Pet friendly Hotels in Xi'an

Excellent location with Zhonglou Metro Station right in front of hotel. Convenient hop on spot to Terracotta warriors as well. Walking distance to Bell Tower, Muslim Street and Luomashi Street with multiple food options. Can be noisy. Not much amenities in the hotel but check out the robot delivering your 外卖 to your room.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The front desk was incredibly friendly and attentive, when she noticed that I booked 5 nights, she immediately upgraded my room to ensure that I had the best possible experience staying there. The room was spotless, bed was comfortable and I loved the Jurlique lavender hand lotion they provided, such a thoughtful touch! The location of the hotel was unbeatable, just a few steps away from Tayenta metro exit C, and it just a short walk to the bustling 大唐不夜城。 I stayed there for 5 nights and I truly didn’t want to leave, I will definitely stay here again if I visit Xian again. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

We checked in at 2am. There were one person at the reception and another bellhop at his 60s. Other than then 60s bellhop was friendly greeting us, the receptionist has no chill or whatsoever to welcome us. We have 6 luggages and our rooms can’t be accessed by just a lift directly. This hotel failed to mention that all these rooms can only be accessed by different flight of stairs and elevator. This particular large room can only be accessed by 3 different flights of stairs at different location. There is this particular stairs we have to climb down to our room, has no lights, we have to use our own phone torch. At first we were told it’s their procedure to switch off the stairs light after 12am. After complaints, they decided to switch it on for the rest of our stays. Throughout we carried our luggages our self to the room as the bellhop is old, we were afraid we gave him too much stress. Room wise, the tv, living room, wardrobe arrangement has no common sense at all. 2 tvs each facing the bed. The living room has no tv, so if you wanna chill and watch tv with your family, go to your bed and watch. There is only one wardrobe at the living room blocked by the sofa. You have to squeeze in to hang your jacket. There is no coffee cups or spoon. I stir my coffee with their tooth brush provided in a Champaign glass. You might ask why a Champaign glass, because the room service just doesn’t wash your normal glasses after you use it. Worth mentioning, the coffee I drank in the morning, the glass is still there unwashed at night. The can of coke I left it there on the first day, was still there on the last day. Probably they think leaving it there for long will taste better. The room service is really bare min. I understand this is a garden balcony kind of hotel, like a chalet, but they should really buck up on their bellhop services and room cleaning services. It’s really tiring to walk and carry our luggages to our own room. Not to mention checking out is the same. The safety of the guest are not really taken care of given that they expect you to use your own torch to navigate down the stairs on the first day. Also, the everyday room service does not clean the bedsheets even if there are clothes tags or clothes linen on the bed. They simply pull the sheets, tuck in, as long as it looks nice, they doesn’t care about what’s on it and underneath the blanket. Just wanna say, The price we paid for this hotel is same as those nearby.

This accommodation is something very special. If you like contact and tips from locals, this is the place for you. You Can also taste local tea. The rooms are very nicely decorated and I had the best sleep in a long time. High quality beds and pillows! Hot water comes quickly in the shower with pleasant water pressure. The location is also great if you want to see the Terracotta Warriors. The Huaqing Palace Park and its show is highly recommended. You can reach it by foot.

Very good location, 10~15 minutes walk to Bell Tower and train station. Many restaurants and eating places near by with delicious, cheap food, very convenient. Service staffs are very friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was there is not lift if your room is at 2nd level. Your need to carry your luggages using a narrow staircase. Room is very spacious compared to other hotels. I will likely to book this place again if I visit Xian again.

This hotel is in a pretty good location. The room we were in had very bad lighting and it was pretty dark. The themed room is nice. There was a smell in the rest room I believe it was from the drain that has a bad design. I covered it to eliminate the smell on the hot day.

The room is clean and bright, and the location is easy to find, quite close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The store lady is very enthusiastic and will provide advice for travel. It also adds a happy mood to our Xi'an.

The location is very, very good, just at Hepingmen, 1 minute from the city wall, 3 minutes walk from Dongcangmen Morning Market, 10 minutes walk from the Beilin Museum, there are subways and buses nearby. The room was large and clean, it was quiet after closing the window at night, and the service was very good. The only fly in the ointment is the shower facilities, the water is not very hot, and the shower faucet has an overhead and a waist, it is difficult to use, and the shower door is not closed tightly, every bath is full of water Jinshan. Everything else is fine.

A truly wonderful home stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the cats were adorably cuddly, and the rooms felt high-tech and spotless in every corner. Stunning view of the Xian city walls, a projector, and a very comfortable mattress. We would have stayed for the whole holiday! 2 of us in this room for 3 is awesome! Very spacious and could easily accommodate 3 adults. We were there in first week of November. As it was low peak season they upgraded us to this 3 person room. It even has a ladder up to a small “balcony” where one could sit to look out to the decorated rooftops. Location is really good once you figured out how to navigate. It’s right next to 书院门. There isn’t any Metro station “at the doorstep” but close enough. Coffee that they serve is also very good. Only downside I would say is the drainage flow in the shower room. Whenever one showers, the area will be flooded. So will need to give them for the water to drain before the next person goes into the shower.
