Jiuzhaigou Hotels with Airport Shuttle

Location is convenient and room is pretty clean and new. However, we were misled by the hotel name, the hot spring is not real hot spring, it’s just jacuzzi…although they change water every time, the tub is still dirty, my back is full of sands afterwards…..and the water is not hot enough. Service is not adequate and professional enough.

Travelling to Jiuzhaigou from Chengdu now is such a breeze, with the high speed rail that goes direct to Huanglong Jiuzhai. A direct bus then connects and takes us straight to the scenic area. The bus stops directly in front of the hotel. Grand Rezen enjoys a fantastic location, being close to all the restaurants which are near to entrance of scenic area/ entrance of national park. About a 20min walk to the park, the hotel helps to arrange transport into the park in the mornings, if needed. Very clean and new-looking, and rooms come with heated beds, perfect for the current cold winter climate. Buffet breakfast serves a decent selection. Hotel staff are very helpful, and our 管家小韩 made sure to check in on us everyday, to see how our day went and to ensure we get any help that we might need. All in all a very comfortable stay, will definitely recommend.

Room and toilet area were clean, heater in the room working really well while outside was minus degrees but inside so warm. Shower head water pressure was good enough, provided enough hot water. Surrounded with restaurant and near panda bus. Walk around 1km to Jiuzhaigou main entrance. Projector remote control not provided as hotel mentioned it was lost and the proceed to get the new one soon, I have to claim up to the machine to control it. Btw movie can watch it for free and wifi also working well. Please noted reception cannot speak English only Chinese. Highly recommend this place to all travelers 😊

A good option for Jiuzhai I honestly feel quite mixed about the hotel - in some regards they were really great, but others need some attention Pros: - Location is perfect - a 10min taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou Scenic area main entrance + on the hotel’s doorstep are a wide range of food options and little supermarkets - The airport transfer is excellent and a fair price - 200 RMB. It just made me realize how much my previous hotel in Huanglong ripped me off by charging me ‘the foreigner price’ 😡 - Scenery - it is a very beautifully done up hotel and located in front of a mountain. There are a lot of koi ponds and a very pretty restaurant opposite the reception. - The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. - The 2 staff members who speak English are helpful. - They refunded me when I checked out early as I had to leave earlier. Cons: - The rooms could do with a more thorough cleaning - the small coffee table with faux marble top had some layers of previous cups and other grime. - As already stated by other reviewers, Western breakfast is limited - think toast, cereal, and instant coffee in an urn. When I asked for a butter knife to spread butter and jam on my toast, I was told to use a chopstick or spoon 🫣🫣🫣 - The hotel towels could do with an upgrade as they are quite worn.

There are 3 direct buses to the hotel in the morning, but no return bus. If you take the bus, it will be closer if you get off at the Celebrity Hotel, while the Orange Hotel is a little further away. It takes 10 minutes to get to the scenic spot, and the chef will send you to the door, which is very considerate. You have to take a taxi to the popular restaurants nearby, which is about a few minutes away, but there is a super popular veteran barbecue downstairs, the taste is great! The hotel is close to the street, very quiet, clean and tidy.

Location is great. So near the bus station kiosk. And it’s in the Pengfeng village where there are many eateries. It’s only a twenty minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou. Hotel itself is clean but heating is not so warm in winter. Hot water is good. Breakfast was mediocre. There is no meat dishes mainly buns and corns eggs and vegetables. There was coffee and soya bean drink which is ok with us.

Great location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur. Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour. If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

We are international (Australian) so this review will help if your visiting from overseas. Very clean and cute hotel, the owner was honestly the best! very hospitable and friendly. They provide lifts to and from the hotel as needed. (To the national park, restaurants, bus stops etc). There is a washing machine and dryer free to use, really handy if you are backpacking. It's not walking distance from the national park but it's close and the lift service makes it super easy. The restaurant which provides the included breakfast is just down the road. The food is honestly great and they have vegetarian options for all meals which is great if your vegetarian or over eating meat for every meal. Only thing to consider is the rooms are smoker friendly. Its disclosed on the booking information so don't be surprised. We don't smoke but didn't mind as the room didn't smell. Very clean

Very good. After getting off the bus, the hotel sent a car to pick me up. It was very humane! As soon as I opened the door, my eyes were brightened. The decoration was very good and the design was very humane! The light strip at the head of the bed not only made it convenient for me to turn on the light to read my phone in the middle of the night, but also solved the glare of the bedside lamp shining directly into my eyes. The toiletries provided by the hotel were also very comprehensive. It was a very good check-in service!
