The hotel ambiance is fantastic, with lush greenery throughout the grounds. Nestled by a mountain and a lake, walking around feels incredibly peaceful, a perfect escape from city noise, giving you that ultimate vacation vibe. Especially with the cooler weather these past couple of days, the gentle breeze was wonderfully refreshing. The room was meticulously clean, the bedding was super comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were of good quality. The room also had excellent natural light. A highlight here is the natural radon hot springs. There's a wide variety of pools, and the setting is serene. After a soak, you feel completely relaxed, and both the public pools and the private villa hot springs offer a great experience. The service is, of course, top-notch. Mia was very thoughtful, and the other staff members were mild-mannered and responded quite promptly. The breakfast selection is rich, featuring local specialty snacks, and the taste is excellent. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive, perfect for strolls or just relaxing. All in all, it's suitable for both couples looking to unwind and families traveling together. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center, but for a vacation, it's perfectly acceptable. The overall hardware, environment, and service are all excellent, offering good value for money. I'll definitely be recommending it to more friends.

Not to sound exaggerated, but Grand ParcVue Hotel is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Having travelled to many countries and stayed in different types of hotels, I would rank the overall experience and service here among the top tier. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room for 3 days and 2 nights and was already impressed upon arrival. I checked in at around 1am and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff before being assigned a room on the 23rd floor. There was a slight unpleasant smell in the room, possibly coming from the kitchen, but it wasn't a major issue as I could close the doors to prevent it from coming in. I bought an air freshener myself, and what impressed me was that the manager came personally the next day to check on the situation and even provided an air purifier. The breakfast was another highlight. I enjoyed trying the local dan dan noodles, and I noticed many international guests from Korea, Japan and Western countries. The dining hall staff were all friendly and professional. The gym on the 6th floor was also surprisingly well-equipped, with a good selection of dumbbells and machines for a full-body workout. Even more impressive was the Relaxation Room on the 7th floor, where guests can enjoy several massage chairs 24 hours a day. There is also a Business Lounge on the same floor, which is a great place for meetings, conversations or simply getting some work done. The hotel is also directly connected to Yanlord Mall, so you will never have to worry about finding restaurants or shops. Do note that it is a high-end mall, so food there can be relatively expensive. One thing I particularly appreciated was the hotel's hospitality even after checkout—I was offered access to the Business Lounge on my final day so I could conduct my online classes comfortably before heading to the airport. Overall, I had an excellent stay at Grand ParcVue Hotel. The combination of great facilities, convenient location and, most importantly, genuinely attentive service made this stay memorable. I would have no hesitation booking this hotel again if I return to Chengdu. **Highly recommended!**

I highly recommend Château Louis Hotel & Resort! It felt like stepping back in time to a French castle; the entire estate exuded an amazing atmosphere. The spiral staircase and garden fountains are perfect for Instagram-worthy photos – a must-visit for photography enthusiasts! 🎉🍟 The guest rooms are spacious, and the smart facilities are easy to use. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and sound sleep at night. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the amenities are of good quality. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were attentive and courteous, responding quickly to any requests. The breakfast offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western options. The hotel's location is convenient, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. It's perfect for couples on a romantic getaway or friends traveling together. The experience far exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu! 🎉🍟

Facilities: Quite well-equipped, though the hot water on the upper floors takes a little while to run. Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff keeps the room very clean. Environment: The surroundings are wonderful and create a very relaxing vibe. Service: Thumbs up for the service! The hotel was doing some electrical work at night, and the generator noise was a bit loud. However, after reporting it, it was fully resolved, and the compensation was satisfactory—they even gave us a complimentary mug and other items. [voco - Nantaiyue] Featured Co-branded Welcome Snack: Pretty good, though the seaweed flavor was a bit too strong for my liking, haha, but it is tasty overall. Didi Ride-hailing Discount Voucher (as low as 40% off): This was really nice. Transportation: Very convenient, very close to the bustling Chunxi Road area, and there are several great noodle shops nearby. They also have little cats, haha 🥸 Picture 4 is a bar I found near Taikoo Li; the vibe is pretty good. I bought an Amethyst puppet to take pictures with 📸—super cute 😎

This is my top choice hotel when I come to Chengdu. The surrounding area is very convenient with convenience stores and a commercial street. Downstairs, there are many cafes and local Chengdu snack shops. This time, I brought my elderly family members for the National Day holiday. The day before check-in, the hotel butler called to ask if we had any special requests, which was very thoughtful. We were very satisfied with the entire stay. Everyone, from the greeter on the first floor to the front desk staff and even the floor attendants, was warm and attentive. The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photography service, which was perfect for creating beautiful memories with my family. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, catering to the convenience needed during travel. If I come to Chengdu again, this will still be my first choice.

Cons: 1. The check-in process was truly unprofessional. They just said there were no rooms available and then left guests hanging, without even informing me about what was included in my booking package. I only found out about many services I hadn't used when I checked out. This is the first time I've encountered such unprofessional service. 2. The breakfast didn't have any rice dishes, not even simple fried rice, which is unfriendly for people who don't eat noodles or spicy food. Pros: The facilities and cleanliness are definitely excellent, and having a full set of Dyson products is a nice touch. Summary: If you have high expectations for service, I'd advise caution. The best service I received was from the welcoming dog. However, if you don't have high service expectations but prioritize good facilities, then this hotel is suitable.

I stayed here for one night and checked out today. The room facilities are pretty good, very clean, and the environment is also great. The hotel is right next to Chunxi Road, so it's super convenient for shopping and dining. There are many night markets nearby, and no matter which direction you go, you'll find plenty of delicious food spots. The lobby on the first floor has a particularly pleasant fragrance, and as soon as you walk in, you'll see four robots, lining up at night to deliver takeaways. My reservation even came with a craft beer, which was nice for a nightcap – though it was just one, it was super big, enough to share with a friend. There's a pool table on the first floor and a laundry room on the 28th floor, which is very convenient for travelers to wash clothes, and you can even dry them and take them with you the same day. The hotel provides free laundry detergent, so you don't need to spend money. The mini-fridge in the room also has drinks, with four free bottles. There's a Bluetooth speaker next to the bedside table for playing music. I really have to praise the mattress – it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, not too soft, not too hard, with great support. The pillows are also very soft, just how I like them, though we also requested a latex pillow, which was also very good. I slept very soundly. There isn't much of a view during the day, but the night view is beautiful. The room size is also decent; it's a bit smaller compared to some hotels I've stayed in before, but most hotels in the city center have similar sizes, and larger rooms usually cost more. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM on the 45th floor. It would be even better if it started a bit earlier, like 6:30 AM, so we could eat earlier if we're in a hurry to go to the Panda Base. The breakfast selection is alright, pretty standard – not amazing but enough to eat and fill you up. The hotel's overall decor style is very unique, and the restaurant decor has a great vibe. The room lighting isn't super bright, but I personally found it quite nice. The lobby on the first floor also has a very high-end feel, which is to be expected since it's a newly opened hotel. The price of over 600 RMB for a city center location is quite fair.

Booked this hotel for a trip with several families of friends, primarily for the hot springs, but we got an unexpected surprise! The hotel's decor is a lovely white and soft yellow palette with excellent lighting – grand yet stylish, a refreshing change from the usual dim tones. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. It felt like all the amenities were thoughtfully chosen and prepared, quite different from hotels I've stayed in before. I absolutely loved the pillows and shampoo! Couldn't take the pillows, but I did manage to get two small bottles of shampoo from the housekeeping staff before check-out 😄😂. You can see misty mountains across from the hotel, so you can enjoy the hot springs with a mountain view. The kids spent the entire afternoon at the outdoor pool, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to the rafting visitor center. The young lady at check-in thoughtfully recommended the beef noodle soup for breakfast, and it was indeed delicious. After our meal, someone politely asked for our feedback and suggestions, which truly showed how attentive and considerate they are. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back next time. I don't usually write such long reviews!

We stayed at Yunshuijian Longxing Courtyard in Pengzhou for ten days while visiting family in the area, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has a particularly attractive setting right next to Longxing Temple and is very centrally located. Rather than being one large hotel building, the property consists of several smaller one- and two-storey buildings arranged around the grounds, which gives it a lot of character and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and nicely designed. We had booked three rooms, and after a few days all three were upgraded free of charge to significantly larger and more comfortable rooms. This was a very nice gesture and something we genuinely appreciated. There are, however, a few areas where improvements would make the experience even better. The main issue was the air conditioning. In practically all of our rooms, the temperature control did not work properly. The air conditioning cooled the rooms effectively, but did not stop once the selected temperature had been reached. As a result, room temperatures sometimes dropped to around 19°C, and the only practical way to regulate this was to switch the air conditioning on and off manually. Breakfast was included in the room rate and is very much focused on Chinese tastes, with noodle soup, eggs and various warm dishes. Western options are essentially limited to toast and jam, so international guests should set their expectations accordingly. Overall, we found the breakfast average in terms of both selection and quality, although perfectly adequate for a predominantly Chinese-style breakfast. Unfortunately, our last evening was affected by a more serious issue. Following very heavy rain, a considerable amount of water entered our daughter’s room, leaving part of the bed wet. The hotel staff reacted quickly and provided another room, which we appreciated, but naturally this was not the ideal way to end an otherwise enjoyable ten-day stay. Apart from this, we enjoyed our time at Yunshuijian Longxing Courtyard very much. Its central location is a real advantage, with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafés within easy walking distance. We did not try any other food at the hotel apart from breakfast. Overall, the beautiful setting, the unusual courtyard-style layout, the comfortable upgraded rooms and the convenient location made this a very pleasant place to stay in Pengzhou. With some attention to the air-conditioning controls and the water ingress issue, it could be an even better hotel.
