GGuest UserStayed here recently and honestly… everything was super good. The view was next level — the kind you don’t get tired of even after staring at it for hours. Whether it was sunrise or night lights, it felt like a whole experience on its own. The service was equally impressive. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the stay comfortable. You can really feel the difference when a hotel goes the extra mile without you even asking. The environment was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully designed. It had that perfect balance of luxury and comfort — not too stiff, but still very premium. Overall, the experience was just amazing from start to finish. Smooth check-in, relaxing stay, and honestly didn’t feel like leaving. Definitely one of those places you’ll want to come back to again.

GGuest UserEnvironment: Nestled in the breathtaking mountains, this hotel is a perfect escape from the Chinese New Year crowds, offering peace and comfort. Right outside my window and door, there were endless mountain ranges. On sunny days, you could even catch a glimpse of the 'sunlit golden mountains' phenomenon, and on cloudy or overcast days, the misty mountain views were equally stunning. Service: This was absolutely the most commendable aspect. I've always believed that accommodation and service should go hand in hand, and this guesthouse truly delivered on every front. The housekeeper would message us daily, asking if we needed anything, and almost all our requests were met. They provided shuttle service to and from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and the breakfast selection each day was delicious and plentiful. We experienced ******* clothing, horseback riding, ******* tea, bonfire, and yak hotpot, and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. I personally recommend the yak hotpot – it was incredibly tasty! Hygienese: The room was clean and tidy. Every other day, they would proactively ask if we needed cleaning or replenishment of supplies. The cleanliness throughout the guesthouse premises was also exceptionally well-maintained. Facilities: The entire guesthouse had floor heating and humidifiers, and the rooms were largely automated. It's worth mentioning that the TV had VIP access, so we could enjoy binge-watching shows once we returned to the hotel in the evenings! Upon arrival, the housekeeper greeted us at the entrance with a Hada (a traditional ******* scarf), and upon check-out, they thoughtfully presented us with a special gift for our journey home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations; we were well-lodged and our hearts were warmed. Seeing the numerous awards displayed at the front desk, I thought to myself: 'Well deserved!' I also wish the guesthouse continued success. Tashi Delek! ❤️

GGuest UserEvery staff member was so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room size was perfect, and my favorite part was being able to lie in bed and watch the snow-capped mountains – pure bliss! Especially coming back exhausted in the evening and taking a bath, as they say in Sichuan, it was 'bashih de hen' (incredibly comfortable)! The Chinese food at the restaurant was also delicious! There was even a Guozhuang dance in the plaza, and plenty of places to eat nearby. 😎 All in all, for my three days and two nights in Jiuzhaigou, I can sum it up in one sentence: the Hilton stay was excellent, and I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserI forgot to take pictures of the hotel, but it really exceeded my expectations. First off, the location is great. It's easy to find, yet not directly on the main street so it's very quiet. Outside the hotel, you'll find supermarkets, bubble tea shops, and restaurants – everything you could need, right in Zangwang Plaza. If you're coming by high-speed rail, you can take a bus and get off at Zangwang Plaza; the hotel is less than a 4-minute walk from there. The hotel is also likely a 10-15 minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance (though the hotel actually offers a free shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou during the day). Secondly, the service is superb. The front desk staff are all incredibly friendly. Since I was traveling with family, on our third day we were heading to a new attraction by bus from the local bus station. I asked the front desk, and the staff even drove us to the bus station. Lastly, the cleanliness – the hotel's hygiene and amenities were all very clean.

Every detail exuded high quality – I'll definitely be back! And the complimentary travel photography package from the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was a one-on-one service from start to finish, with meticulous and thoughtful assistance from clothing selection to the actual shoot, and no hidden costs, which made the experience very reassuring. The photographer was excellent at guiding us without forcing poses, capturing our natural interactions in a dynamic and lively way, resulting in photos full of warmth. The makeup artist had great aesthetic judgment, creating exquisite yet natural looks suitable for various scenes. There was a wide selection of clean outfits. Communication was efficient, and the photo editing was precise according to our preferences, restoring our beauty while retaining natural details, and the film-like quality looked sophisticated and timeless. The photos were delivered quickly, and each one exceeded our expectations, perfectly capturing the romance and relaxed vibe of our trip. The value for money was outstanding – definitely the pinnacle of travel photography, and I've already recommended it to friends!

I usually struggle with sleep and was prepared to switch rooms if it wasn't quiet enough, but after just one night, I found the room to be incredibly peaceful and I slept wonderfully. The service at Yangqing is also excellent. They arranged a car to pick us up upon arrival in Jiuzhaigou and provided a complimentary drop-off at the scenic area in the morning. It's also super close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, which is incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, with great natural light and views. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety, and the service is warm and attentive. It's truly great value for money. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a very pleasant overall environment, nestled right at the foot of the mountain. The scenery on the drive up is, in my personal opinion, as breathtaking as Jiuzhaigou. We chose the 360-degree family room, and our child absolutely loved it. It's highly recommended for a vacation. We also tried mushroom picking, which I personally found quite enjoyable. 😁 The downside is that dining options weren't very convenient. While the hotel restaurant was spotless, the food was just average. However, that's acceptable, as nothing is ever completely perfect.

GGuest UserI have to commend the Vienna International Hotel Jiuzhaigou for its attention to detail! The room decor is simple yet elegant, with a sophisticated European style. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation and plenty of hot water, plus all the amenities you need. There's an affordable supermarket right outside with everything one could possibly need, which is incredibly useful in a high-altitude area. The housekeeping staff are very meticulous, tidying up neatly every day. The front desk is super responsive; whether I needed a charger or extra water bottles, they brought them right away. Every little touch shows care, making for a very comfortable stay. Even though it was incredibly busy during check-in, the front desk still took the time to thoroughly explain all the important tips, and I was really touched by their service attitude!

GGuest UserThe highlight of our stay was definitely the comfortable bed—the linen was incredibly soft. However, we did experience a few issues. The biggest concern was the heater/air-conditioner in the room, which didn’t seem to work properly. The room felt very boiling, and even after setting it to “cool,” it didn’t get any better and made weird noises, which made it uncomfortable through the night. We were also given a twin bed setup, considering we are couple purposes in our booking. It would have been nice if this had been confirmed with us in advance through the app. Additionally, the listing on Trip.com advertised hot spring amenities available all year round. However, upon arrival, we were informed that access depends on specific room types or that the public area was closed due to the cold season. This felt a bit misleading. On a positive note, breakfast and tea/coffee were provided in the lobby, which we appreciated.

The facilities are comprehensive, and the rooms are much more spacious than typical hostels. The common area is also exceptionally large, the biggest I've ever seen, perfect for relaxing and socializing while traveling. The owner is incredibly welcoming, not only providing disposable bath towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste but also thoughtfully explaining how to get to the Jiuzhaigou service area and bus station. You truly feel at home the moment you arrive. The environment is also fantastic, with the Baishui River right outside. Walking along the riverbank reveals a beautiful, natural scenic route with fresh air and the sound of flowing water. I even spotted a huge 'hornet's nest' on the cliff, which was quite interesting; future guests can check if my guess was right! With excellent service, great facilities, and high value for money, I highly recommend staying here whether you're traveling solo or with companions.
