"This was the best hotel experience of my entire trip. I especially want to thank one of the night-shift staff members. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she was always incredibly helpful, kind, and willing to assist with everything. She provided excellent service with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, and I truly appreciated it. Honestly, she made such a wonderful impression on me that I want to visit Jiuzhaigou again partly because of her. Every time I think about her kindness, it brings a smile to my face. She made me understand what truly exceptional hospitality feels like. The hotel itself was also fantastic. It offers breakfast, laundry facilities, and an onsen (hot spring bath), which made our stay even more comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, only about a 400-meter walk away, and the hotel is conveniently close to the pick-up and drop-off point for the high-speed rail station, which was extremely convenient. Most importantly, the hotel has the adorable cat, Huahua! She is incredibly cute and made our stay even more memorable and enjoyable. Everything was perfect — 10/10/10! "The biggest surprise of my Jiuzhaigou trip was definitely the Huimuyun Holiday Hotel! The location is fantastic, just an eighteen-minute walk to the scenic area. This meant we could enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out in the mornings, with no need to rush. But what truly touched me was the proprietress's incredible warmth and helpfulness. Even before we arrived, she'd already booked our tickets for the Jiuzhai Romance Park the day before. She also proactively arranged a car to pick us up directly from the Huanglong Jiuzhai High-speed Railway Station and take us straight to the hotel, saving us so much hassle and effort. What was even more heartwarming was when I casually asked about local cuisine at the front desk. The proprietress immediately called a restaurant and arranged for us to have yak mushroom hotpot! The delicious taste is still unforgettable. The next day, before we entered the scenic area, she specially prepared sachima, egg rolls, and instant noodles for us, just in case we got hungry inside. This stay truly felt like coming home. The proprietress was as thoughtful and attentive as a family member, and it significantly enhanced my positive impression of Jiuzhaigou. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou – you absolutely won't regret staying here!"

"The room was exquisitely elegant, and the duvet and bed were both incredibly comfortable and clean. The shower was also very enjoyable. The lobby on the ground floor was decorated very warmly, and there was even a bonfire area outside. Plus, the front desk staff were enthusiastic and attentive. Overall, my satisfaction was very high! Although the breakfast was the same for two consecutive days, which got a little repetitive, you could always ask for more, so it was still quite good! Even though the location is halfway up a hill, the drivers were quite flexible in taking us around, and there's a supermarket just a short walk away, which was quite convenient! If I had to pick one small flaw, it would be the kettle in the room; the hot water sprayed out a bit erratically and excessively, which felt a little dangerous. I hope the hotel can pay attention to this."

"I had to leave a positive review for this hotel; it's truly great value for money. The hotel is nestled on a quiet hillside, offering lovely mountain views. I actually booked it after seeing other reviews highlighting this. It's not in the bustling city center, which is perfect for a relaxing vacation, and getting those mountain views is a bonus. To my pleasant surprise, it's still very convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk service was excellent, a truly personalized 'butler-style' experience. They even escorted me to my room, showing me where all the appliances were and how to use them. A little while later, I received a message asking if I was satisfied, which shows truly amazing service. They also gave me recommendations for local eateries – I tried the yak beef hotpot, and it was delicious! I'd give the environment 5 stars, cleanliness 5 stars, service 5 stars, and breakfast 5 stars. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Coming here before the Dragon Boat Festival was a great idea! The large bathtub and big bed, combined with the spacious balcony, were fantastic! From the balcony, you can see trees to the left and mountains to the right – really lovely! The room and bedding were very clean and hygienic. The owner was also very kind; traveling during the off-season truly has its perks! Since the elevator was under maintenance, they even proactively helped me carry my luggage to the second floor, which was very thoughtful. They also gave me a small souvenir for the room! I genuinely wanted to leave a good review for the owner!!"
