I discovered this hotel on TikTok (Xiaohongshu) and realized it was part of the Huazhu Hotel Group when I arrived. A quick check later confirmed it's considered a mid-to-high-end standard. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! It felt like a five-star experience! The service was excellent, the environment was great, and the breakfast was unexpectedly varied and delicious – the chicken giblet noodles were amazing! On the day of check-in, we received a fruit platter, and the fridge in the room was complimentary. They also offer free laundry service for clothes, and food deliveries are brought straight to your room. The hotel even provides a photography service, with three free photos, and additional ones at a reasonable price. In short, I've already recommended it to many friends. Great value for money! A tranquil oasis in a bustling area!

I originally chose this hotel because it's only 3km from the city center, surrounded by upscale shopping areas, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. From the moment I checked in, the doorman downstairs helped with my luggage and patiently waited while I bought water, truly making me feel at home. The housekeeping staff are always fully uniformed and incredibly thorough with their cleaning. A special thanks goes to Andy at the front desk, who was incredibly patient when I returned late at night, explaining the menu, how to use the TV's screen mirroring, and the restaurant's location. He even patiently helped me search online for a Qingcheng Mountain day tour when I expressed interest. The hotel's restaurant also boasts very authentic Sichuan flavors. The service attitude, from top to bottom, is absolutely perfect. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu.

My friend and I came here to relax and unwind, and the experience was absolutely perfect! The hotel service was incredibly gentle; check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk and staff were all very polite, and they responded promptly to any questions. There were no unpleasant surprises, just pure relaxation. The room was clean and bright, with great natural light and a pleasant ambiance. It was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with a simple yet comfortable decor. The bedding was incredibly soft – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! The bathroom facilities were complete, and the cleanliness was exceptional; even the corners were spotless, making me feel completely secure. The public areas were quiet and very elegant, well-maintained and stylish. It was a pleasure to simply walk around. There were both indoor and outdoor hot springs, offering a wide variety. I stayed in a deluxe king room, which allowed me to enjoy an immersive hot spring experience right in the room, without having to share with others – the privacy was fantastic. The water quality was clean and clear, and the temperature was just right. After soaking, I felt completely soft and relaxed, with all fatigue melting away. The healing sensation was off the charts. Overall, the facilities were complete and functional, and the environment was tranquil and elegant, perfect for a short getaway, a peaceful retreat, and escaping the city hustle. This trip was easy and enjoyable, with no disappointments at all. The experience was 100%, and I've silently added it to my re-visit list – I want to come again next time!

The Castle Hotel is super convenient to get to; ride-sharing drops you right at the entrance, and you're immediately immersed in that ancient castle vibe. 🏰 The lobby is bright and spacious with excellent natural light, featuring charming pink sculptures and various retro light fixtures that show great aesthetic thought. Throughout, there are art collections from overseas, and the lounging areas are elegantly arranged – every photo you snap turns out like a masterpiece. 📸 The front desk staff was incredibly efficient, warm, and polite. They meticulously explained all the photo spots around the park to us, and their communication was patient and thorough. Our room was large and bright, spotlessly clean with no missed corners, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a sound and restful sleep all night. Every single staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping aunties, offered warm service, always with a smile, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. 🥰 The entire castle grounds are exquisitely landscaped, offering great photo opportunities from multiple angles. Our family took countless beautiful pictures as we explored. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes; the freshly cooked wontons and noodles were authentic and delicious, suitable for all ages. This hotel is perfect whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a picturesque photo op. It's already on my list for a second visit, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone planning a trip! ✨

While the hotel's decor might not be the most modern or trendy, it's still a pretty good choice overall. What impressed me most was the butler's thoughtfulness – they saw my clothes drying nearby and brought me a hanger. The breakfast was quite extensive; I especially loved the chicken offal noodles. The hotel's location is super convenient, right in the heart of the N99 Yintai area with lots of great food options on the 7th floor. It's a short bike ride to places like Global Center and SKP, and with a subway station right next door, getting to all the attractions is a breeze.

This onsen hotel was absolutely wonderful. Perched on the hillside, it boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame the mountain views, and the room temperature was just right. The private hot spring bath was spacious with a rich mineral scent, and all the facilities felt brand new. Coming here to unwind on a weekend was pure bliss. The staff were all lovely too – always smiling, friendly, and quick to greet you. The afternoon tea and goodnight drinks were a nice touch. It's off-season now, so it's quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. They even gave us a thoughtful parting gift, which was a nice touch.

The room itself was beautifully decorated, but the biggest surprise was the excellent hotel service, especially from Lotus, our concierge. Not only did she help me receive a delivery, but she also looked after the fresh produce it contained and even helped me carry things up and down. She deserves a special shout-out, as she really kicked off my trip to Chengdu and the snowy mountains on a high note!

We stayed in a family room (the only one in the hotel so book fast!) and thoroughly loved our stay. It was so comfortable that we were happy to spend most of the day resting indoors after one major activity, looking out from the floor to ceiling windows. The suite itself is divided into a living room (with its own attached toilet) and a bedroom, and has a huge bathroom with claw footed bathtub. Also a separate wardrobe area useful for packing. Our family of 4 could sleep well with one extra bed. The kids loved the indoor slide and tent and the huge menagerie of soft toys - we even ordered one of the pandas to bring home. More importantly, when one of our party was injured, the hotel came to the rescue really well. We really appreciated the initiative and kindness of our relationship manager Mr Xiong Tao who was in touch with us throughout the stay and endured the many updates from our ******* purchases through his mobile number. He and another colleague Mr Yan brought a wheelchair to the train station and took us to the hospital nearby - it is reassuring to know that the best orthopedic hospital is ten minutes away. The hotel accommodated us with late check out and we were able to utilize our voucher for one of the lovely mahjong rooms downstairs to rest until our flight late at night. There was also a voucher for tea around a charcoal brazier outdoors, which featured delicious nuts, Chinese pastries and a panda butter cookie that my six year old is still hankering for. The breakfast buffet at the first floor restaurant was outstanding - great variety and well cooked. Everyone at the hotel was competent and kind - even the cleaning lady who stopped and went out of her way to help me with luggage. It was a truly wonderful stay and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Location wise, it's not inside a mall so we found the ******* app to be our best friend. Purchases are delivered immediately through a charming robot. Otherwise, the hotel is a quick Didi ride to many locations and we found it easy to access wherever we wanted to go.

Our school's recruitment team stayed at this hotel again this year and received excellent care and assistance in all aspects. I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to Xiao Tian and all the staff. I've stayed here many times; it's definitely my top choice when I travel to Chengdu for business. Not much more to say, just hope the elevators can be a bit faster during peak hours!

Traveling to Chengdu with my kids during the summer, and this hotel's butler service was a lifesaver! The biggest worries when bringing energetic kids to Chengdu in the summer are the heat, long queues, and meltdowns. This time, I chose the City Hotel next to Tianfu Square, and the location is truly unbeatable. The subway entrance is right outside, and it's just a short ride to Kuanzhai Alley and Jinli, so there was no need to expose the kids to the blazing sun and hassle. But what I want to praise most is their butler service! I added them on WeChat in advance, and they sent a detailed 'Summer Family Travel Guide,' clearly marking where to see pandas and which hot pot restaurants offer kids' meals. After checking in, my child felt a bit unwell from heatstroke, and the butler immediately brought Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid (a traditional Chinese medicine for heatstroke) and cooling patches. They even helped us adjust our itinerary and recommended an air-conditioned route to cool off at the Chengdu Museum. The kids had a blast, and the adults weren't exhausted – this is how summer vacations should be!
