GGuest UserStaying at Huajianfu was a truly delightful experience. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Du Fu Thatched Cottage, making it super easy to visit the scenic area on foot. Plus, they serve authentic Sichuan cuisine right here at the hotel! 🍚 The French-style room was uniquely designed, and the amenities were exquisite and well-chosen. Having a balcony to quietly enjoy the views was a real treat. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the environment was tranquil and peaceful. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. They even prepared iced tea beforehand, which was incredibly refreshing and delicious! 👍🏻

The public areas' design continues the mainstream aesthetic of urban resort hotels in recent years, with many design techniques and elements feeling quite familiar – a common high-quality expression used in current high-end hotels. Thanks to the hotel being relatively new, the in-room facilities are clean and pristine. The suite itself is spacious and open, with refined details, making for a very comfortable stay.

The front desk and staff were all very polite, and they responded promptly to any questions. There were no unpleasant surprises, just pure relaxation.
The room was clean and bright, with great natural light and a pleasant ambiance. It was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with a simple yet comfortable decor. The bedding was incredibly soft – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! The bathroom facilities were complete, and the cleanliness was exceptional; even the corners were spotless, making me feel completely secure.
The public areas were quiet and very elegant, well-maintained and stylish. It was a pleasure to simply walk around. There were both indoor and outdoor hot springs, offering a wide variety. I stayed in a deluxe king room, which allowed me to enjoy an immersive hot spring experience right in the room, without having to share with others – the privacy was fantastic. The water quality was clean and clear, and the temperature was just right. After soaking, I felt completely soft and relaxed, with all fatigue melting away. The healing sensation was off the charts.
Overall, the facilities were complete and functional, and the environment was tranquil and elegant, perfect for a short getaway, a peaceful retreat, and escaping the city hustle. This trip was easy and enjoyable, with no disappointments at all. The experience was 100%, and I've silently added it to my re-visit list – I want to come again next time!

GGuest UserEmily, the hotel's customer service representative, was very thoughtful. She pre-arranged the room and fruit basket for me, making check-in quick and easy. The exterior views were also beautiful. The cleanliness and room conditions were up to Marriott's usual high standards. The executive lounge's happy hour service was also good. The only minor complaint would be the breakfast seating arrangement, which could be better coordinated.

Perched on the hillside, it boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame the mountain views, and the room temperature was just right. The private hot spring bath was spacious with a rich mineral scent, and all the facilities felt brand new. Coming here to unwind on a weekend was pure bliss. The staff were all lovely too – always smiling, friendly, and quick to greet you. The afternoon tea and goodnight drinks were a nice touch. It's off-season now, so it's quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. They even gave us a thoughtful parting gift, which was a nice touch.

Designed by the renowned CCD team, the hotel replicates the aesthetics of the Palace of Fontainebleau. With its creamy white embossed exterior, plane tree courtyard, and fountain, stepping into the grounds immediately transports you away from the city's hustle and bustle, as if you've been whisked away to a French estate. Every photo here turns out to be a stunning, atmospheric shot.
The lobby boasts a soaring domed ceiling adorned with a colossal crystal chandelier, gilded columns, and vintage parquet flooring, all exuding a palatial elegance. The hallways are carpeted with thick rugs, providing both quietude and a sense of luxury. 🎉🎉🍟🍟
The guest room I stayed in was spacious, featuring French arched designs blended with modern light luxury. The entire room is smart-controlled, making everything incredibly convenient. The King Koil mattress offered perfect soft support, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful, uninterrupted night's sleep. Even the small details, like the Laifen hairdryer, show careful attention. 🎉🍟
The service was absolutely impeccable. The front desk staff were efficient and polite during check-in, and the housekeeping was meticulous. Any requests were handled swiftly. GGuest UserThe Crowne Plaza Chengdu Wenjiang Hot Spring is such a great deal! The location is convenient, whether you're taking the subway or driving. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in incredibly smooth.
The natural hot springs are definitely the highlight, with over 40 unique pools to choose from. After a soak, you feel completely refreshed. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. You can even enjoy river views in the morning.
The buffet breakfast offers a full range of Western and Chinese options, and the freshly prepared noodles are especially delicious.
The staff were attentive throughout our stay. This hotel is perfect for both couples on a getaway and families traveling together. Highly recommended!

AAdeline YWe stayed in a family room (the only one in the hotel so book fast!) and thoroughly loved our stay. It was so comfortable that we were happy to spend most of the day resting indoors after one major activity, looking out from the floor to ceiling windows. The suite itself is divided into a living room (with its own attached toilet) and a bedroom, and has a huge bathroom with claw footed bathtub. Also a separate wardrobe area useful for packing. Our family of 4 could sleep well with one extra bed. The kids loved the indoor slide and tent and the huge menagerie of soft toys - we even ordered one of the pandas to bring home.
More importantly, when one of our party was injured, the hotel came to the rescue really well. We really appreciated the initiative and kindness of our relationship manager Mr Xiong Tao who was in touch with us throughout the stay and endured the many updates from our ******* purchases through his mobile number. He and another colleague Mr Yan brought a wheelchair to the train station and took us to the hospital nearby - it is reassuring to know that the best orthopedic hospital is ten minutes away.
The hotel accommodated us with late check out and we were able to utilize our voucher for one of the lovely mahjong rooms downstairs to rest until our flight late at night. There was also a voucher for tea around a charcoal brazier outdoors, which featured delicious nuts, Chinese pastries and a panda butter cookie that my six year old is still hankering for. The breakfast buffet at the first floor restaurant was outstanding - great variety and well cooked. Everyone at the hotel was competent and kind - even the cleaning lady who stopped and went out of her way to help me with luggage. It was a truly wonderful stay and I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
Location wise, it's not inside a mall so we found the ******* app to be our best friend. Purchases are delivered immediately through a charming robot. Otherwise, the hotel is a quick Didi ride to many locations and we found it easy to access wherever we wanted to go.

The location is fantastic, very close to Wenshu Monastery, making it super convenient for exploring and dining, and the subway is easy to find. The room was incredibly spacious with amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows – the city nightscape was beautiful. Housekeeping was meticulous; every corner was spotless. The bed was just right, not too soft and not too firm, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep.
The front desk staff were efficient with check-in, and their attitude was gentle and patient, responding quickly to any requests. For breakfast, I enjoyed local specialties like Chaoshou and Dandan Noodles, and they even offered heartwarming late-night noodle snacks if you came back late, which was a really thoughtful touch. The hotel also has a gym and a self-service laundry room, making travel much more convenient. Overall, the hotel has a subtle yet high-quality feel, and the value for money is exceptional. It's a perfect place to stay when visiting Chengdu, and I'll definitely choose it again next time. This is a genuinely honest review!

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Tianfu Square, making transportation incredibly convenient and putting it close to all the major attractions. It offers fantastic value for money. When checking in, the front desk agent, Xiao Zou, provided excellent service. The hotel also has a self-service laundry with a dryer, which is such a thoughtful touch, and there's even a robot that can deliver meals to your room! I absolutely love this place and will definitely be back.
