"A small yet beautiful hotel. The guest relations officer called a day before to ask about my check-in preferences and pre-arranged a quiet room for me. The room was decent, and the mini-bar was well-stocked. I tried the ice cream, enjoyed the social time, and the breakfast – I felt the food and beverage offerings were excellent. The service was also top-notch, with all staff members greeting guests with a smile. The guest relations officer also followed up on my stay experience. I saw a list in the room detailing many items available for guests to borrow; although I didn't use them, it left a great impression. It was also my first time seeing coconuts offered at breakfast in a hotel in mainland China."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right inside the scenic area and quite easy to find. It gets very lively there at night. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. The surroundings here are beautiful, with small bridges and flowing water, really showcasing Suzhou's unique charm. The room was unexpectedly good, even having a private courtyard, which was very quiet."

"Such a wonderful hotel for booking. We had very nice time here. Although the reception couldn’t communicate with English language but they tried to help everything we needed-we appreciate that. They have a laundry room to service. Our bedroom was very big and clean. The immunity was perfect. //Around the hotel we can see the restaurants, Lawson, and the shopping mall -MixC Mall, CCMall nearby. It’s comfortable. ❤️❤️❤️ hope to visit here again next time."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Right outside, you'll find Jinji Lake promenade, a public square, and Suzhou Center. The front desk lady was exceptionally kind; she noticed I had two different room types booked for consecutive nights and proactively upgraded me to a room with a better view, saving me the hassle of changing rooms. I just regret not getting her name! These two days were definitely the most comfortable during my entire stay in Suzhou. I'll definitely stay here again next time and recommend it to my friends."

"Located on the bustling Pingjiang Road, this is a well-known landmark accommodation in the area. Dai House is full of historical and cultural charm. The hotel service is excellent; breakfast is delivered to your room, and they are very accommodating to all requests. You can also book their partnered photography service, which produces amazing photos. When you come to Suzhou, you really should stay in an antique courtyard like this!👍"

"I previously stayed at Dongshan Hotel, but then I thought I should take a stroll around Pingjiang Road. We actually stayed at this guesthouse on our last visit to Suzhou and really liked it, so we booked it again. To my surprise, this time was even better! From the owner to the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. We especially loved the rooftop terrace; having coffee, chatting, and watching the sunset there was just so relaxing. The coffee was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend everyone give it a try! Plus, there are adorable cat managers wandering around, living their best lives – you can tell they are very well looked after!"

"This guesthouse is absolutely worth staying at. Everyone's service attitude was excellent, truly feeling like a five-star hotel standard. We went with our child, and they even brought us a case of bottled water, saying we'd need more for making formula – so incredibly thoughtful! We accidentally left some clothes when we checked out, and the owner even mailed them to us for free. They're genuinely wonderful, and the place is exceptionally clean."
