The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. 👍🏻 The hotel offers a variety of activities, which are great for kids, and there's also a hot spring. We soaked in it every day during our stay to relieve fatigue. Electric shuttles are readily available throughout the grounds, and the rooms were very clean. Our family of seven stayed in an American-style villa—a four-story detached villa with four large bedrooms, which was more than enough for everyone. The elderly and children were very satisfied. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

GGuest UserVery good environment, close to nature. Came in autumn when it is rainy and cooling. Opened the door to let cool air in as it is better than the AC. However, bring closer to nature, there are more bugs/mosquitoes. Location is very peaceful, away from all the hustle and bustle. Doesnt have many choices of food nearby. Overall, good escape from the city.

Advantages: 1. The environment is great. Each room enjoys a large garden view. The whole hotel is like a small park but without noisy people; opposite is Zhongnan Mountain.
2. The facilities are also very good. Each room has an external private hot spring, and the water can be circulated, unlike some hotels that can only discharge water once, and the pool is relatively clean.
3. The breakfast is good, with Chinese and Japanese options to choose from, and the ingredients are fresh and exquisite.

MM641655****An excellent private hot spring experience! It's very convenient to get here from Xi'an, whether you drive or not. It's just a few hundred meters walk from the subway exit. The courtyard is decorated with great taste, and the whole environment is very quiet.
Before they filled the hot spring, two staff members came to disinfect and clean it. I was initially worried the pool wouldn't be big enough, but it was perfectly spacious for two people. They filled it around 5 PM, and we could soak until bedtime. You can heat it yourself or ask a staff member to do it; the water felt incredibly comfortable.
The room was spacious, and the heating was excellent. Plus, it's a dream for those who don't like to eat out! I feel like I had three meals in one day. There was afternoon tea upon check-in, and dinner, late-night snacks, and lunch could all be delivered to the room. Both the taste and portion sizes were excellent. Finally, the staff truly deserve praise; everyone was very professional and had a wonderful attitude. I plan to bring my family here again next time I'm on vacation.

XXiaobudianeryayaThe customer service was excellent, always responsive, and actively helped resolve any issues. I primarily came for the hot springs and was very satisfied with them. However, I wasn't happy with the room facilities. The family rooms are on the top floor, and the entire floor has poor ventilation. As soon as you step onto the floor, there's an unpleasant smell, and it's the same in the room. It smelled like furniture and carpet, so we opened the windows as soon as we arrived. Being street-facing, there was a lot of dust. The air conditioning was also very noisy. The facilities are old and not smart, making them quite inconvenient to use. The decor feels like it's from over a decade ago. I hope they upgrade the facilities, otherwise, I honestly wouldn't recommend staying here just for the hotel itself.

GGuest UserThe Yujingtai Hot Spring Hotel is amazing, right within the Shijingli Scenic Area. The room was clean and comfortable. After soaking in the hot springs at night, you can step out and enjoy the night view, light show, and performances – the atmosphere is incredible! The service is attentive, and the environment is elegant. It's a one-stop shop for a relaxing getaway, and the experience was fantastic!

GGuest UserGetting a king room for under 400 RMB during the summer was excellent value. The breakfast spread was very generous, and both kids and adults absolutely loved it. The private hot spring in the Loft room was good overall, though the stairs leading to it were quite steep and looked a bit dangerous. The private hot spring pool itself isn't huge; it can get crowded with just three people. However, the edges are smoothly finished, which made us feel safe letting the kids play. I've stayed at private hot springs in Shijingli three times now, and this place offers the best value by far. I'll definitely be returning.
