Spa Hotels in Jiuzhaigou

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Everything was superb—spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding service. To our surprise, we even got a complimentary supper, which was a delightful bonus. The attention to detail and overall comfort made our stay truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, newly renovated hotel. The restaurant staff is simply incredible - very service-oriented, helpful and attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The room is quite big and the beds were comfortable. It takes only 5-10 minutes to get to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance from the hotel and costs RMB 15 by taxi. We forgot to check out and called the hotel from the train station - the front desk was kind enough to check us out virtually and did not penalize us for not returning the card keys. A previous hotel in Xi'an charged us RMB 30 for a lost card key.

I shopped around. From the outside, it met my requirements for a hotel. It was clean and tidy, looked grand, and the front desk was attentive. At least it was not as indifferent as other hotels. As for the room, it made me feel comfortable at first glance. It was in a warm color style. It had almost all the disposable items. The waiter brought it to me immediately if I wanted anything. There were also welcome fruits. I didn't expect that. Although I only stayed for one day, the experience was very different. I will stay in this hotel next time.

Pretty grand and decent resort located about 15 min car ride from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve Park, which is about 1.5 hour car ride from Huanglong Jiuzhaigou high speed rail station. Great resort introduction and check in/out services by concierge staff Molly and Eve. Great food and services at the restaurants within the resort. We also attended the ******* bonfire in the evening as part of the hotel activities. It was a great and memorable experience.

Snow Mountain Afternoon Tea·Jiuzhaigou Spring on the Tip of the Tongue The floor-to-ceiling windows of the lobby bar 270 frame the snow-capped mountains and colorful forests, like a dynamic oil painting. The spring limited afternoon tea is so beautiful that you can't bear to eat it. Every bite carries the spring aura of Jiuzhaigou, and the waiter will also explain the cultural inspiration behind the dessert. The food is super delicious The yak beef in Cailinxuan is a must-try signature! The charcoal grilled yak beef is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, which is super delicious. The croissants delivered for breakfast are definitely a hidden trump card! We basically didn't eat the same thing twice during the three days we stayed there, and we experienced the local characteristics. Birthday surprise x starry sky romance I secretly planned a birthday for my boyfriend. The hotel helped to decorate the room in advance and sent us an extra cake, which made us have a very memorable birthday. It was very romantic to see the starry sky on the balcony. Perfect detail control service The hotel arranged a business car to pick up and drop off at the high-speed rail station, and every link was moisturizing and appropriate. The housekeeper brother and the manager sister on duty were very considerate. The staff who helped us clean the room were also very careful, and helped me put the cosmetics neatly 😂 and put small gifts for us at the head of the bed at night. The SPA in the spa center is also amazing. I didn't sleep well because of altitude sickness on the first night. I fell asleep comfortably during the SPA on the second day, and woke up feeling tired. I will bring my parents here to experience it if I have the opportunity this autumn and winter or next year~
