Highly recommend this hotel! Luxurious, super efficient service, everything 5* ! Definitely deserves the 5star hotel recognition. All superb, breakfast quality was amazing! Shuttle buses available to most places. Located in a nice area to walk around, view is amazing. Rooms are huge and clean. Housekeeping done efficiently. All the small things are noticed like cable ties for our cables, laundry given a bag, etc etc. World class hotel! Must stay here when visiting Macao, also one of the newer hotels!

Very nice everything. Staff and everything very good but one security from supplier company working there know me and he said he have all access of my personal information that I provide to hotel staff for registration. It broke my privacy.

This time I came to Macau and chose the newly opened London Renaissance to celebrate my birthday. The overall experience was great. First of all, I would like to thank Gordon from GuestRelations for his thoughtful service and room arrangements. He knew my room preferences in advance before check-in and arranged a series of room arrangements. He also helped us upgrade to a suite, which made this birthday experience even more memorable and happy. The room was large and spacious. The bedding was very comfortable. Although the hotel was newly opened not long ago, the room still had a slight smell, but it was acceptable after installing two air purifiers. The breakfast at Hampton Court was more refined and delicious than that at The Londoner Hua Ting, and the selection was very rich. When I left, they also gave me many small gifts. I am very grateful to the service staff of The Londoner Minghui Hotel for allowing us to spend a very happy and impressive birthday trip!

Most friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). It is true that the room type has more space. The most important thing is to walk 2-2w5 steps a day in the old town and have a full body massage. The chair is so cool! ! The bathroom has an electrically heated metal rack. Pay special attention to the large glass facing the bathtub that can play TV! This time, it is arranged to walk from room 2051 to the elevator to the casino for up to 5 minutes. Londoners in Macau are absolutely comfortable, safe, secure, happy, considerate and warm! ! ! Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. My recent stay at Nüwa in Macau was truly unforgettable. The level of service provided by the Nüwa team was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the personalized surprises, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Kurt, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. The beautifully decorated room, complete with birthday decorations and a delicious cake, made the occasion even more special. The stunning view from my window added an extra touch of magic. I highly recommend Nüwa to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Macau.

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

My only choice in Macau. Good service, spacious room, well maintained facilities, clean and tidy everywhere, delicious buffet no matter breakfast or other meal sections, all good👍 plus its convenient location as right next to subway station are all my description for this hotel. I stayed here for few times, but this time wanna express my special thanks to Kent. He is professional with passion, patience and details minded. While checking in, I booked a non-smoking suite room but it was sold out for non-smoking of such category, he tried for non-smoking treatment at first but I was allergic and sensitive to it, he was so patiently showed me with an upgraded non-smoking suite to ensure my stay was pleasant. He also reminded for transportation arrangement during CNY for room closure details. We definitely will return because of his outstanding. Really appreciated.

We had the most enjoyable travel time here, and everything about the hotel fascinated me. Room cards are made from woods，which makes me feel like peace and love[爱心] The receptionist staff were enthusiastic and professional, They introduced me to the hotel facilities in detail. At the same time, they thoughtfully asked if I needed an English version of the RC and hotel introduction leaflet. Looking out the window from my room, I could see the stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben, as if I were right in the midst of them.[哇] Anyway，I love this hotel ，I love the Four Seasons😗
