The room was exceptionally clean, the service was warm and attentive with great attention to detail, and the hot springs were simply amazing! So relaxing and great for the skin after a soak. Hotel guests have exclusive access directly into the Huaqing Palace, making it such a pleasant experience to enjoy the scenic spots early in the morning when there are fewer crowds. Don't miss the evening live-action dance drama 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow'. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a full range of Shaanxi local delicacies alongside fresh fruits and vegetables. Dinner was also superb; the crispy yet tender gourd chicken (Hulu Ji) was a highlight, and the glutinous yellow rice cake was an absolute favorite. Since we were exhausted from our travels, we thoughtfully packed it to eat in the room. The room also came with complimentary little gifts and a soothing bedtime soup. Five-star recommendation, we will definitely be back!

Found a hidden gem of a guesthouse in Xi'an! The location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. The exclusive rooftop viewing platform offers amazing photo opportunities with the Bell Tower. All facilities and amenities are well-equipped, with thoughtful details throughout, and the service is attentive and friendly. It's truly a perfect place to rest during a trip. The brunch, afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and even a small souvenir upon check-out all demonstrate the attention to detail and care provided.

An Exceptional Stay, Unforgettable Honeymoon, and Heroic Staff! An exceptional stay in every sense of the word! We spent part of our honeymoon at the Lanfeng Hotel in Xi'an, and they made this trip incredibly special. From the very first moment, they surprised us by beautifully arranging and decorating our room for our honeymoon with sweet congratulatory messages. The room itself was spacious, bright, airy, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent and very close to the City Wall, which we enjoyed beautiful views of from the amazing roof garden where afternoon tea was served. The hotel also offered fun, free cultural experiences, such as painting a traditional Chinese fan and making bracelets. On top of that, they provided a free professional photoshoot, and the results were absolutely stunning! The service here goes way beyond 5 stars. The staff was highly efficient, incredibly kind, and helpful to the extreme. They helped us wash and dry our clothes, always gave us the best recommendations for places to visit, and anything we needed was handled instantly and seamlessly via WeChat. But the incident that truly proved to me that this is the best hotel ever happened on our departure day. We ordered a Didi to head to the train station. Because the car was too small for our large luggage, the driver unloaded our bags, told us to cancel and order a larger car, and drove off. In the chaos, I realized I had left my backpack inside his car—which contained our passports and most important valuables! I was in full panic mode, especially since I don't speak Chinese and had no idea how to handle this through the app. This is where the amazing staff member, Kiki, stepped in. She stood right by our side, took complete control of the situation, made the necessary calls through the app, and completely reassured us. She even prepared a backup plan to change our train tickets just in case we were delayed. Thanks to her, she managed to contact the driver, retrieved the backpack, and we finally set off for the station. She didn't stop there; she kept checking in on us with genuine care until she made sure we arrived at the station right on time with all our luggage. After all that stress, Kiki surprised us with a wonderful gift: she sent us all the photos from our photoshoot for free! (The hotel normally provides only 3 free photos, and the photographer had asked for 500 RMB for the rest). We only stayed for two days according to our travel itinerary, but we truly wished we had booked a longer stay. This hotel deserves much more time, and Xi'an is such a beautiful city that warrants at least 4 nights to fully experience it. This is simply the best hotel I have ever visited, with the best staff I have ever dealt with. It was a truly exceptional experience, and I will definitely return every time I visit Xi'an. My stay at the Renaissance Hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, with the subway station nearby, making it easy to visit all the major attractions in Qujiang. Yet, the hotel is tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, providing a quiet and comfortable environment. The hotel experience was excellent. The Wanfengtang Museum on the fifth floor is a major highlight; being able to admire ancient artifacts right where you're staying truly captures the cultural essence of Chang'an. The public areas are stylishly designed and perfect for photos. Breakfast offers a good mix of Western and Chinese options, including local specialty noodles. Ivan, a staff member, was polite and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. Whether you're visiting Xi'an for tourism or business, this is an excellent choice. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

Really nice stay! The location is super convenient—right near the Muslim Quarter and steps away from the subway station. Even though it’s located in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet inside, offering a peaceful retreat from the noise. It's just opposite the Four Points by Sheraton. The only downside was traveling during the Golden Week holiday (National Day): due to local traffic restrictions, taxis couldn't pull up directly to the hotel entrance. We had to set the pick-up spot at the nearby bus stop and walk a bit with our luggage. Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea, as well as a free bowl of late-night noodles in the evening. A special shout-out to Auntie Guo in the restaurant—her service was exceptional and truly heartwarming. Seeing that we were traveling with a child, she went out of her way to help us out. We are especially grateful to her; having stayed at so many hotels across different cities, we've rarely encountered such thoughtful hospitality.

The Staffs were very very helpful in helping to recommend tours, local travelling to tourists' places , what to see for tourists i.e. us. They recommended where to taste local authentic foods even to beware of fraudsters, eat healthy and spend worthy etc. The hotel, Ibilis was wonderful and up to standard for locals and international tourists. We appreciated the staffs' courteous ways of dealing with tourists (both local and international i.e us included. The hotel is at the right location to many touristic places and local /international food places too. We like to stay again in this hotel, Ibilis Hotel when we come as a family again and also recommend to our extended families, friends and travel companions! Bravo!
