"Service: Absolutely impeccable! This is, in my opinion, the best hotel in Macau when it comes to service-to-price ratio. It offers a butler-like service that caters to all personal needs. The rooms are incredibly luxurious, and the cleanliness and service are exceptionally professional. Every evening, the room is restocked with various delicious snacks and beverages. Check-in and check-out are super convenient, and they even offer full escort service all the way to the airport entrance. Without a doubt, I'll choose this place again for my next trip to Macau."

"It's been a week since my trip ended, and I've been so busy with work that I haven't had a chance to write a review until now. If I remember correctly, this is my fourth stay at The Londoner. I must really love it to choose it every time I visit. It's been a long time since I was last in Macau, and also a long time since I stayed at The Londoner. My impression remains the same: the service is excellent. Before check-in, someone still contacted me personally. Since we'd already connected on WeChat previously, we continued our communication there. Cindy from Guest Relations was able to answer every request I made and fulfilled all the possible ones. Also, a big shout-out to one of the young ladies who helped me with check-in and Patrick, who assisted with my room key card at the end. Both were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. After processing my key card, he even walked me to the nearest elevator. The service at The Huating was significantly better this time compared to my last stay. What impressed me most was Jessica, the manager during cocktail hour. She was so kind and amiable, always serving guests with a smile. She truly deserves her position as manager. Also, the male server who took my drink orders (I didn't catch his name, but I'll be sure to ask next time!) remembered my preferences. That's a huge plus. The service for both breakfast and afternoon tea was great. My only minor comment is that when I went for afternoon tea late, no one proactively mentioned the ice cream; I only got it after asking. The breakfast selection remains as plentiful as ever, and I particularly enjoy the à la carte section since I'm not keen on cold food early in the morning. Because I'm a very light sleeper, I asked The Londoner to arrange a sofa bed so we could sleep separately. The sofa bed was very comfortable, and after splitting up, we both slept really well. Finally, they even drove me back to the Border Gate and gave me rice dumplings as a parting gift. The driver's service was also excellent. I will definitely be staying here again."

"A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018. The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor. Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb. I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment."

"Overall, the hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The hotel staff also provided good service. The only drawback was that on the first day, check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM. We arrived around 3 PM, and despite clearly stating in our booking that we wanted a non-smoking room, the room was still not ready. We had to wait until past 5 PM to get into our room, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel did upgrade us to an inner garden view room, which had a beautiful view. During our stay, there was a Vivienne Westwood exhibition, which was very nice. The hotel also had regular performances, making it very suitable for children. Additionally, having the Yaohan department store nearby made shopping very convenient. For two out of our three days and two nights stay, the hotel's pool was closed, and we had to use the pool at the neighboring hotel. Although it was accessible through the mall, going back and forth took a considerable amount of time."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience."
