JJoseatstheworldWhat made this Hyatt truly stand out was the warm and friendly staff, especially at the concierge and front desk. Interacting with them felt more like reuniting with old friends.
If you're lucky enough to be assisted by their Experience Curator, Jasmine, your stay will be twice as wonderful. She's incredibly thoughtful and attentive, accurately anticipating my mood and needs, which made me feel very comfortable and special.
The hotel's location is fantastic, right at the intersection of Metro Lines 2 and 8. There's a shopping mall downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby. Taikoo Li is just a 10-minute walk away – super convenient! The in-room amenities and bedding are excellent and very tasteful.
Besides a restaurant, there's also a rooftop bar. And if you don't feel like dining at the hotel, the mall downstairs has so many restaurants you could eat there for a week and not repeat a meal.
I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Chengdu! 💪🏻

GGuest UserThe hotel's overall environment design is excellent, with lush gardens and water features surrounding the rooms. A morning stroll is incredibly refreshing, and the ecosystem is thriving. Soaking in the hot springs while listening to birdsong is truly relaxing.
Regarding the facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, with good quality bedding and towels. There's a wide selection of pillows, and the hot springs are radon-rich, leaving your skin feeling smooth – I heard it's great for your skin. There's also a fairly large play pool in the hot springs area that kept the kids entertained for ages, so much so that we didn't have time for any other activities. The breakfast quality is also very good.
As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests. The hotel's service is very flexible; they try their best to accommodate guests' needs and enhance their experience, as long as it doesn't disrupt hotel operations. Since fewer people were using the hot springs due to the hot weather, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, allowing me to enjoy a very comfortable soak.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Chengdu Marriott Hotel Financial Centre for several nights, and my experience was absolutely wonderful! The location is superb, right next to Financial City and Jiaozi Avenue, making getting around incredibly convenient. My room was spacious and comfortable, with captivating city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and helped me sleep soundly. The authentic Dandan noodles and 'Egg Bake Cake' (Dan Hong Gao) at breakfast were delicious. A special shout-out to the front desk and housekeeping staff – their responses were prompt and genuinely warm. The swimming pool and gym facilities were excellent. Staying for multiple nights, I didn't feel bored at all. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: Perfect for a relaxing hot spring getaway. There are several small pools for soaking, nothing fancy, but they have all the essentials. The strong sulfur smell suggests it's natural hot spring water. The breakfast selection was also decent.
Service: The service attitude was excellent, the front desk lady even helped me with my luggage, thumbs up!

GGuest UserStaying at the Louis Castle Qingtong Hotel in Chengdu was an absolutely amazing experience, a perfect blend of French romance and luxurious comfort! 🏰 The hotel is located on Jiannan Avenue in Wuhou District, a 1:1 replica of the Palace of Fontainebleau in France, with its pure white carved exterior walls, spires, and courtyard fountains, instantly transporting you to a European palace. The lobby's domed ceiling, crystal chandeliers, and vintage oil paintings exude luxury, making every photo-op magazine-worthy. 🎉🥤
The rooms are spacious and elegant, featuring French arched designs paired with King Koil mattresses, soft and skin-friendly bedding, smart home controls, and a separate wet and dry bathroom – every detail meticulously thought out. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring peace and quiet. The service is attentive and efficient; check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were warm, accommodating, and always ready to help. Breakfast offers a delightful mix of Chinese and Western options, with freshly baked bread and freshly prepared noodles among many delicious choices. 🎉🥤
Conveniently located yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle, the hotel is within walking distance of Jiaozi Park and the Twin Towers, and close to the subway, making travel easy. The 'castle' also houses restaurants offering hotpot and afternoon tea, creating a fantastic ambiance. It's perfect for vacations, romantic getaways, or business trips, and the value for money is incredible. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu! 🎉🎉🥤🥤

MM533027****The Crowne Plaza Chengdu Wenjiang Hot Spring is such a great deal! The location is convenient, whether you're taking the subway or driving. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in incredibly smooth.
The natural hot springs are definitely the highlight, with over 40 unique pools to choose from. After a soak, you feel completely refreshed. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. You can even enjoy river views in the morning.
The buffet breakfast offers a full range of Western and Chinese options, and the freshly prepared noodles are especially delicious.
The staff were attentive throughout our stay. This hotel is perfect for both couples on a getaway and families traveling together. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation and plenty of food options nearby. Wenshu Monastery is just a bike ride away. The cleaning staff was incredibly efficient! Plus, there's free afternoon tea and a late-night snack, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. This hotel offers great value for money!

Also, the room cleaning wasn't very thorough; there was visible dust in many places. The staff service was decent though; check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient.

The front desk staff were friendly and the security guard at the entrance helped us with our luggage when we got out of the car. The room was also cleaned promptly and the linens were changed regularly. I would definitely stay here again.
