When we checked out still gave u 2 small package of biscuit due to the pillow stain. Room is modern and large. It’s a pleasant stay in Mercure Suzhou. If we ever visit Suzhou again will definitely stay in this hotel. Highly recommended. People in Suzhou is so friendly and warm. This tis a fantastic trip."

"I was thinking, for a few hundred bucks, what more could I ask for? Turns out, this place has everything, easily comparable to hotels costing 1000 a night! The family room was super comfortable. The picture books, building blocks, and stationery box provided in the room were all a hit with the kids. Breakfast was extensive, there's a pool, a kids' pool, and an enormous children's play area with a dedicated trampoline zone – it was so much fun, seriously! The only thing that needs improvement is the air conditioning; it felt a bit faulty and wasn't cooling, making the room a little warm. The service was excellent, and they even gave us a small gift when we left. This is absolutely the best value-for-money family hotel out there! We'll definitely be back!"
