We found there was a small stain on the pillow. They arranged changing almost within 10min and sent us 2 fruits pack as gestures of apology. When we checked out still gave u 2 small package of biscuit due to the pillow stain. Room is modern and large. It’s a pleasant stay in Mercure Suzhou. If we ever visit Suzhou again will definitely stay in this hotel. Highly recommended. People in Suzhou is so friendly and warm. This tis a fantastic trip."

Environment: Very good, I liked it a lot, but the lighting was a bit off. When we were taking photos or doing makeup, it created a bit of a backlight. It could be improved slightly, but having several different color lighting options was great! Service: Superb! The ladies and the front desk staff were all very considerate and attentive. 24-hour warm-hearted butler service: Very thorough. Late checkout until 2 PM (subject to availability): The attitude was super good."

The breakfast's Suzhou-style noodles had a delicious and fragrant broth, truly authentic to Suzhou. The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk from the Suzhou Museum West Wing. Plus, the hotel has a kids' play area, making it a one-stop shop for entertaining the little ones and visiting the museum. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Suzhou!"

"The services were very good, all the staffs including the receptionists and cleaning services are friendly and patience towards the guests. They have always been so fast to help the guests. In the other hand, the facilities inside so far were good. All the facilities used high technology that makes the guests easier to do their daily needs like bathing for example. This was the first hotel we visited that has a washing machine and kitchen inside, because of this we were able to wash our clothes and cook frequently than go outside to buy one. Overall, this hotel is recomended and if by any chance we could go back to SuZhou, we will go back to this hotel."
