"I stayed at The Londoner Royal Garden for two nights. From the moment our butler, Willson, and I discussed the details before arrival, I immediately felt the exceptional service: efficient and attentive. Royal Garden was a special choice for our trip to Macau, so we were eagerly anticipating the hotel experience. We often stay in hotels on business trips, and sometimes there's a gap between our expectations and the actual experience. However, The Londoner Royal Garden constantly surprised, touched, and exceeded our expectations. Knowing that we were celebrating a family member's birthday, beyond the usual courtesies, butlers Willson and Joa went above and beyond to make thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay. Every little detail, from the small card to the heartwarming birthday song, touched the family and us, making us feel like family. A luxury hotel is more than just about the high-end ambiance and amenities; it's also about the operational philosophy and advanced service of the entire team, from the director to the butlers. What's particularly touching is the warmth of the hotel. Royal Garden is a warm and beautiful home-like experience. We express our sincere gratitude to the team at The Londoner Royal Garden."

"Booked the Londoner hotel for three days with my wife for a food, drink, and shopping trip in Macau. We arrived at the hotel around 2 PM, but our room wasn't ready yet. After lunch, our room was available. Fiona at the front desk showed us to our room, explaining all the facilities and services in detail, including where to have breakfast. She even added us on WeChat so we could contact them anytime for anything, including room cleaning and luggage service at check-out. The housekeeping staff provided us with plenty of bottled water, and the turndown service tidied up the room again. To access the pool, we needed to register our room number. They proactively offered me slippers and served tea with snacks, though the weather was a bit chilly and the pool was on the smaller side. There are two breakfast venues: one primarily features sashimi, and the other sushi. The first breakfast spot is larger with more options, while the second offers more à la carte choices. We only went for afternoon tea once and missed the 6 PM cocktail hour. The last picture shows many people wearing disposable slippers, and I personally think the breakfast area should be more regulated. Also, if there's any spillage on the floor, disposable slippers could be slippery, posing a risk to the hotel. Just a personal suggestion."

Opened in 2018, the City of Dreams – Morpheus Macau offers travelers a pleasant stay in Macau, whether for business or leisure purposes. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 3km from Macau International Airport and 11km from Zhuhai Railway Station. There's plenty to do nearby, with Venetian Theatre, Casino at Venetian Macao and Carmel Garden all within a short distance. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Macau hotel offers parking on site.

"Location: It's just one light rail stop from the airport (you can buy tickets at the window using WeChat Pay or Alipay). From the hotel, you can walk through City of Dreams to reach The Londoner, MGM, Wynn Palace, The Venetian, and other key attractions. Ambiance: The room lighting is warm and inviting, it's clean, and the layout is well-designed. It features double sinks, a separate wet and dry area, and even bath salts are provided. Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently proactive, enthusiastic, polite, and efficient. A big thank you to the two ladies who checked me in (their names are in the picture) – they introduced all the room facilities and explained the most convenient routes for getting around nearby. The gentleman at check-out also proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage, where I was going, and which bus to take, which made me, as a first-time visitor, feel very much at ease."

"We brought our kids here to celebrate Children's Day. The hotel called me beforehand to inquire about our preferences and even decorated for the occasion, preparing numerous gifts for the children. The staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They also offered a complimentary breakfast at the Executive Lounge, and the food quality was outstanding. The changing rooms, located on the third floor, offer direct access to the Grand Resort Deck, where we spent two consecutive days. The facilities in the changing rooms were very upscale, comparable to a high-end spa in Shenzhen, complete with a sauna and steam room. During check-in, a staff member personally escorted me to the room and provided a detailed introduction, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an exceptionally satisfying experience!"

The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"I've been to Macau many times, and this is my third time staying overnight. The first time, I stayed at an affordable guesthouse in the old city center – clean and tidy, right across from Wen Ji Cafe & Snacks. It wasn't far from Grand Lisboa and St. Paul's Ruins. The second time, I stayed at the Crowne Plaza near the Gongbei Border Gate. The room was super spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. This time, a few of us bit the bullet and booked a room at The Venetian 😭 – decided to splurge a bit. They said it was a Royal Presidential Suite, and it even came with two tickets to the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower (the front desk lady mentioned that the 7th floor is actually free to visit now). The rooms in Macau, compared to neighboring Hong Kong, are not just a little bit better [facepalm]. It really is a city centered on entertainment and service industries, with a different positioning than Hong Kong. We took a private car from Hong Kong, and as soon as we got out, a young man helped us with our luggage and gave us a luggage tag. When checking in, you just give the tag to the front desk, and your luggage is automatically delivered to your room. The room was large and spacious, with a separate living room and two TVs. To put it bluntly… the bathroom in this suite could rival an entire Hong Kong hotel room in size! The bed 🛌 was huge and comfortable, the sofa was great, and the view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows was pretty good too – though I imagine the view would be even better from the opposite rooms. Next time, if I get the chance, I'll try out Galaxy and Studio City too [smirk]. Even though it's not ** (missing original text, likely referring to 'cheap'), it's definitely worth experiencing [evil grin]. In mainland terms, almost all hotels in Taipa can be considered top-tier luxury, haha… especially with all the rumors surrounding Wynn Palace, haha… so much 'color' has been added to it… Macau is truly unforgettable and suitable for people of all ages to visit. Thumbs up!"

The Parisian Macao provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Parisian Macao is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Macau. The hotel is conveniently located a short 3km drive from Macau International Airport. Just a short walk from Union Hospital Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. With Kids' City, House of Dancing Water and Lisboeta Macau all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. Guests of this Macau hotel can make use of the parking facilities. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

"We requested a smoking room, but there was hardly any lingering smell, which was great. We stayed on the 17th floor, and the breakfast included a fantastic lobster buffet – truly all-you-can-eat! Downstairs, you can go shopping, and it's quite close to Wynn Palace. To get to Senado Square, there's no shuttle, so you'll need to take a taxi or other transportation. We paid 80 MOP for a taxi there. On the way back, we took a shuttle to another hotel and then walked the rest of the way. Overall, the breakfast offers much better value for money than the local cha chaan tengs, so it's definitely worth trying."

"The hotel shuttle is easy to find – just turn right after exiting the airport. Get off at the Studio City stop. To your left is The Celebrity Tower, and to your right is The Star Tower. I checked in at The Celebrity Tower around 4 PM and there was no queue. The staff were very proactive in helping with my luggage. The suite at The Celebrity Tower was incredibly spacious, with a huge bathroom area. The mini-bar was as well-stocked as ever, and I appreciated that the bedside chargers didn't require an adapter. On the ground floor, the Pop Mart store had a full selection of SKULLPANDA figures. Unlike last year, points can no longer be redeemed. Don Quijote is still there, so if you don't want to go to Japan, you can do some shopping at the supermarket. To catch the light rail, turn right from The Celebrity Tower, walk to the end, and go up to the second floor. It's 6 MOP for two stops to Pai Kok, where you'll find plenty of delicious food on Cunha Street."

"The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. I stayed in the Banyan Tree Tower on a high floor, and there were no strange odors. I booked a Cotai View room, and the service was excellent. Eating and shopping downstairs were incredibly convenient. On check-in day, I arrived around 3 PM. They initially said the view room would take 1-2 hours, so I planned to store my luggage and go out. However, after a quick restroom break, when I returned to drop off my bags, the front desk told me a room was already available. Overall, I was very satisfied. The second floor has the famous Lord Stow's Bakery (Andrew's Egg Tarts), and there was no queue. On the ground floor near the elevators, there's a Jade Restaurant, where the beef noodles were exceptionally delicious, and the staff were very welcoming. Checking out was a breeze; I just handed the card to the front desk staff in the lobby and left. Getting a taxi outside was also very easy. It's super convenient to visit the Londoner and Parisian hotels for night views and photos – just a short walk away. I wasn't offered a complimentary suite upgrade; they said it would cost an extra 500 MOP per night, which I declined as the view room was perfectly fine. Walking from the ground floor towards the food court area, you can catch the changing of the guards performance at The Londoner. Tim Ho Wan (添好运) Hong Kong-style dim sum is also nearby; it's very tasty but gets crowded, so you'll need to get a number and wait in line."

Hotels in Macau Peninsula,Macau
YOHO Treasure Island hotel, a landmark situated in the center of the transportation hub in the peninsula of Macau, boasts breathtaking views. The hotel features rooms with a sophisticated luxurious design that captures some of the most iconic landmarks, such as the stunning views of Nam Van Lake, the dazzling Nam Van Lake fountain, and the renowned Wynn fountain. As the sea meets the sky, the lake blends with the city, forming an unforgettable scenery. YOHO Treasure Island hotel provides long-stay apartment-style suites with fully equipped kitchens and washing machines, allowing you to feel at home while away. And located in the key area of Macau peninsula, the hotel is right in front of the largest bus transfer station in Macau and is connected to nearby Grand Lisboa, Hotel Lisboa, Wynn Resorts, MGM Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and Bank of China Building via pedestrian tunnels, offering convenient transportation while surrounded by stunning views. At sunset, the sunset paints the sky orange, reflecting on the lake surface, creating a romantic and beautiful scenery. When darkness falls, experience the dazzling city landscapes up close and bring home an unforgettable experience.

"The hotel is in the center of the Macau Peninsula, but while the Wynn Macau across the street is bustling, this side feels quite desolate. What they call a 'sea view room' actually faces another part of the hotel, and you can only catch a glimpse of the sea from a very specific corner of the balcony. The concierge and bell staff were very warm and helpful. Due to the hotel's location, it takes a long time to get a taxi, so they informed us about the shuttle bus and helped with our luggage. I really appreciate their service! The front desk service, however, needs improvement. We were told check-in was from 2:30–3:00 PM, but when we arrived at 3:49 PM, we were told we still had to wait. Then, at another counter, we were able to check in immediately. Is this service model trying to shut the hotel down? It's incredibly dishonest. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were also cold and indifferent, let alone offering any actual service. There was nothing in the room, yet they still charged a deposit. At least the deposit was refunded to my account within 24 hours, unlike what some reviews mentioned about it taking a long time."
