She introduced me from the front desk to the guest room bit by bit. The little girl who loves to laugh, her warm smile and meticulous and thoughtful service made me feel the warmth of home. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, which brought me an extremely comfortable experience for my stay. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, such a room is very satisfying. The bedding in a hotel is very good, with soft mattresses, clean sheets and bedding, which brings me sweet dreams every night. The breakfast provided by the hotel is varied and nutritionally balanced, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, meeting the taste needs of different guests, making every breakfast a wonderful enjoyment. In the future, Lao Suzhou will still choose Hengli Hotel.

The hotel is very new and pet-friendly. A special elevator is set up for Wangxing people so that everyone does not disturb each other. The front desk receptionist was warm and enthusiastic. They also said that they would bake fresh almond bread for us in a moment. When I left the hotel and handed in the room card, they handed me two bottles of water to drink on the way. The service was very warm and thoughtful. The hotel breakfast was also good, clean and rich in variety, with noodles and wontons, both Chinese and Western. The hotel is very close to the Suzhou Bay Grand Theater. It is very pleasant to see the scenery and sunset along the lake. It is cost-effective. I believe that as the construction of Suzhou Bay gets better, the hotel may be in high demand.

The service of East Taihu Hotel is very good. The butler will take the initiative to contact you before checking in. Through the introduction, he learned that the hotel belongs to Suzhou Cultural Tourism. The hotel is right next to Taihu Lake. It is very pleasant to stroll around in the afternoon and watch the sunset. We had the hotel buffet for dinner (the quality of the food still needs to be improved), and there was a musical fountain next to the opera house at 7:30 pm, so we went for a walk. After you come back, you can go to the hot spring area of ​​the hotel to soak in the hot springs. There are not many people, and it feels like it is reserved. There is also a hot spring in the room. You can take a bath in the room. The room facilities are very good and basically fully automatic. The Suzhou Bay Museum is worth visiting. The treasure of the museum is the authentic work of Tang Yin. Special thanks to the manager Allen, who not only provided excellent and enthusiastic service, but also found our mobile phone in the toilet on the first floor of the hotel in time. We will stay again if we have the opportunity.

We stayed over the Valentines weekend, and the hotel decorated our room spectacularly prior to our arrival, which was a fantastic surprise. Love the aesthetics of the hotel! Location was relatively convenient too but we took Didi everywhere. Many lovely photo spots and complimentary try on of the hanfu was a bonus! The staff were polite and helpful. Even helped us to reheat one of our packed food and taught us how ti use the washer/dryer. Room temperature was nice and comfortable too. Only two complains were that the bathtub was very badly maintained and we didn’t dare to use it as there were mould. And the most shocking thing was on the second last day, I decided to let my toddler juggle from the cup provided. The water turned really murky and disgusting. I thought it was the cup issue. Changed another cup and tried again and the water really turned colour into soapy water right after! See attached. Hotel, please look into the water quality… tried the water at other hotels but have never encountered this before..
