"The room was very clean and the room attendant was very enthusiastic and helpful, proactively offering extra bottles of water. The breakfast was also quite rich. The location is excellent, very close to the Muslim Quarter and other attractions. I forgot to rent an electric scooter this time, but next time you could consider renting a small covered three-wheeled vehicle – you can park it anywhere and it makes getting around super easy. The hotel's ground floor restaurant has a charming, antique feel. Our two double beds were pushed together, making for a very spacious sleeping area. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and even accepted a package for me, as they have a dedicated storage room. There's a small night market downstairs, and I actually think their noodles are better than those in the Muslim Quarter – you can just pop downstairs and eat!"

"My stay in the 'Tea Ceremony King Room' was excellent. The minimalist wooden decor was incredibly soothing, and the room came with a tea table, which made brewing and enjoying tea in my free time exceptionally pleasant. The entire room was spotlessly clean, with every detail perfectly tidied. The front desk staff were attentive and enthusiastic, and check-in was very efficient. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit."

"A very warm, welcoming and comfortable stay for a family of three. The room was a unique experience. Laundry was self service and free which gives it a homely vibe. We have a baby so that had a stroller available which we kept for the duration of stay. Both the receptionist spoke very good English, which made things much easier. The room was very spacious with good amenities, they even had a bidet installed in the washroom which is a great convenience for foreign travelers. Overall a memorable stay and commendable effort by the staff to make it as comfortable as possible."

GGuest UserThe best decision I made on my trip to Xi'an was booking this hotel right next to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda! The location is absolutely unbeatable – just a few minutes' walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Fountain Square and Datang Everbright City. After enjoying the dazzling night views of the Tang Dynasty in the evening, you don't need to rush back by taxi; you can just take a leisurely stroll back to your room. I booked a terrace room, which offered stunning views of Chang'an's beautiful nightscape, perfect for photos. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, completely blocking out the noise from the bustling scenic area. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive; they proactively recommended off-peak sightseeing routes and authentic local eateries, and even helped us book Hanfu styling. My entire stay was a perfect 10/10, and I'll definitely rebook here the next time I visit Qujiang!

GGuest UserRoom Type: The furniture is a bit old, but the room is very quiet, comfortable, and spacious.
Location: It's super convenient – just a two-minute walk downstairs to Longshouyuan Station on Line 2. There's also a shopping mall and a food street right across the street.
Service: On the first night, there was a small issue with the air conditioning that was temporarily fixed, and then fully resolved the next day. You can really feel the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Thumbs up!
Cleanliness: Very clean, and the cleaning staff were very polite.
Food: This is my second time in Xi'an, and this hotel has the best breakfast I've had. The bread is delicious, and the Chinese dishes are authentic.
Overall, the hotel is excellent. The location is convenient, and the service quality is great. Definitely worth coming back to.

GGuest UserThis hotel is perfectly located right next to the Drum Tower and Yongdingmen, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Overall, the room was comfortable and cleaned promptly. Since we were traveling with elderly family, they kindly arranged a quiet room for us facing the residential side. Upon arrival, we received a complimentary room upgrade, and a thoughtful concierge even escorted us all the way to our room. She also sent us a comprehensive guide to Xi'an attractions via WeChat. There were plenty of water bottles placed on a table near the elevator, which was a nice touch, saving us the trouble of running out of drinking water when we went out. So considerate! If I get the chance to visit Xi'an again, I will definitely book this hotel.

YYvovonneThis hotel really captures the essence of Xi'an. The rooms are spacious and have a cool, post-modern punk vibe, though the bathroom facilities could use an update.
The hotel breakfast restaurant is huge, with a fantastic selection of made-to-order dishes, including many Xi'an specialties like Biang Biang noodles, Qishan臊子面 (Qishan saozi noodles), and Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger). However, I do wish the staff would help maintain some order, especially with so many children around.
Definitely worth mentioning is their 'Jinghong Travel Photography' service – the photos turn out amazing and it's absolutely worth trying!

GGuest UserThe service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making our stay very pleasant. The location is super convenient, right next to Bell and Drum Tower Square. We could easily walk to Yongning Gate City Wall and the Muslim Quarter, which made sightseeing and dining hassle-free. The overall environment, location, views, and service were all top-notch. It's definitely our first choice for a trip to Xi'an; the experience was perfect, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

AAWeeKHWe booked total of 5 rooms and when we arrived at 11am 3 rooms were ready and we are able to leave our luggages inside the room n proceed for lunch, staffs are extremely helpful, feee flow of bottled water at lobby, rooms are big and clean n toilets are very new, location is superb just above the metro station and lots of shopping n food options within walking distance, definately come back to stay if in xian again

The room had a few surprises compared to the listing photos, including carpet rather than the hard floors shown, and a smaller window than expected. For guests with sensitivities, worth noting ahead of time. The room ran a little dark, but the quiet of a high floor at the end of the hall more than made up for it.
Bathroom is functional with standard toiletries. Would love to see better ventilation and a bidet added in a future update -- we are in Asia after all.
Wi-Fi was inconsistent during my stay, which was the one real frustration.
The wins were real though: guest-controlled AC (a genuine rarity in China), a comfortable bed, impressively soft towels, linen slippers, a proper tea set, and an air purifier. As an English-speaking guest I appreciated the card with key hotel information in English and the one English news channel -- small gestures that meant a lot after weeks without hearing the language.
The Blue Mountain instant coffee was a welcome touch. Housekeeping leaves a daily note with who cleaned and the next day's weather -- small detail, big impression. My housekeeper was especially warm during a stretch when I wasn't feeling well.
The front desk and reception staff were consistently kind throughout my stay. Solid stay with a location that's hard to beat.

GGuest UserLove love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good central location, close to the subway and plenty of restaurants, street food stands and a large shopping centre, and walking distance to the towers and wall. We didn’t interact much with the receptionists. The view from the room was lovely and the room was clean, some furniture a bit old and tired, the carpets in the hall not very clean, but the worst for us was the smell of cigarettes that’s in the whole building, but in our room was very strong smell, and the air conditioning made it worse.

MMuyuI stumbled upon this hotel in Xi'an, and it added so many comfortable memories to my ancient city trip. Its location, nestled between Beidajie and Wulukou, makes dining and sightseeing incredibly convenient. For just over a hundred yuan, the value for money was an unexpected pleasant surprise on my journey. The comfortable queen room was clean and cozy, and watching the street scene from the window with the air conditioning on felt like time had stood still. Just a short walk downstairs are the People's Stadium and Revolution Park, perfect for a workout or experiencing revolutionary culture. A little further, you'll find the ancient city walls and the Bell and Drum Towers, where the city's rich history truly converges. It was a great stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Leaving my mark here!
