"I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Star! Their service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Any request we had was met with an immediate response, and they truly went above and beyond, making our experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and incredibly complete – the laundry room, gym, and parking are all free to use, making everything super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!"

"The hotel's environment and hygiene were impeccable, and the well-thought-out layout made for a very comfortable stay. I accidentally left my prescription glasses in the room, and when I called for help, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and quickly assisted in locating them. Upon learning that I had already left the city, they kindly packaged the glasses and arranged for shipping, tracking the entire process. From the environment and cleanliness to the staff's service, everything was outstanding. There was no rigid, formulaic service; you could genuinely feel the sincerity in every interaction. My overall stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling."

"It was a wonderful trip! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member I met was incredibly warm and friendly. They proactively helped with my luggage, escorted me to the elevator and then to my room, and even introduced all the room amenities and the hotel's complimentary services. Ximi and Yezi at the front desk provided excellent service, and the gentleman there was also great, though I forgot to ask for his name. Bottled water in the room is unlimited, and you can ask housekeeping for more if needed. They even offer free laundry service until 8 PM. From 6:30 PM, complimentary hot and cold drinks are available in the lobby, with different selections daily, including hot milk, white fungus soup, sour plum soup, raspberry drinks, lemon cucumber water, and black tea. The room was clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping and replenishment of bottled water. The hotel's location is excellent, less than a ten-minute walk from Yongningmen Metro Station (Line 2). You can also cut through SKP, which is nice and cool, and it's not far from the South Gate city wall, making it very convenient for getting to many tourist attractions."

The self-service tea area is well-equipped, making it easy to boil water and make tea. ✅ **Service Experience:** The staff were friendly and gentle, and the check-in process was smooth without any delays. Overall, the environment is elegant and tranquil, the facilities are new and stylish, the location is excellent for easy travel, and it offers incredible value for money. Highly recommended!!!!"
