"Best location. Opposite the hotel is 平江路where u can eat and shop till u drop. Next lane is 双塔市集 where u will discover the old Suzhou town experience with plenty of good food. The staff is excellent. We found there was a small stain on the pillow. They arranged changing almost within 10min and sent us 2 fruits pack as gestures of apology. When we checked out still gave u 2 small package of biscuit due to the pillow stain. Room is modern and large. It’s a pleasant stay in Mercure Suzhou. If we ever visit Suzhou again will definitely stay in this hotel. Highly recommended. People in Suzhou is so friendly and warm. This tis a fantastic trip."

"The breakfast at Atour S is quite plentiful and well-prepared; you won't get tired of it even after several days. They also offer congee for supper, though it was a bit cold when I went at 10 PM! The hotel is very close to Suzhou Museum and Humble Administrator's Garden, both within walking distance. Taking a hand-cranked boat ride near Humble Administrator's Garden was particularly delightful."

The toiletries are custom-made with a unique and pleasant scent; guests can even purchase their favorites from the hotel. Every day, they provide complimentary Nongfu Spring mineral water, plus two additional free beverages. The hotel's own restaurant serves delicious food, easily comparable to popular local eateries, and in-house guests get a 10% discount. The breakfast spread is extensive, catering to various tastes. What's even better is the complimentary late-night snack, which includes two or three small dishes, milk, soy milk, snow fungus soup, bean porridge, and peach crisps. A warm bowl of snow fungus soup before bed is just perfect. I'll definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Oh, and on the day I checked out, which happened to be my birthday, the hotel even gave me a special Suzhou gift – that was a really thoughtful touch!"

"I originally brought my child here for fun, but it was quite disappointing. The amusement park is small with limited facilities, and the ground is all hard. My friend's child even scraped their mouth. Breakfast isn't included; you have to pay extra. The problem is that all the food was cold, and there wasn't much variety either. The breakfast's Suzhou-style noodles had a delicious and fragrant broth, truly authentic to Suzhou. The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk from the Suzhou Museum West Wing. Plus, the hotel has a kids' play area, making it a one-stop shop for entertaining the little ones and visiting the museum. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Suzhou!"
