"Cons:
The room had a foul odor that only dissipated when the air conditioning was turned down to a very cold setting.
There was no seating available at the front desk. Moreover, the chairs in the lobby were apparently reserved for actively consuming customers, and I was actually asked to leave when I tried to sit down for a moment. The staff's attitude was awful!
Check-in time was unacceptably late at 3 PM. To make matters worse, there was nowhere to sit while waiting at the front desk, and the entire check-in waiting area only had seating for four people, which is completely impractical.
Luggage storage was a mess. They initially handed me the wrong bag, and I had to go back twice to retrieve my correct one. Overall, the service quality was very poor.
Even after dealing with the smell, the air conditioning in the room was excessively cold, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
Strangely, the two beds in our room had different bedding; one set felt rough and low-quality, while the other was noticeably better, made of high-thread-count cotton â very peculiar.
Pros:
The hotel's location was excellent, very close to the Galaxy complex, which made dining out very convenient. The surrounding environment was also quite pleasant."
Hotel S Macau is situated on Praça Ponte e Horta, an important hub of Macauâs historic and cultural sites. Popular tourist attractions such as Rua da Felicidade, RuĂnas de SĂŁo Paulo and A-Ma Temple are within a 10-15 minutes walk. Historic yet convenient, public transportation to the Macau International Airport are easily accessible at the nearby bus stop and the Inner Harbour Ferry Terminal providing ferry services between Macau and Zhuhai is just across the street. The 15-storey building offers cozy and stylish guest rooms and suites. You will be amazed by the eye-catching and colorful graffiti facades, a joint effort of numbers of cutting-edge artists, and indulged with authentic art pieces by world famous contemporary artists; from Yayoi Kusama, Yoshitomo Nara, Takashi Murakami, Andy Warhol, to Yue Minjun, which is an artistic feast you cannot miss. Hotel S Macau combines culture, art, vitality and history, dedicated to provide comfortable and modern accommodation for travellers who are seeking a taste of life.
"Great facilities and nicely decorated each room has its own little theme. The staffs were very accommodating specially Delia Kayee and Margarida Zika. We will definitely spend time at Hotel S again"
Treasure Hotel is a hotel opposite to Macau International Airport and close to Cotai Strip. There are 23 floors and 654 guest rooms, including standard rooms, business suites, deluxe rooms, featured quad rooms and accessible rooms, to meet different needs of our guests. The decoration and design of Treasure hotel is based on the theme of European medieval armored knights, with a retro color tone of brown, gold and burgundy. The hotel also exhibits various 1:1 handmade armor models with reference to replicas of medieval ancient relics, as well as precious artworks from abroad. We hope our guests enjoy the atmosphere and feel like they are in a medieval art exhibition hall.
"This hotel is just opposite the airport (Departure hall) . Highly recommended to stay here.
1. it is very convenient to go to the airport and ferry port. You can take the MLTR line to the ferry port. Just 1 station away-MOP6 per person. I dont recommend you to walk from the hotel to ferry port despite it written just 500m away from the hotel in the description.
2. The room is spacious. And if you are lucky, you will have a airport view room. Our room was facing sea view.
3. The staff are helpful. You can take mrt to the town or you can take free shuttle to the casinos. Just ask the airport staff the bus waiting area location.
Overall, we enjoved our stay here."
