Guest UserThis hotel is a top choice if you're exploring the Macau Peninsula. The location is superb; stepping out of the hotel at night to wander through the old streets and alleys instantly makes you feel like a local, not just a tourist. The bus stop right outside on Senado Square (Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro) offers convenient connections to various places. The hotel's decor is fresh, a stylish blend of retro and modern. But what truly stands out is the exceptional service. From the greeters on the first floor to the front desk staff, the restaurant servers, and even the rooftop terrace greeters – everyone is incredibly warm and welcoming. They greet you with a smile, offer help, and provide directions. Getting to Taipa Island by bus from the hotel entrance is also very convenient, taking only about 30 minutes.

JiulongkundinuoThe service was excellent and thorough, with a free minibar and complimentary, refillable bottled water. Thumbs up! Plus, there are refreshments in the lobby. It's clean and hygienic. The only minor downsides are that there's no direct vehicle access to the entrance, and the location is a bit out of the way. Otherwise, everything is great. Excellent value for money!

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy. Although a bit small, it had all the necessary facilities. Even though it's a new hotel, there was no strong renovation smell. The soundproofing was also decent. It's quite close to the City Hall and Our Lady of the Rosary Church. The front desk staff were very friendly and communicating in Mandarin was no problem. They even gave a small gift upon check-out. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Guest UserThe room was neat, bright, and clean. Although not large, it was well-equipped and very comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful, and there's even a rooftop garden. It's very close to the city center, yet surprisingly quiet. Located on a hillside, it's perfect for those who enjoy walking and getting some exercise. A short walk further up the hill leads to a park with panoramic views of the entire city. The hotel also offers a transfer service, making it very convenient for getting to your next destination.

To sum it up, this is a hotel with incredible value for money in Macau.
Complimentary one-way private car transfer service (choose either pick-up or drop-off): The hotel offers a free transfer service, and we were picked up directly from the airport to the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. When we were leaving, we couldn't find a taxi, and the staff very kindly helped us call one, which was fantastic.
Facilities: The hotel amenities include a Dyson hairdryer, Acqua di Parma toiletries, etc., on par with what you'd find at Morpheus. It exceeded my expectations and I was very satisfied.
Cleanliness: The hotel is generally very clean. The hallways, rooms, and even the balcony all looked quite clean. Since it's near the sea and on a lower floor, the bed felt a bit damp, but it was an acceptable level of dampness.
Ambiance: I came specifically for the castle-like architectural features. Upon entering, there's a mountain spring by the steps. Our sea-view room directly faced the ocean and the towering buildings across from it. Both the daytime and nighttime views are remarkable, and if you don't feel like going out, just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sea view is quite chill.
Service: The staff were very warm and attentive. It was my first time using the hotel's pick-up service, so I wasn't entirely familiar with it, but everything was handled perfectly.

The environment is incredibly quiet and beautiful, nestled on Bishop Hill with direct views of the Macau Tower.
The service was excellent, especially the shuttle bus service which made getting around very convenient. The hotel staff were also very friendly and even upgraded our room for free. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless during our extended stay.
The hotel's breakfast buffet was wonderful and very satisfying.
Cleanliness met five-star hotel standards.
We've stayed here more than once, and overall it always feels very comfortable, like returning home each time.
