What a five star experience should be. The organization of the check in process was smooth and efficient. The rooms were clean and pristine. The service is what you expect from a five star hotel very nice amenities and the gym was one of the best I’ve seen.

It is not an exaggeration to say that guests feel at home. I was very satisfied with the whole process, so I asked the two managers who received me at that time. When I first arrived at the lobby, Jackson, a very handsome boy, took the initiative to ask whether I would check in and other information. He immediately helped to place the luggage and kept an eye on the check-in queue. Then he helped to take it to the room. When checking in, Manager Wu Yating received me. During the greeting, I learned that I was staying with my elders. She also introduced the hotel services and travel guides, and arranged a room with a good view. My family liked it very much. I also accompanied Jackson to the room from the beginning of check-in. I introduced the room and the use of tablets, hotel services, breakfast, travel guides, mini bar, etc. in detail. It was very warm and considerate! If it weren't for the change in the itinerary, I really hope to stay a few more nights. When I checked out later, it was Manager Wang Wenya, who was also very patient. When I learned that we still had to go shopping, he patiently answered and shared, and took the initiative to ask if we needed to temporarily store the luggage before coming back, so that we didn't have to carry the suitcases around. Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. It is a great hotel. bed and pillows are soft and fit my style. Drink is enough and range is wild. the welcome fruit is great. Sauna room is big but no rest room is a issue. front desk service is good and let me early check in and late check out. it is a good memory to stay in this hotel and might stay again if the price is right.

First of all, I would like to praise Miss Jennie at the front desk! For the first time, I felt that the front desk service of a Macau hotel could be so gentle and high-quality. She was especially considerate and gentle in checking us in. I love the ambiance it was quiet, clean, facilities are new, bathroom is superb and the staff were very helpful and attentive. It may be quite away from the strip but the free shuttle bus were all highly accessible so we could still go to different locations. They have free shuttle bus that takes you to the other side of Macau not just cotai. Still convenient. Buffet breakfast was also superb. Indoor pool awesome. We enjoyed our stay.

This is the first time we stayed this hotel and I asked if the hotel can offer us a better city view. The hotel people was so kind to upgrade us to a high floor and the city view was great and beautiful. The hotel has lot of restaurants to choose , standard and high price restaurants which was good for customer to choose . The hotel room has provide free drinks and snacks for customer which is good in case people feel hungry in the early morning or night. And the only small issue was the bath tub was so slippy and need to place a small met inside the bath tub, otherwise , elder people would easy to fall down and the handle was too low in position to catch when showering .
