The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.
"Above normal 5 star service.
From check in to check out all staff are very friendly.
Staff always think of customer point. When arriving the hotel staff at the drop off point has suggested to sent the luggage to our room but we wanted to bring the luggage up to the room ourself ( don’t need to wait for the luggage in the room)
When doing the check in and after getting the room key , another staff has suggested to sent our luggages to our room and clearly explain why they want to help to sent out luggages to the room. Time receiving the luggage’s very fast.
In the check out day , has called for the luggages to sent for deposit. Staff Ricky is very friendly and love to communicate to customers. Well done for his good service.
Thanks for making my boss and wife wedding anniversary memorable."

Overall very good stay."

Perfect
EEtta WongMy family and I just wrapped up a wonderful 2-night stay at Nuwa Hotel Macau, and wow – we’re already planning our return! From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt personalized, warm, and genuinely thoughtful. Here’s why Nuwa stands out:
✨ Standout Staff Shoutouts:
- Tiffany at Front Office was an absolute gem! So welcoming, efficient, and sweet – she set the tone for our stay perfectly.
- Bellboys were always alert, helpful, and ready with a smile whenever we needed assistance.
- Housekeeping deserves huge praise! They arranged a shower chair for my elderly mom during turndown service – no fuss, just pure kindness. ❤️
- Gym Attendant Arnold went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only was he super friendly, but he personally escorted my mom to the changing room and ensured she felt comfortable. The entire gym crew & safeguard team showed incredible patience and care toward her – it meant the world to us!
🍽️ Room Service & Integrity:
We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses – just accountability and action!
🎯 Management That Listens:
At checkout, **Front Office Manager Man personally apologized for the yogurt incident – a classy touch that showed real ownership. It wasn’t just about fixing a mistake; it was about valuing us as guests.
💯 Final Verdict:
Nuwa isn’t just a hotel – it’s a place where **staff treat you like family**. Their attention to detail (especially for elderly guests), proactive service recovery, and consistent warmth made our stay unforgettable. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND** for families, couples, or anyone seeking luxury *with* heart.
We’ll 100% be back soon! Thank you, Team Nuwa – you’ve set the bar sky-high!👏🏼💫
GGuest User## Facilities: Quite Disappointing
On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was quite late, so I ended up using a bathmat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message when I returned saying it had been resolved. To my dismay, it was blocked again the second day, forcing me to rush out mid-shower to call them.
Additionally, the room phone seemed to have a faulty connection; I kept trying to dial but couldn't get a call through. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite stuffy.
## Service:
During check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor. Well, they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members even came up to demonstrate how to operate the curtains... (a bit excessive!). However, the room service staff were actually very good; they were patient and responded promptly to all my requests.
## Location:
The location is indeed quite out of the way. Taxis are scarce during peak hours, whereas it was much easier to hail a cab at The Londoner during the same times. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with minors, as you'll have to walk a much longer route if you can't cut through the casino. I honestly don't know how people manage to explore all of Macau in a single day. For me, getting back from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even getting to The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I even considered taking a taxi just to get to Wynn.
## Cleanliness:
The cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my throat discomfort was likely related to the carpet.
44399dianjingdashiThis might be my fourth or fifth stay at the Galaxy Hotel, and I really love the interior design here. When the sun shines into the room, it feels so comfortable; it's never dark or gloomy. Every time I check in, there are always little desserts to enjoy while waiting, and Butler Betty is always there to assist. Most of the snacks and drinks in the room are complimentary! As for breakfast, it's quite pricey, similar to The Londoner, but comparing the two, it definitely falls short. I'll continue to choose Galaxy Hotel on my next trip to Macau, but I probably won't opt for breakfast again, haha, because the value for money isn't great. Betty also comes by during breakfast to ask how it was and what could be improved, which is definitely a commendable point! Such thoughtful service!
DDoufuzhazhaI visited during the off-peak season, and the price was incredibly good value – a real steal, especially as it won't be available at this rate again until after the Chinese New Year. It also happened to coincide with the International Fireworks Festival, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows served as a perfect viewing platform. All the photos, aside from the first two, were taken with my phone from inside the room; one of them beautifully captures the night view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. I was so reluctant to leave, constantly looking back. The whole experience was simply fantastic. I'm already making plans to stay again!
MM267313****I've been to Macau many times and stayed at many hotels here, but this visit to MO still amazed me. The service was exceptional; every hotel staff member I encountered, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly friendly.
The breakfast was delicious. I met Leo every day at breakfast, and he was always friendly and proactive. When he learned it was my first stay, he kindly introduced me to the different breakfast options. It was perfectly timed and never felt intrusive, like a friend hosting a guest.
The room was very clean with excellent views. The turndown service every evening was fantastic. The hotel is connected to MGM via One Central, so you can take MGM's shuttle buses from there.
This hotel gives off a true holiday vibe, unlike the noisier casino hotels. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in Macau.
HHildegardAn amazing hotel with incredible staff. The quality of the finishing and the maintenance of the rooms is impeccable. The staff are exceptionally well trained, and so so helpful. The staff at the lounge is a dream. Concierge with Edel are super professional and helpful. All around an exceptional stay.
11398213****The front desk has staff who speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and they were very friendly during check-in. I really appreciate the front desk staff. It was also very convenient to store our luggage on the last day. The hotel is right next to Sands, and you can take a direct bus to Gongbei Port. The room facilities are complete; I especially liked the bathtub, and the hygiene was excellent. For Macau, where space is at a premium, the room size was surprisingly large, and the bed was huge. I was very satisfied with this stay.
GGuest UserAn incredibly luxurious five-star hotel. I've always been a fan of Karl Lagerfeld's designs, so I was absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to stay at The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel today! The value for money here is excellent. Breakfast is served à la carte on the first floor, and it wasn't crowded at all.
__CFT0404027****Pros: The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Macau Peninsula. It's a short walk to the old Wynn and both the old and new Grand Lisboa. The area downstairs is lively with tons of small shops to browse, and many pharmacies. It's also very close to the Fortuna Hotel. The in-room toiletries are L'Occitane.
The 'wet market' on the hotel's third floor is also interesting; although it's old, it still retains the charm and vibrancy of a grand hotel. The lobby is impressive, and they offer various complimentary drinks. I personally found the milk tea quite good, and they have several hot drink options, which are more considerate for women than the iced milk tea at MGM. And despite what some say about the Landmark Hotel being 'doomed,' I found it to be a fun spot with a less intimidating atmosphere than some of the larger casinos.
Cons: 1. The soundproofing in the room is indeed poor. Even as a deep sleeper, I was woken up by doors closing upstairs and could clearly hear mobile phone conversations from outside. 2. There was no charging adapter, which made charging inconvenient. The adapter in the bathroom outlet also didn't work for my hair styling tools. 3. The surrounding area felt a bit chaotic at night, and I didn't feel entirely safe going out, though that might just be a perception. 4. It felt very dated; metal fixtures and hangers in the room were significantly discolored. 5. You have to take an elevator from the first floor to the sixth floor to transfer to another elevator to get to the room, which is a bit circuitous, but thankfully the hallway isn't too long.
MM. Doefriendly and helpful staff. All of them speak English!
Good location to explore Macau on foot.
20 min. by taxi to Gongbei border post.
