Lovely and modern hotel undergoing extension. Location is a little further from JZG entrance compared to a few other hotels which the hotel makes up for it by ferrying guests to and from JZG entrance. Impeccable concierge 管家 ”小马‘’ whom I can contact when I needed help. Responded quickly via WeChat! Has an electric toilet flush system which falls short - squirts water whenever one sits on the bowl initially. A little frustrating! Staff tried to rectify by twisting the pipe but the solution was not satisfactory. Smart room managed by 小爱同学。。。 possibly the most interactive and smartest of all voice control ”smart” system out of 5 hotels I stayed at during this trip to China. Not perfect... but pretty good! Breakfast offered by hotel is buffet style! Good selection. Suitable for people who cannot have lactose. Chef also cooks a good selection of dishes if one has to dine in. Many good reasons to pick this hotel... certainly a lovely hotel that is modern. Execution and attention to detail by builders not the best - crooked toilet bowl, bathroom fixtures crooked... Might not be a big deal but makes it less aesthetic. It would be lovely if the hotel has a non- smoking policy throughout - considering health implications, pollution of a beautiful location and discomfort of non-smokers.

Good location, not far from the scenic area. Big hotel. Very good hospitality. We're specially assisted by Kevin during check in, and get room upgraded and free breakfast. Warmly greeted and escorted to room by Ze Wang, very helpful. Special thanks to both of them. Room is spacious with complete ammenities. Even get heating floor and fireplace. Also got welcome fruits and nice note. Breakfast has big variety of chinese (local) food and western food. Dining room is well decorated. We really enjoy our stay here. Will recommend friends to.stay here.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. At first glance, it is a stunning, quaint hotel. Even though there are numerous no smeking signs, people were still smoking in the hotel. The first morning, I woke up with a stuff nose and a headache, because I could smell the cigarette smoke via the air conditioning. Each rolm has a wonderful screen and projector, but it is not foreigner-friendly...you have to have an Iqiyi account to watch movies. There is also no way of connecting a laptop or USB to the projector. The bathtub was faulty and even though I asked staff two days in a row to fix it, it still was not fixed. The water was leaving through the plug as fast as I was pouring it into the bathtub. They suggested that I just keep running the water, they did not care that I was using an enormous amount of water, which is bad for the environment. They suggested that I take a bath with the plastic sweet provider, which I did out of desperation. But I almost slipped and fell, which is very dangerous, especially for older people. Something That I did not pick up from the description, was that this hotel had a restaurant that provider live entertainment every night, which was extremely loud. The first night, they were noisy until about 11pm. The breakfast was traditional, but people would smoke in the breakfast area, which made it really unpleasant. The location is great, just a short walk from the park's entrance and there are many restaurants around.

I participated in the first Jiuzhaigou cross-country race and stayed for four consecutive days. The geographical location is excellent for me. It is between the Meihua Holy Land and the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. 500 meters away is the Qianguqing, and there are many restaurants nearby. The breakfast is also rich. The most satisfactory thing is that the bedding is comfortable. A few suggestions: 1. When placing an order, the hotel has free scenic spot pick-up, but I didn’t use it. The waiter said that I didn’t make an appointment in advance, and I hope to take the initiative to mention it to the next guest. Because basically everyone who comes here will go to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, right? 2. I stayed for four days. It would be more perfect if the ground hygiene could be cleaned, even if it was only once. Overall, I am very satisfied

It is a homestay run by a family, and they do everything themselves. The decoration is very good and new (put into operation in July 24). The boss said that he invited a designer from Chengdu to design it. There is floor heating and a large bathing pool, which relieved our fatigue from the journey. The lighting design is also very good and reasonable, and there is a smart toilet, and the shower room can accommodate two people at the same time. The bedding is very comfortable, the linens are also very clean, and I fell asleep quickly. The service is also very good, basically responding to every request. It can be seen that the store is very ambitious and attentive. It is about 30-40 minutes drive from Jiuzhaigou scenic spot. The store will contact the vehicle, which is also very convenient. In short, it is a very satisfactory choice.

This a snugly, delightful and welcoming home-style hotel. Perfect for winter months, as the room is pleasantly comfortable has floor heating, has a fantastic shower where the water is hot, the beds and bedding are snug, parking is available and the general facilities are great. The rooms are cozy and hygienic, not a spot/ hair found on the white bedding, and bath towels were fresh and clean, with all noted products placed in the room. There was a bath and shower in the room I booked, with a cute little outside area in front of the door. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile by doing their best to assist with questions and giving assistance as needed. Translation services are used. I arrived at the hotel after 11pm and someone was there to receive me and help me order food. I was helped with advice about traveling, restaurants, bookings and even escorted to a yummy restaurant close by. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smart toilet, that flushes as soon as you sit down, and doesn't flush down everything. Breakfast is available at this hotel as well as drop off services, if the vehicle is available. There are also many shops and restaurants around, making it a convenient place to stay. There's a free treat to have photos taken in ******* style clothing, though I strongly recommend paying the cost effective fee (150 yuan) if you want better quality clothing to model in (greater variety to choose from), and have a lovely pictures taken. The hotel has stunning backdrops for these. Make up services (with some jewelry) is also available for the photo shoot. It's easily accessible as it’s very close to the hotel. ( 1.5 minute walk), and there’s a WeChat contact number to add, or the friendly hotel receptionists will arrange it for you quickly. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Oh! And the cute little tea set in the room (with bags of tea) was a lovely comfort after a long day of traveling. Fantastic hotel! Thanks ladies.

The hotel has a driver to pick you up at the entrance of the ditch. After getting off the car, it is like entering a paradise on earth, with fertile fields, beautiful ponds, roads and roads, and chickens and dogs chirping. We chose this hotel for our team building, and my colleagues all praised me for my good taste! The Tibetan-style hall is particularly suitable for taking group photos, and the ******* costume experience makes everyone instantly become the ”protagonist of a costume drama.” The room is clean and spacious, and the bathroom has a dry and wet separation design which is very thoughtful. The private hot spring room became a place for everyone to relax. After taking a bath, they would barbecue and play games together in the yard. The swings and slides made the team building full of childlike fun. The front desk service was super good. We could add dishes or borrow things at the last minute and it was handled immediately. This stay added a lot to the team building!
