Opening the window, you're greeted by lush green mountains and misty clouds, with breathtaking natural scenery all around, far from the madding crowds. A special thanks to our butler, Tashi, who was genuinely warm and enthusiastic! Not only did he patiently recommend off-the-beaten-path attractions and local delicacies, but he also took us mushroom foraging in the mountains and horseback riding, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the highland forests. The hotel also offers Thangka painting experiences, letting you discover ******* intangible cultural heritage. If I ever visit Jiuzhaigou again, this will definitely be my top choice.

This time in Jiuzhaigou, I booked this B&B with a private hot spring in Zhangza Town, and the experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with a cozy and comfortable off-white color scheme. The outdoor private hot spring pool was the highlight – soaking in the warm water under the stars at night created an incredibly atmospheric and photogenic scene. All the fatigue from a day of travel instantly melted away. The location is right at the entrance of the scenic area, making it very convenient to get there, and they offer free shuttle service. The breakfast was also delicious, with freshly cooked rice noodles and steamed dim sum, perfect for a hearty start to the day.

Staying here felt just like home, with thoughtful service and every request met. I'm a bit of a clean freak, and even though the hotel's main color scheme is off-white, it was impeccably clean, which I really appreciated! The hotel is located in Pengfeng Village, right outside there are breakfast spots and restaurants, super convenient. But it's not right on the main road, so it's very quiet, which I loved. The owner is incredibly nice and even drives guests to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area in the morning, which is a huge plus. They are very generous; there are complimentary bottled waters right by the elevator, and over ten different travel amenities like personal care kits available for guests to take as needed. The attention to detail is impressive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit and highly recommend it to my friends.

This hotel is perfect for travelers who aren't in a hurry to get to the valley. During peak hours, it can take over 30 minutes by taxi to and from the Jiuzhaigou Tourist Center. The hotel and rooms offer stunning views, located in the Huamei Shengdi town. Within walking distance, you'll find basic amenities like convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and souvenir shops. It's also easy to get a taxi to Zhongzha Valley. The room facilities are on par with what you'd expect from a five-star resort hotel. Overall, the service was generally mediocre. Two things, however, stood out as excellent: Firstly, a slightly older male staff member during check-in was incredibly enthusiastic. He noticed it was our first stay and gave us a detailed介绍 of child-friendly attractions nearby. Secondly, when our TV broke, two maintenance staff members worked diligently for a long time into the evening, eventually discovering the IP was down and replacing the TV – they worked very hard late at night. Additionally, the shuttle drivers within the hotel were very responsible, always offering rides if they saw us on the road. Other services were rather cold. After discovering the TV was broken, the front desk initially dismissed it as a signal issue. It took a second call before they sent maintenance. There was no butler contact throughout our stay, but oddly enough, we received a call asking for a good review after we checked out. During our stay, there was a celebrity filming, and a staff member actually blocked our way to our room, asking us to make way for the celebrity – it was baffling.

The B&B environment is beautiful and quiet, far exceeding my expectations. The room was also very clean. The hot water kettle is the kind that heats directly, which is very convenient. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic; she carefully explained how to use the room's facilities and even helped with luggage. The breakfast was also very generous, and you could get free refills if needed. The driver provides free pick-up and drop-off to scenic spots, which is super convenient, and he was very enthusiastic about introducing the local specialties. I'm extremely satisfied!

Our stay at the Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort far exceeded expectations! A special thanks to Lucy at the front desk for her warm and professional service; she thoughtfully upgraded us to a signature view room. The view from the room was breathtaking—simply open the window to stunning scenery. The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, and the overall experience was fantastic. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jiuzhaigou. Highly recommended!

So glad we chose this forest hotel; it really added a unique touch to our trip. It's located deep inside Zhongzhagou Valley, which is already stunning. If you're not in a rush to get to Jiuzhaigou, you could easily spend a few extra days here. There's even a hiking trail behind the hotel if you're into that. We were incredibly lucky and spotted wild rabbits on the lawn in the afternoon, evening, and early morning! The hotel also offers dining, and there are ******* restaurants in the village. However, you'll find more options down the mountain, which is only about a fifteen-minute drive away. We had to leave after breakfast to head to Jiuzhaigou, but we definitely could have stayed another day to explore the surrounding scenery.

The hot spring was definitely the highlight of my stay, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, a great place for a relaxing getaway. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again! ❤️

Traveling to Jiuzhaigou with my child, we chose this hotel and were extremely satisfied. They offer convenient pick-up and drop-off service to the scenic area entrance, and the breakfast was not only good but also very plentiful. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the owner is a fellow native of Tai'an, Shandong, and incredibly genuine and hospitable. I'll definitely be recommending this place to any friends visiting Jiuzhaigou in the future. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient.
