The most practical item in the room I found was the washing machine with a dryer, which saved me the hassle of handwashing. The smart toilet was also a nice touch. Although the kids' play area is small, the children had a great time. There's also a teacher who leads craft classes for kids every day, and spots fill up quickly! The Zhizhi Garden has a beautiful collection of koi fish, big and small, which really captivated the little ones as they fed them."

Not only did they patiently help us check our InterContinental membership, but they also remembered our request to celebrate our child's birthday. The entire check-in process was truly heartwarming. Before we even arrived, the hotel secretly prepared by decorating the room with a lovely birthday ambiance. After checking in, they specially prepared a hand-drawn welcome card and cute desserts exclusively for our child, who was absolutely thrilled – the sense of occasion was perfect! The room was impeccably clean, every corner sparkling, which made us feel very comfortable. The room type was spacious, and the Suzhou-style design was very pleasing. The bedding was soft, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and all the amenities and smart facilities were well-equipped and convenient for daily use. The hotel itself is nestled within a garden, with white walls and black tiles, and scattered bamboo. The courtyard was quiet and serene, perfect for a relaxing stroll. We couldn't find any flaws with either the service details or the environment and facilities. This place is truly suitable for family trips with children. I've already recommended it to friends, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Suzhou!"

It takes only a short walk to reach Guangqian Street, and having the metro station just minutes away was a huge plus for our sightseeing in Suzhou.The staff here are truly wonderful. Emma at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with any questions. The front-door staff were equally impressive—always polite, attentive, and very helpful with our bags whenever we arrived or departed.An incredible team that goes the extra mile for their guests. It's just a short walk out the door and you're on Pingjiang Road. No need to rush during morning peak hours to get to the museum; you can just walk there. The location is truly unbeatable. The owner was super enthusiastic and even recommended some fantastic local snacks nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, coming back and soaking in the private hot spring bath was incredibly relaxing!"

The room was clean and quiet, and the bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. It's very convenient if you're traveling by car, and the view of Shishan Mountain from the window is lovely. There's a snack street nearby and Longfor Tianjie shopping mall across the street, making dining options abundant. The afternoon tea on the top floor was excellent, and you can even enjoy a complimentary light meal. I was extremely pleased with my stay."
