Pet friendly Hotels Xi'an

We stayed at Novotel Xi’an for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location, with a pleasant environment and excellent cleanliness. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home. I’d especially like to thank Ms. Hang (杭小姐) for her professional and thoughtful checkout service. She was warm, efficient, and made our departure smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in China! A big thumbs up to the cleaning crew! The staff is helpful and the rooms had everything we needed. The only negative thing is that the gym is a bit small.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The front desk was incredibly friendly and attentive, when she noticed that I booked 5 nights, she immediately upgraded my room to ensure that I had the best possible experience staying there. The room was spotless, bed was comfortable and I loved the Jurlique lavender hand lotion they provided, such a thoughtful touch! The location of the hotel was unbeatable, just a few steps away from Tayenta metro exit C, and it just a short walk to the bustling 大唐不夜城。 I stayed there for 5 nights and I truly didn’t want to leave, I will definitely stay here again if I visit Xian again. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel is located in the film studio, close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps. It has convenient transportation, complete surrounding supporting facilities, elegant environment, very good hygiene, warm and thoughtful service, a warm feeling of home, free parking and laundry, a very pleasant stay experience

We checked in at 2am. There were one person at the reception and another bellhop at his 60s. Other than then 60s bellhop was friendly greeting us, the receptionist has no chill or whatsoever to welcome us. We have 6 luggages and our rooms can’t be accessed by just a lift directly. This hotel failed to mention that all these rooms can only be accessed by different flight of stairs and elevator. This particular large room can only be accessed by 3 different flights of stairs at different location. There is this particular stairs we have to climb down to our room, has no lights, we have to use our own phone torch. At first we were told it’s their procedure to switch off the stairs light after 12am. After complaints, they decided to switch it on for the rest of our stays. Throughout we carried our luggages our self to the room as the bellhop is old, we were afraid we gave him too much stress. Room wise, the tv, living room, wardrobe arrangement has no common sense at all. 2 tvs each facing the bed. The living room has no tv, so if you wanna chill and watch tv with your family, go to your bed and watch. There is only one wardrobe at the living room blocked by the sofa. You have to squeeze in to hang your jacket. There is no coffee cups or spoon. I stir my coffee with their tooth brush provided in a Champaign glass. You might ask why a Champaign glass, because the room service just doesn’t wash your normal glasses after you use it. Worth mentioning, the coffee I drank in the morning, the glass is still there unwashed at night. The can of coke I left it there on the first day, was still there on the last day. Probably they think leaving it there for long will taste better. The room service is really bare min. I understand this is a garden balcony kind of hotel, like a chalet, but they should really buck up on their bellhop services and room cleaning services. It’s really tiring to walk and carry our luggages to our own room. Not to mention checking out is the same. The safety of the guest are not really taken care of given that they expect you to use your own torch to navigate down the stairs on the first day. Also, the everyday room service does not clean the bedsheets even if there are clothes tags or clothes linen on the bed. They simply pull the sheets, tuck in, as long as it looks nice, they doesn’t care about what’s on it and underneath the blanket. Just wanna say, The price we paid for this hotel is same as those nearby.

2 of us in this room for 3 is awesome! Very spacious and could easily accommodate 3 adults. We were there in first week of November. As it was low peak season they upgraded us to this 3 person room. It even has a ladder up to a small “balcony” where one could sit to look out to the decorated rooftops. Location is really good once you figured out how to navigate. It’s right next to 书院门. There isn’t any Metro station “at the doorstep” but close enough. Coffee that they serve is also very good. Only downside I would say is the drainage flow in the shower room. Whenever one showers, the area will be flooded. So will need to give them for the water to drain before the next person goes into the shower.

Facilities: The room has a small child like it very much, there is also a 100-inch projection screen, the visual sense is superb, the toilet is also smart and very good Hygienic: The room aunt will clean the room every day to collect garbage Environment: Just next to the root of the city wall, you can also drink tea and blow the hair in the small teahouse on the fourth floor at night. Service: The front desk lady sister and brother are very active and enthusiastic. If you have any problems, tell them in time and solve them as soon as possible. They also gave Xi'an special souvenirs when they left. When they left, they said they would buy them. This saved a small amount of money. Double Kung Fu Tea Package: When you check in, the front desk will give you the experience of the small teahouse on the fourth floor. It’s pretty good to go up and experience it.

We had an excellent visit at the Memory Garden House. The location was great near the busy market with a lot of food choices and central to see all the important sights easily. The staff were wonderful. Winnie in particular was very helpful and welcoming. The room was large, clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There is also a washing machine that is free.

1. The whole room is very clean and tidy. I am a bit of a clean freak and I am very satisfied. 2. The hair dryers in the room are all Xiaomi and Laifen. They are easy to use. 3. The water dispenser is from Little Bear, and it is very clean to boil mineral water directly. 4. The location is very good, the music fountain and the Tang Dynasty City are very close, and it takes only 10 minutes to walk. The hotel has parking spaces, and the children who go in and out of the front desk will come out to pick us up every time, and the service is in place. 5. There is a spicy soup breakfast shop downstairs, which is good. Finally, let me talk about the service. This is the best one I have encountered in so many years of business trips, no one else. WeChat basically replies in seconds, and any needs are in place within 3 minutes. We arrived late and the family of five had a lot of luggage. The boss picked us up in the parking lot, and what was even more surprising was that he helped us with the luggage, which was more than we carried by ourselves. Touched. Very satisfied, I will stay here next time I come to Xi'an.
