), and didn’t even turn on the heat in the room. location convenient, between 2 metro stations with main tourist metro lines. Walking distance to drum tower, Muslim street and old city wall. Breakfast had good variety. Staff was very helpful. Excellent for the price. No complaints. Highly recommend.

This must be the most beautiful hotel and superb hospitality I have stayed. Hotel is housed in a traditional and culturally significant building with history. 是一座多么华丽壮观的建筑。Hotel Staff is well versed in every aspect. Special Compliments to Mario & Hubery. They are so kind to attend to our needs and recommend good Muslim restaurants to us. They even help us book tickets to Terracotta Army Museum and Tang Paradise. Special thanks to Hubery who is well versed in English , took good care of us , offer suggestions and explanation for some Xi’An tourist attractions . Well definitely come back again.

The room facilities of this hotel are relatively old, and it is slightly inferior to the five-star experience of Hyatt in other cities. The lobby environment is quite good, not far from the surrounding attractions, and the breakfast variety is quite rich. The travel photography provided by the hotel is Jinghong Travel Photography. I made an appointment one day in advance, and the photographer came to shoot. The shooting experience was good and the results were good [love]. The film selection was carried out through Tencent video conference, and the communication with the film selection teacher was good, humorous and interesting.

Great location as it is near the Bell tower and Muslim Quarters, very clean. But was disappointed that the bidet of the smart toilet was damaged and not replaced. Central Air Conditioning was stuck on heating mode and it can be very warm, in fact too warm. Had to open the window for some cold draft to cool down the room. Again Toilet without bidet.. not comfortable with toilet paper. Had to get used to the smart switches and WiFi does not seem to connect to the internet.. comfy beds and warm showers. Some people simply do not understand No Smoking in the hotel..
