Hotel seems a bit dated to my taste but it is very well maintained. Excellent service and housekeeping, everything was great from the doorman and reception to my departure. Beautiful swimming pool area, good GYM. I loved the breakfast buffet, one of the best I’ve tried in Macau. One star off the service for having to wait to be seated for breakfast despite having the reservation time, my plans had to be moved because of this. The rest was brilliant.

Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the casino and busy shopping malls.
Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed.
The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

This is the most fantastic trip we’ve ever had before. We’ve got the customised service, the high quality of hotel facilities with a high quality and the delicious food etc. Colin connected me and gave me the useful tips before and within the entire trip. and he prepared the surprise for kids as well. While Robin helped plan every detail about viewsights, famous local snacks and the efficient way with transportation. All these are pretty impressive, and I’ll choose Londoner again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mandarin Oriental Macao, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The dedication from Hallie and her team Ken and Forest made my stay feel like a home away from home. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.
The Studio City- Epic Tower was recently opened in 2023, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Macau. The hotel offers easy access to Macau International Airport, just 4km away. The closest major public transportation, Lotus Metro Station, is only 100m away. This hotel is located near many of Macau's attractions including Macau Eiffel Tower, Studio City Auditorium (Studio City Store) and Galaxy International Convention Center. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Macau hotel offers parking on site. If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel makes an excellent choice, as our guests consider this to be one of the cleanest hotels in the city. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

I had a not so good experience staying at this hotel. I arrived around 3:15pm and the room was still not ready. Front desk staff told us that we still need to wait another 45 minutes or so, and offered us free welcome drinks at the lounge beside, well that’s the least they could do when check-in time was supposed to be at 3:00pm. I requested higher floors and they only gave me a room on the 17th floor, and there are like 30+ floors. They told me that’s the only room available, I’m disappointed in that as I have booked my room a few days ago and waited so long at checkin.
I requested a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room there was a pungent smell of cigarette smoking. I immediately contact front desk and requested a room change but they refused and told me that’s the only room they have available (would that be possible in such a big hotel?). The hotel just brought an air purifier, which only kill germs but does not deodorize, and we had to face with the smell of cigarettes during our stay.
In general the room was spacious and had modern design, just not too practical. The bathroom is large but the shower and the bathtub is very far separated, which is very inconvenient after a bath to walk all the way to the shower when you’re all wet. They also have an electric toilet, but the toilet board itself is very small, I wonder how a tall foreigner can sit on it?
One thing I would like to compliment is that the welcome fruits are very fresh and there are many snacks to choose from.
The indoor pools is not up to standard as it is relatively small in size, only good for children to play, and also they only had a few chairs for swimmers to use.
The hotel is far from the main area of the studio city centre, we had walk quite a bit to the main area where all the shops and restaurants are.
The entrance is “enclosed” but building besides, so feeling much isolated when entering from the front entrance.

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the casino can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter.
Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills.
Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free.
Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening.
We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man.
Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.
The Grand Hyatt Macau provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Macau will find that the Grand Hyatt Macau is a fantastic accommodation choice. Macau International Airport is located approximately 2km away from this hotel. Just a short walk from Cotai East Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. With multiple attractions nearby including Macau Eiffel Tower, Taipa and Wynn Palace Illuminarium, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. Guests of this Macau hotel can make use of the parking facilities. Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

Awesome stay. Service was fabulous. Very convenient. Perfect for a family. They even put in a little extra bed in our room and all the kid amenities. There is nothing cuter than hotel child’s robe and slippers. I really liked that the hotel isn’t too big with long long lines at check in or check out and crowds of people everywhere. Highly recommend and will go again once House of Dancing Waters opens again.
The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.
CCLY2025.05.18
The hotel is grand. Because I went at the peak time, the room rate I paid was 3 times more expensive than low season. It’s a casino hotel. In late afternoon or evening, it’s very crowded and congested. The room is clean but soaked with a mold smell, not very serious but for someone with allergy, it might be an issue. The door cannot provide sound proof function. The other guests taking noise at the corridor or closure of other room’s door could be clearly heard. It’s a casino hotel and night life was vibrant. Be expected to be woken up by these noises several times after midnight even way passed the sleeping hours. The room is spacious and the famous Grand Canal shopping mall is close. If the room rate is low seasons price, it’s very good. But if is the peak seasons price, it might not worth it.

Excellent
GGuest UserThis is my birthday trip to Macau with my wife, we struggled to choose which hotel to stay around this area, in the end we decided to stay here and found out it was totally worth it! By stepping in the hotel Mr Patrick directly helped us by taking our luggage and took us to the reception, Ms Carol who helped us check in was super nice and professional, Ms Jacey walked us to our hotel room and did a nice tour, then we met Delfin and Nelson amazing house keeping team! The birthday decoration was surprising and the amenities was really good. Hotel Nuwa will always be my first choice and highly recommend to my friends and families! Special thanks to all the staff!
Also the location is super convenient.
MMarc PhoenixWow, what an amazing hotel! From the moment we entered the building, we were treated with friendly and capable service staff. We were celebrating our anniversary, so the hotel prepared some room decorations and wine, as well as an upgraded space. The view was fantastic, the spa and pool relaxing, and the in-room bathtub so luxurious. The only minor issue we had was when we ordered food. There are no robots, so we had to take 2 elevators to the ground floor to collect our takeout food. Every hotel in Shenzhen has robots who bring deliveries to your room.
Overall, exceptional experience!
JJTtops7We're grateful for the early check-in and the hotel room just enough for us. They provided an extra crib, towels and water as requested which was superb . Then we went to the pool for a swim but they didn't allow adults to swim in the adult pool. We asked for a reason they said for no reason. At 17:30 we ordered pizza and warm water for the baby. They provided with warm water but refused to provide pizza because they have a special event for a phone company so they want to prepare well for them instead. They should have informed us about limitations before we booked the hotel. At the end breakfast was descent with plenty of choices and luggage drop-off service was superb they even checked us out.
RRovina MayOur experience was wonderful! We went to waterpark and dine at the new restaurant in the lobby. Staff were friendly and accommodating especially the housekeeping staff - Bryan - who delivered our kid’s amenities request. He was very helpful and professional. Another housekeeping lady - Deanna - during the turndown was very friendly and professional. All the staff in the lobby restaurant were also friendly and nice to us. They accommodate our request for my kid like providing the baby chair and cookies instead of just the complimentary bread.
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
해해피루시Me and my family really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room is clean and spacious, we loved the breakfast as well. The location is not the center of Cotai Strip, but the shuttle buses make it easy to move around the city!
PPolly123Had a lovely long weekend (3 nights) and would happily return. The room was super clean and replenished several times per day (coffee / towels etc.) All of the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help, and even knew my name. The hotel is only 20 mins walk away from the ruins of St. Paul and the Lisboa Hotel so it was easy to get around.
I also had their delicious dinner buffet one evening and was very impressed with the quality and the range of choices. I also used the spa for a facial and massage and was pampered!
Highly recommend and will definitely come back.
MMohammad Ali IkramI recently had a wonderful stay at Yoho Hollywood Macau Roosevelt hotel and I can recommend it to everyone! The rates were fantastic, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the balcony that came with my room, providing a perfect spot to unwind.
What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone, from the reception team to housekeeping, the staff at the gym, connivence store and restaurants contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. I want to give a special shoutout to Ouan, Lok, Terry, Melvin, Stanley, and Barry for their kindness and support throughout my stay.
Overall, my time was outstanding, and I can’t wait to return! Thank you to everyone for making my stay wonderful.
GGuest UserNot enough check in/out counters. We ordered an extra bed room and need to request setup and supplies after check-in. Breakfast selection was limited and mostly cold food served, and the noodle bar could be more flexible to accommodate guest needs. Perhaps consider offering bacon as a start. Surprised a 5-star hotel doesn't have English movie channels. The 5/F dim sum restaurant was good. The staff were generally friendly.
DDr.SrinivasDuring our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Macau, where we booked two rooms for three adults and one child, we had a delightful time. The hotel’s prime location made it easy for us to explore the vibrant surroundings and nearby attractions. Our accommodations were spacious and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere for our family. The staff stood out with their warm hospitality, always ready to assist us with a smile. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast spread, which catered to various tastes and was enjoyable for both adults and children. My child loved the pool area, which offered a safe and entertaining environment to unwind. Overall, our experience at the Holiday Inn Macau exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in this lively city.
