Hot Springs Hotels in Xi'an

The booked hotel villa had some pleasant surprises, but also a few minor issues. The hotel service was a pleasant surprise; a WeChat group was created before we even arrived, making it very convenient to address any questions or needs immediately. The room facilities were satisfactory, but there were three shortcomings: first, the toilet downstairs had a clogged drain; second, the stairs lacked warning signs, causing frequent tripping; and third, there was a protruding nail on the stair tread, which cut my child's foot when we weren't looking. We mentioned this in the service group, and the hotel manager took it very seriously, visiting several times to inquire about the injury and even bringing medicine and a small gift to apologize. Overall, the hotel service was quite good, and I hope they can improve further and reduce these shortcomings in the future.

This was a spontaneous, short trip, a perfect reminder that plans often yield to the unexpected. Here I am in Xi'an, at the foot of the Qinling Mountains, longing to open my arms and embrace nature. I soaked in the cool breeze, the fragrant blossoms, and the gentle chirping of birds that seemed to whisper secrets. Every tiny flower here possesses a unique beauty; they don't need to be dazzling, yet their charm is utterly irresistible. It served as a beautiful reminder: you don't need to please anyone, and true happiness isn't given but earned through your own smile. I cherished the tranquility, the white swing nestled among flowers, and the vibrant green pomegranate trees adorned with their distinctive red blossoms. The shaded courtyard was a delight, featuring brightly colored rocking chairs, sun umbrellas, and a small pebble-built stream with stone and wooden bridges. In the stream, around twenty fluffy, super cute ducklings swam playfully, even hiding under lily pads when the sun grew strong. Two brown goats contentedly grazed on the lush green grass. I even playfully called out, 'Hello there, goat, can we be friends?' Haha, a unique soul indeed! The 'Eight-Point Black' rabbits were a constant favorite with the kids, and a proud white fox enjoyed its spacious cage – perhaps not its ideal home, but certainly one where its neighbors posed no challenge! Then there were the flocks of big white geese, honking away with gusto. There's also a vegetable garden, still growing. I hope to taste its fresh produce when I return – what a lovely thought! The evening scenery was enchanting, with countless small lights twinkling like stars in the sky. If you're feeling musical, you can even grab a microphone and sing a few songs. The rooms themselves were very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. For those with energy, brewing a pot of tea and chatting about life is a wonderful option. I love this place so much that I'll definitely be back. It's a perfect spot to record life's beautiful moments and ponder its many inspiring mottos. **Facilities:** Excellent, adorning the rooms like works of art. **Cleanliness:** Impeccable, with great attention to detail. **Ambiance:** Beautiful and spacious. I particularly enjoyed brewing tea by the floor-to-ceiling window while admiring the natural scenery outside. **Service:** The staff, especially one kind lady, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. **Parting Gift:** Upon check-out, they even prepared a lovely gift for us, including a variety of snacks that children absolutely adored.

At check-in, they were welcoming & found an English speaking staff member who escorted us to our room, which was super spacious & clean. The hot springs are across the driveway, but there was a shuttle car available if necessary. The breakfast had tons of options & they even indulged my requests (delivered via a translation app) for “a knife to spread butter” & “eggs with soft yolks”. We arrived there via subway & walking. From the subway, with our luggage in tow, was 15 minutes or less. Right around the subway station are other food & store options. Without bags & at a leisurely walk, it was about 15 minutes to Huaqing palace.

The front desk service was absolutely fantastic, with complimentary pick-up and drop-off. The hotel environment was very comfortable, and the heated floors in the room were a nice touch. I'll definitely come back with my family next time. The front desk staff, especially the young lady at check-out, was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic.

An excellent private hot spring experience! It's very convenient to get here from Xi'an, whether you drive or not. It's just a few hundred meters walk from the subway exit. The courtyard is decorated with great taste, and the whole environment is very quiet. Before they filled the hot spring, two staff members came to disinfect and clean it. I was initially worried the pool wouldn't be big enough, but it was perfectly spacious for two people. They filled it around 5 PM, and we could soak until bedtime. You can heat it yourself or ask a staff member to do it; the water felt incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, and the heating was excellent. Plus, it's a dream for those who don't like to eat out! I feel like I had three meals in one day. There was afternoon tea upon check-in, and dinner, late-night snacks, and lunch could all be delivered to the room. Both the taste and portion sizes were excellent. Finally, the staff truly deserve praise; everyone was very professional and had a wonderful attitude. I plan to bring my family here again next time I'm on vacation.

The boss and the service lady are very nice, flexible, communicative and approachable. Came here with my baby and had a great weekend. I will come again next time. The courtyard offers tranquility amidst the bustle, and the owner's unique aesthetics and love for life can be seen in the details.

It's a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle, providing a truly relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the hotel's service. It was attentive, meticulous, and wonderfully thoughtful throughout our stay, with an exceptionally good attitude. Traveling with elderly parents and children meant we had a lot of luggage. The front desk processed our check-in very quickly, and the staff were patient and detailed, proactively telling us about nearby attractions, breakfast times, and hotel amenities. They even gave us practical tips for family travel, which was incredibly thoughtful. During our stay, service requests were promptly addressed, and any needs we had were quickly resolved. Our room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was fully equipped with excellent attention to cleanliness details. The hotel's thoughtful details for our family trip truly enhanced our overall experience, making everyone feel very welcome and comfortable. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with clean and tidy public areas, offering a tranquil and comfortable environment.

The Yujingtai Hot Spring Hotel is amazing, right within the Shijingli Scenic Area. The room was clean and comfortable. After soaking in the hot springs at night, you can step out and enjoy the night view, light show, and performances – the atmosphere is incredible! The service is attentive, and the environment is elegant. It's a one-stop shop for a relaxing getaway, and the experience was fantastic!

Getting a king room for under 400 RMB during the summer was excellent value. The breakfast spread was very generous, and both kids and adults absolutely loved it. The private hot spring in the Loft room was good overall, though the stairs leading to it were quite steep and looked a bit dangerous. The private hot spring pool itself isn't huge; it can get crowded with just three people. However, the edges are smoothly finished, which made us feel safe letting the kids play. I've stayed at private hot springs in Shijingli three times now, and this place offers the best value by far. I'll definitely be returning.

It's very close to Northwestern Polytechnical University's Chang'an Campus, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. What truly impressed me was discovering I'd left something behind in the room after checking out. I was already too far away to turn back, but the front desk staff diligently helped me locate the item, proactively assisted with packing it up, and patiently coordinated with the logistics company throughout the process. Their service was genuinely warm and thoughtful, and their attention to detail truly shined. This is definitely a hidden gem of a hotel, highly recommended for anyone studying or on business trips near Northwestern Polytechnical University!
