Our stay at Xingle Hotel was a remarkable experience. We could not have asked for a better first experience in China. The rooms are spacious, clean and super cozy, we felt right at home. The staff are attentive and helpful and you can communicate with them in English. The Hotel has its own bakery that has amazing goods they bake every day as well as coffee. The hotel offered a guided tour through the ancient city of Suzhou, which allowed us to know about the history of this beautiful city, we loved it. The location is magnificent, close to Pingjiang Road, and easily accessible by metro (5 min to the closest station). We are super pleased to have chosen Xingle Hotel as our accommodation in Suzhou, do not hesitate to book your stay at this hotel!

It was beautifully designed with an artistic flair that made it feel both luxurious and cozy. Every corner of the space was thoughtfully curated, creating a unique and inspiring atmosphere. It was clear that a lot of care and creativity went into the design, making our stay even more memorable. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The combination of outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and stunning accommodations made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special experience. It's a self check in check out experience. Upon arriving the ”hotel”, you have to contact the hotel to check in, because the receptionist is not really in charge of the hotel but rather the apartment. I booked for 3days 2 night, the hotel doesn't come with room service, but it's still fine for me. But yea, it's more like a Airbnb than a hotel so take this I to consideration before booking. The scenery and elevator tho is quite nice, there's also convenience store nearby. Take note the nearest metro station doesn't have escalator going down (only going up), it might be a problem when you carrying big luggage.

This is a very satisfying stay. The lobby is bright and spacious, with green plants on both sides of the corridor. I personally feel that the style is more neo-Chinese! The environment is very good, the front desk service is also very good, the beauty speaks very gently o（^▽^）o The room is fully equipped, the big bed is very comfortable, the placement of things is very unique, and the details are in place! (՞ਊ՞)👍Mainly convenient, the room is intelligently controlled, I stayed for one night and slept very well, the toilet is also smart😄Xiaodu Xiaodu experience is great! The hotel is very clean 😊 Super plus! It's close to some scenic spots and there's a subway nearby. Parking is easy to find! You can visit the flower and bird market nearby. It’s very close. According to the navigation, the famous Guanqian Street is about one kilometer away. It’s very convenient to get in and out! I asked the front desk, and walked a little to the left after leaving the hotel, and you will see Suzhou Museum and Humble Administrator's Garden 😊 I highly recommend it to friends who come to travel, the experience is great! I will still order from him next time I come to Suzhou😁

Nearby are Xuanmiao Temple and Guanqian Street. If you go there in the afternoon, you can visit Xuanmiao Temple first, and then visit Guanqian Street in the evening. It’s only a five or six minute walk away, so it’s very close. The steamed buns at Manhaoge are pretty good, with plenty of fillings (there are many recommendations on Xiaohongshu, and there are usually several people queuing in front of the store). For the food on Guanqian Street, I only ate the grilled giant squid and didn’t try the others. Environment: The room is quite big, the bed is also big, clean and comfortable, there is a small table and chair, and a set of small teapots and cups, you can sit and drink tea, and look at the flowers and plants in the yard from the window, it is very quiet and comfortable (this is the travel I imagined after watching ”Where the Wind Goes”). The scenery outside the yard is very suitable for the Polaroid photos I took at West Lake the day before (providing a way to take photos and check in) Bathroom: Separated wet and dry areas, with the toilet on the left and the shower on the right. In the middle is the washbasin with a large mirror. The disposable toiletries and combs are of good quality. Disposable slippers and plastic slippers are provided. The shampoo and shower gel are both from Adolf (I suggest changing the brand of shampoo, it is a well-known hair loss artifact... ⚠️But! ! Be sure to pay attention! ! It's raining or the ground is wet! ! Don't wear disposable slippers! ! I was greedy for convenience and comfort, so I always walked around in disposable slippers. I went to the laundry room to get washed clothes on a rainy day, and I fell flat on my face as soon as I entered the door! ! With a loud thump! ! My knees were bruised, and I fell to the ground and couldn't get up, but I still tried to close the door first (I was really trying to save face, it was so embarrassing www) At night, I can turn on the projector to watch TV shows. It is very comfortable and leisurely. It is really suitable for retirement and family. Unfortunately, my wallet is small, so I went to experience the youth hostel the next day. Wait till I have money! Will definitely come back again!

The room is very good and cost-effective. I have lived a long time ago, clean and there is a parking lot. Easy to travel, there are subways around. The environment is very good, there are many green plants in the yard. There is a sea of flowers opposite the hotel, very beautiful.

This hotel is so beautiful! It’s neat and clean, and the owner was very helpful. When we mentioned our concerns about using Didi and ordering from *******, he immediately offered help and connected us with his local contact. He also helped us collect our parcels. We received a fresh fruit platter daily, and the location is within walking distance to the tourist street. This stay is the main reason I’m willing to return to Suzhou. Thank you for hosting us!

Her home is very close to the Humble Administrator's Garden, and it takes less than 10 minutes to go right and go straight. There are very few hotels that can live in such a big flat at more than 300 prices. Suzhou is a good place, the itinerary gave Suzhou a day, and I will go to Nanjing in the afternoon. The child shouted tired after walking from the Humble Administrator's Garden - Subo - Pingjiang Road. When he went back to the hotel to pick up the luggage, he explained the child's situation with the front desk lady and opened a temporary rest room for us. This is particularly good. The service is intimate and very user-friendly. I hope that this service can be maintained by merchants, and I wish merchants better and better business.

Wife and children especially like this hotel, every time you come to Suzhou to play, you must live here. The hotel environment is very good, smart toilet, comfortable shower. The key is that it is very clean and live at ease. The front desk staff and the cleaning aunt are also very polite. The guest room is on the street, and the window is the old street of the Jiangnan water town with a strong atmosphere of life.
