Booked 2 rooms for husband and I and my elderly father. Thankful for the good service as they were able to give us rooms on the same floor, and changed the room to a queen equivalent instead of twin for my father. Room was spacious, cozy, quiet. Pillow and bed was just right for us unlike other hotels where the bed was sunken or the pillows too soft. Hairdryer was fantastic! No smoke smells in the corridor or room which was important for us. Location was perfect as it was at guanqian street near food and shopping. Also pretty near to some attractions by didi or by foot. Though the toilet had leaked and they had sent their plumber to fix it, over all, the stay was by far a really comfortable one. Breakfast is similar to other hotels in shanghai that we were at. Not much western food options nor egg station.

This was such a nice hotel! I stayed in their biggest room and it was really spacious. They have a study in it where you could work peacefully. Their toiletries also smelled so wonderful so it was a pleasant surprise when they gave me a box of it upon checkout.

Washing room with 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines helped to stay comfortable with clean clothes every day, that is important in a hot weather. Afternoon tea is a nice treat from hotel, when you can skip daytime hot period in a cool space. Overall the hotel is stylish and the convenience of the guests is thought out to the smallest detail. I highly recommend this hotel for staying in Suzhou.
