**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!** My recent stay at Altira was absolutely fantastic. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm, professional staff named Celine who made check-in seamless, same as my check-out process with Stephen. Thank you to both of you. The room was spacious and beautifully designed with Macau view. The pool was top-notch, the male and female staff were friendly and accommodating (26 May, around 7pm-8pm) and I loved the complimentary drinks on the mini bar in our room (2903), free softdrinks and beers. The hotel location is perfect also with easy access to attractions like Old Taipa Village, to Cotai central, Nova mall and transportation. Overall, Altira exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the hotel delivers five-star service and comfort. I can’t wait to return! :)

I was truly delighted that the staff remembered me from my last visit, which was a few years ago. Appreciate his upgrade and welcome drink and a thumbs up for his service. The only regret is my forgetfulness, and I could not recall his name. Nonetheless, I am still writing to congratulate the hotel for having a duty manager like him.

Room clean and nice breakfast also good , l like that turn down service :) hotel its easy to get around from here, and just short walk there are lots of delicious local restaurants

Highly recommended The room is big, bright, beautiful and clean. The mini bar had lots of variety of drinks. The dressing gown was so soft and comfy, sleeper were comfy too. Definitely will come back to stay again .

Clean, comfy hotel with friendly staff. There is Lafayette below the hotel with some restaurants, movie theatre and a supermarket in the basement.  No chance to use the facilities so cannot comment on that.  The room was nice with a nice view. Although I did not take pictures of my room, the photos you see on the website does match what you get. I would stay there again.

the room is small but very good to my eyes .. this room good for 2people so couple or family .. chill place very quite very silent area place and have a small garden but i choose inside the room .. next time ill be book a bigger room when i come back to this hotel..

I went to Andaz with my family, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable.  Breakfast was a unique feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, not crowded. Although, our next door guest were clearly smoking, cigarette smoke wreak thru the hallway, plus we found cigarette bud next to lift door (uncleaned from our check-in to check-out). Other than that, we would love to stay there again when next time!

I have had the pleasure of staying at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau multiple times, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. Everything about this hotel is outstanding! The location is perfect, providing easy access to the vibrant attractions of Macau while still offering a peaceful retreat. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The dining options are fantastic, with a variety of restaurants that cater to all tastes. Each meal I enjoyed was a delightful culinary experience. However, what truly sets Artyzen Grand Lapa apart is its incredible staff. Mr. Edgar at the gym is always welcoming and helpful, while Ms. Violeta from room service ensures every request is met with a smile. The hotel reception team, including Patrick, Shaun, Jack, and Kei, consistently provide outstanding service. I also want to commend William and Tata from the security team for their professionalism and friendliness. The resort staff, Ryan and Prince, are always eager to assist, and Lily and Ruth from resort reception create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spa therapist Ayarin was also exceptional and very friendly. Their hospitality makes you feel right at home, and it's this exceptional service that keeps me returning. I highly recommend Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau to anyone looking for a remarkable stay in Macau. I can't wait for my next visit!

Good value, and clean hotel. Shower pressure was excellent, with all needed amenities provided. Hair dryer was decent, and room was clean.Room was on the sixth floor, and wasn't much of a view, but this was fine. Breakfast included in the hotel rate, which was decent at best, but given it was included, not much complaints. Location wise, not bad. Free shuttle bus to galaxy, and walkable to galaxy too. However, fair away from everything else and not the best for strolling around different casinos. Walkable to old town. Hotel rate came with grand resort deck too, which was a nice touch. Overall decent stay. Other hotels are better and more convenient, but Broadway is value for money.

Nice hotel overall. A bit of humidity smell in the room. Good facilities in the room. Hotel employees were very polite and friendly. Location is in front of the Galaxy hotel and casino, and a 20 min walk to Taipa area with restaurants and bars. There are not that many restaurants nearby so you have to walk to Taipa for food.
