"I have stayed at your house several times. I am also from Suzhou, but I was particularly dissatisfied with my two-night stay this time. I have several points of dissatisfaction. First of all, 1. The front desk arranged for me to stay next to the cleaning lady's room, and I was woken up very early in the morning (I don't mean to blame the cleaning lady here). 2. The room is not soundproof. There was a lot of noise coming from upstairs at around 2 a.m., and they left after they were done. Are there hourly rooms available at night? 3. I wanted to sleep in at around 8 o'clock in the morning, but I heard the sound of renovation work upstairs. 4. I originally wanted to watch TV, but I found that there was only a remote control that could turn the TV on and off, but no remote control for playback. I went to the front desk, and they said that they would use a robot to turn it on. As a result, I waited for more than an hour. Just when I fell asleep, the phone rang and the robot came. Isn’t this pure torture? The above are my opinions and dissatisfaction. This is not the first time I have stayed at your house, but this time I am particularly disappointed!"

"The room was small, and the main road on the outside made it a bit noisy. Compared to the full-length windows in the inner rooms, the window in this standard room only occupied half, with the other half covered by curtains on one wall… and to make matters worse, I was assigned a room with a slanted side facing the exterior wall. Seriously… I didn't book a discounted room. The bed and shower were separated by a sink, and there wasn't even a power outlet for a hairdryer. The overall layout was cramped, although the TV was large. Breakfast was average; I don't understand why everyone in the reviews is praising it. They offered a two-hour late check-out for a good review… First of all, I can't give a good review because the side wall with the window looks unpleasant, and the air conditioner is loud; it woke up the neighbors in the middle of the night – it's really not soundproof. Secondly, when I booked your place on Ctrip, it already showed that I was entitled to a two-hour late check-out. I should thank Ctrip! I earned those points myself, and now I have to thank them!"
