Spa Hotels in Suzhou

Hengli is truly a definition of a 5 star hotel. In every aspect, the service, facilities, location, housekeeping and extra services provided we are truly happy with the exceptional quality provided. Right from the time we arrived, during our stay and checking out, the experience was excellent. The sunset view and the laser show from our 38th floor room were also some of the highlights. Thank you for the fresh fruits and porridge during our stay, it was really thoughtful. We truly enjoyed our weekend stay here. This will one of those truly memorable place where we will reflect with fondness.

The place is really nice, I like the apartment nature of it. The service is desk is very helpful and friendly. There are lots of amenities- I really appreciated the washing machine and being able to steam my clothes. The gym- is a bit inconvenient as it is in the other hotel- one has to take an elevator, then walk to find it. The cleaning service is good but we ran out of shower gel and it wasn’t replaced, also, the room wasn’t swept. The bed was made as well as towels replaced. The coffee shop downstairs is very good (they can speak English- well one of the ladies can. Overall, we had a good experience.

New to this part of Suzhou, so I didn't expect the nearest metro station to be surrounded by malls (and a strip of late night eateries, if you didn't catch the hotel dinner). Villa rooms were great, and would be best spent with friends or family. Outdoor springs were good, spent the time with friends who weren't all too comfy with the usual hot springs where you need to get nude. Nearby East Tai Lake is worth an afternoon visit after you check out. There were only a handful of tourists around the weekend we were there, which made the stay much much more special.

The room is very clean and the facilities are relatively new. The location of the hotel is good, close to the high-speed rail station, and it is convenient to travel between cities and you can get there by walking!

The inn is a lovely place and it is close to the Tongli main entrance. It is also walking distance of all the major scenic spots. The surroundings were beautiful and very peaceful. Occasionally, we could hear people chatting outside of the building, but it wasn't disruptive. The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming – we were 100% pleased with the service! We'll definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Suzhou.

Because of the holiday, many star-rated hotels were full. I accidentally saw that this hotel still had rooms, so I booked two rooms. After arriving, it completely exceeded my expectations. The price of the hotel is very close to the people, but the service has reached the level of five stars. The room is very quiet, and the corridor is carefully equipped with a heater. Although it is a room on the first floor, each room has an air purifier, there is no dampness, no odor, the elevator and the bathroom are all fragrant, and the hotel corridor is filled with a faint fragrance. What's more surprising is the breakfast on the second day. The environment is beautiful, facing the beautiful Yinshan Lake, the breakfast is exquisite, the ingredients are fresh, the pastries in the steamer are all handmade, no longer the same semi-finished products, mixed noodles, wontons, hot vegetables, and juices are freshly squeezed, which is better than most hotels. The hotel's housekeeper Cao made thoughtful arrangements everywhere. When the power was off, there was a detail that surprised me. The front gear of each vehicle parked on the ground helped us to shade the sun. It was so thoughtful! It is really an underestimated hotel, super super considerate, and there is a feeling of being at home. I will come again next time I come to Suzhou!

The overall environment of the B&B is elegant, neat and clean, and the details are reflected in the soft furnishings. The highlight is that the decoration style of the garden is grand yet gentle, which is completely in line with my aesthetics. You can sit quietly in the garden and drink afternoon tea, forget all your worries, and be filled with immersive joy. The most suitable thing for the occasion was the loquat tree that was full of fruits. With the consent of the housekeeper, I picked a few and tasted the loquats in season. They were sweet, fresh and delicious [color]. We also had dinner at the B&B at noon, and the chef was very good at cooking. , I made Taihu Three Whites: I ate white shrimp, white fish, and whitebait, so happy! . The warm and beautiful housekeeper greets you with a smile, answers all questions [Bia Teeth], and her service attitude is better than that of a hotel.

Environment: The hotel environment is good, and across the road is Taihu Lake Facilities: The price is worth it, and the room is also very large. There is also a naughty treasure for children! The only thing that can be improved is that the partition between the bathroom and the room is transparent, which is a little inconvenient. Service: The service is very good! Responsive. I went on a long-planned weekend trip with my sisters. The health care concierge took the initiative to contact us before we checked in, gave us a detailed course introduction and professional recommendations, and made an itinerary according to our needs. She was very considerate! ! Every employee I met when I arrived at the hotel was very welcoming, especially Tommy, Lynn and Cara at the front desk who were very considerate! The room is full of Zen feeling. The balcony faces Yangcheng Lake. The environment is comfortable and pleasant, and the lighting is very good! 🌸🌸 The first project I experienced was sound bowl therapy. Under the meditation guidance of the therapist, my body and mind were relaxed, and distracting thoughts were calmed. The private lesson I chose was Pilates. The teacher in the introductory course was very patient and provided one-on-one guidance. As I don’t usually exercise much, my strength is relatively weak, so I felt a little stressed when I put on the equipment. But I gradually lost myself in the encouragement and praise from the teacher, and I tried my best to complete it hahaha. The boxing class in the evening is also very interesting, and Coach Wang has a great attitude! Patiently guided and explained to us, it felt so good to be sweating profusely, 🥊 The ”hot and scalding” experience was perfect. After the exercise, the butler was waiting at the door of the gym and sent us directly to the SPA to experience the 12-step hot bath cycle. The staff will introduce the functions of each instrument/room one by one, making it a ritual-filled exploration journey. 🕊️🕊️ I had a long sleep the next day and almost missed the time wave experience. I turned on my phone and found that the concierge lady from Kangyang had helped to coordinate and postpone it, leaving us enough time to have breakfast. She is a warm-hearted lady with a beautiful and kind heart. Love it! 🥰🥰 The entire park is very large, but for each project there is a concierge specialist who will send us to the corresponding location. The service is very professional and all small requests will be met as best as possible! The itinerary was very suitable for our needs and very fulfilling. In terms of communication, it also reflects the professionalism of the hotel staff. The respect for privacy and the appropriate reminders make people feel warm and comfortable! The hotel facilities are very complete, and the meals are also focused on health. The calories of each food are accurately marked, which complements the fitness classes and focuses on being delicious, healthy and burden-free. The open kitchen allows you to see the chef's preparation process, the food is exquisite, and you are lucky enough to see the beautiful sunset! ! An immersive experience of healing! ! The hotel itself is also an attraction in Suzhou. There is a huge “Yuan Lin” in the hotel premises. Strong shower power, separate shower space from the bathtub. So 2 person can shower at the same time. Although the shower door is not as tight and water would leak out leading to wet bathroom floor. Comfortable bed also. Service is good. Can get robot to deliver your food delivery. Although do note the free dryer is a bit weak. Can’t dry your clothes. Even after 5 hours in the dryer. Still not dry. Another thing good is they also have traditional costume photoshoot available in the hotel. If you don’t want to spend the money there is a free 60 minutes experience of renting to wear the traditional costume and walk around the premises for photo taking (self). Although no makeup and styling. But beware, one of the female manager is super money faced and would keep ask you to spend and top up money. If you don’t, her attitude flips 180 degree.
