The hotel located 10 min walk from jiu zai gou with lots of restaurants and supermarket around the area. The room is modern and clean. However the toilet is so close to the bed that you can hear it every time someone goes to the toilet. It’s not a major concern for us but someone that have light sleep might need to consider this. There are washing machine for you to wash the cloths as well.
We learn that the price in the supermarket are much cheaper than Chengdu so it’s not necessary to carry things to jiu zai gou. One challenge we had is you can’t find nappies around these area.
If you are travelling to here you might want to visit Huang long which is another tourist attraction that a lot of ppl miss out

I liked my experience there. The room is spacious, we got an upgrade cos it wasn’t super busy season.
The beds are 2x 1.5m so suit my family (3 adults) and very good value for money in this case compared to family rooms in other hotels.
Bathroom sink in the first room given had a small crack and there’s some construction material next door on the found. so the staff patiently helped me to choose another room facing the front.
Aircon and bathroom all worked really well.
I went to the hot spring for both nights, very relaxing.
I rented ******* clothe for a day to go to the scenery site and there’s a lady set up in the lobby to do makeup and hair beading for a charge. The fee is quite reasonable.
Breakfast had lots of options with some local things, definitely up to five star standard.
I think this place is under rated.

10 min drive away from Jiuzhaigou entrance, hotel provides free transport to and from there, you can contact hotel via wechat. Room is big, well furnished and comfortable. Many eateries 5-10 min walk away. Toiletries provided. Ladies at reception are very helpful. However there are people who smoke at reception area, that should be improved.

Great location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur.
Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour.
If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

GGuest UserThe room is super big, the floor heating is very comfortable, very clean, tidy and comfortable. The bed is also super big. Several friends can sleep together. The most praiseworthy thing is the service of the boss. The boss is so nice. A friend had a birthday and the boss sang the birthday song together. He helped us cook mulled wine and asked us if we wanted to eat roasted sweet potatoes. We also rented the boss's ******* clothes for free. The boss patiently helped us put on clothes. In the evening, we all watched movies together on the screen. It really left many good memories. The boss's two cats are also super cute. One of the dolls is very fat and docile. You can hug her and touch her. The boss will also help contact the driver. It's so nice! ! ! The location of the B&B is also super good. A short walk out is the barbecue restaurant and the town. There are many delicious foods. I recommend it 100 million points! The breakfast is also delicious. The boss also prepared Christmas apples for us on Christmas👍👍

Our family of three stayed at Linshuijian B&B for four nights, and we had an exceptionally pleasant experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff’s hospitality and attentiveness made our stay truly enjoyable. On the first day of our arrival, and to our pleasant surprises, we had our room upgraded.
The staff was warm, friendly, and always ready to assist. We could feel the thoughtfulness and dedication in every interaction. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. The all in one standing heater made it especially cozy during the cool nights. We also loved the peaceful and scenic surroundings, with mountain views and the sounds of nature, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed the Chinese cuisine offered at the B&B. The steamed sturgeon fish was particularly delicious and fresh. The meals were well-prepared with quality ingredients, making every dining experience satisfying. The location is quite a distance away from the main attraction but still, the location was convenient and tranquil. Being away from the crowded tourist areas added to the overall peacefulness and comfort of our stay.
Linshuijian B&B provided us with a memorable and relaxing stay. With its excellent service, clean and cozy rooms, and delicious food, it is truly a great choice for travelers visiting Jiuzhaigou. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit! ⭐ Rating: 5/5 ⭐

Room has no heating function, but we could turn on the air- conditioning function to offset the low temperature and kept the room to a comfortable 25.5deg C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Added the conceirge on wechat and they constantly checked in on us to see if our needs were met. Breakfast was good with both international breakfast and local breakfast available. Will definitely stay at Conrad Jiuzhaigou again if we were to visit again.

GGuest UserI chose to stay in this hotel when I came to Jiuzhaigou. I highly recommend everyone to stay here! The first thing I want to praise is that the environment is really quiet. It is not facing the street. The surrounding environment and the large balcony are really good (pictures attached). We all had a good sleep at night! Moreover, the landlord was very welcoming. He reminded Li to take his bag and turned on the electric blanket in advance. He also helped to boil hot water so that Li could drink it in the room. It was really thoughtful! The hygiene is even better, very clean!

the wooden structure has a warmth feeling also smells excellent.

WWilliam(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night.
The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin.
This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem.
Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place:
1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture)
2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.)
3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.)
4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel.
5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem.
6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater.
Conclusion:
Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

GGuest UserThis stay was perfect! The room was spotless, the bed sheets were white and smooth, the bathroom mirror was shiny as new, and the toiletries were neatly arranged. Even mysophobes couldn't find fault with it! The most surprising thing was the excellent location. It only takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the entrance of the scenic spot, which is super convenient for sightseeing! The staff's service was even more considerate, from the enthusiastic check-in instructions at the front desk to the proactive help in planning the tour route. They were patient and meticulous throughout the whole process, and the favorability was directly maxed out! Next time I come to play, I will definitely choose this one, highly recommended!

HHebenhaimubuhuatiemuerHygiene: Quite disappointing. After checking in, I opened the quilt and found hair on the sheets, obviously the bedding had not been changed. I called the front desk, and a waiter came and changed the bedding without saying a word. No one expressed apology. When I checked out, the front desk asked me about my stay experience as usual. I said the bedding was not clean, and there was no response, just saying that this time they upgraded the room for you. I guess they knew this situation well.
Service: The porters in the concierge department were so stiff. When we were leaving the hotel, we dragged our luggage through the gate. A porter with glasses just looked at us and didn't even help open the door, let alone help with the luggage. The service attitude of the restaurant is very good, although the level of some details of the hot pot restaurant is at the level of a township economy hotel. Praise the service of the breakfast restaurant and Shunfeng Tea House.
Facilities: The rooms are all standard and there is no problem. Thanks to the front desk for upgrading the room when I checked in, the view is great. But the public areas were too cold, including the restaurant.
I will definitely choose another hotel next time.

VVùng Gió- I stayed at three hotels during my trip to China, and this is the only hotel where the staff always said hello whenever they saw us.
- There was a minor issue with the room amenities, but it was resolved quickly. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Jiuzhaigou and it's about an 8-minute taxi ride to the venue for Zhang Yimou's musical show.
- If you arrive by bus from Huanglongjiuhai Station, you can ask the bus to stop at Chengfeng Bus Stop. Cross the road and walk 200 meters to the right. Enter the gate, and the hotel is in the third building on the left.
- I would like to give 5 stars for the service and information guidance: the staff were always helpful, quick, and provided complete information. The prices were always cheaper than if I had bought them myself.
