They provided transportation services to and from Jiuzhaigou and other locations (within a 5 km radius), and even assisted with carrying our luggage upon arrival and departure. The room was impressively equipped with smart AI features, including the toilet, curtains, humidifier, TV and a water dispenser. The water dispenser which offers hot water at different temperatures, this was especially hygienic — it’s my first time seeing this in a hotel. They also shared useful tips on how to explore Jiuzhaigou efficiently which made our trip even smoother. One area for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options. Overall, I would recommend to stay here again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Jiuzhaigou.

GGuest UserEnvironment: Nestled in the breathtaking mountains, this hotel is a perfect escape from the Chinese New Year crowds, offering peace and comfort. Right outside my window and door, there were endless mountain ranges. On sunny days, you could even catch a glimpse of the 'sunlit golden mountains' phenomenon, and on cloudy or overcast days, the misty mountain views were equally stunning. Service: This was absolutely the most commendable aspect. I've always believed that accommodation and service should go hand in hand, and this guesthouse truly delivered on every front. The housekeeper would message us daily, asking if we needed anything, and almost all our requests were met. They provided shuttle service to and from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and the breakfast selection each day was delicious and plentiful. We experienced ******* clothing, horseback riding, ******* tea, bonfire, and yak hotpot, and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. I personally recommend the yak hotpot – it was incredibly tasty! Hygienese: The room was clean and tidy. Every other day, they would proactively ask if we needed cleaning or replenishment of supplies. The cleanliness throughout the guesthouse premises was also exceptionally well-maintained. Facilities: The entire guesthouse had floor heating and humidifiers, and the rooms were largely automated. It's worth mentioning that the TV had VIP access, so we could enjoy binge-watching shows once we returned to the hotel in the evenings! Upon arrival, the housekeeper greeted us at the entrance with a Hada (a traditional ******* scarf), and upon check-out, they thoughtfully presented us with a special gift for our journey home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations; we were well-lodged and our hearts were warmed. Seeing the numerous awards displayed at the front desk, I thought to myself: 'Well deserved!' I also wish the guesthouse continued success. Tashi Delek! ❤️

GGuest UserExcellent service at Hilton Resorts (Jiu Zhai Gou). Before we arrived, we were actually stucked due to a previous didi vehicle with flat tyre midway, which caused much anxiety whether we could view the nice view at the hotel. Unfortunately we missed the view at the hotel as it got dark. When we arrived, the place really nice and clean. We were greeted by staff Anna at the frontdesk who very clearly explained to us on the check in details, and when the sun would rise the next day. As we were going to Jiuzhaigou, she also very nicely helped us to arrange a driver for the next day, and explained that the luggage will be carried by the same driver. On the buffet, we also received 2 for 2 discount for the next breakfast given we had some uncertainty on whether all of us will be having breakfast. For dinner, she also recommended the hotel restaurant and what to order, giving us a member discount as well. Along the way, she very helpfully gave us updates and check in on us. We are very grateful to have Anna to support us in our stay, which made it bery pleasant! ☺️ The room also has really nice view and is clean, so highly recommend to pick one that has the pond view. Breakfast also has a good spread!

GGuest UserI forgot to take pictures of the hotel, but it really exceeded my expectations. First off, the location is great. It's easy to find, yet not directly on the main street so it's very quiet. Outside the hotel, you'll find supermarkets, bubble tea shops, and restaurants – everything you could need, right in Zangwang Plaza. If you're coming by high-speed rail, you can take a bus and get off at Zangwang Plaza; the hotel is less than a 4-minute walk from there. The hotel is also likely a 10-15 minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance (though the hotel actually offers a free shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou during the day). Secondly, the service is superb. The front desk staff are all incredibly friendly. Since I was traveling with family, on our third day we were heading to a new attraction by bus from the local bus station. I asked the front desk, and the staff even drove us to the bus station. Lastly, the cleanliness – the hotel's hygiene and amenities were all very clean.

GGuest UserOur stay at Conrad Jiuzhaigou was excellent overall. Upon arrival, the front desk surprised us with a complimentary suite upgrade. The suite was very spacious, with a well-designed separation between the living room and bedroom, and a balcony offering distant mountain views – it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel features a unique layout of independent villa-style buildings, providing great privacy. Guests are conveniently transported between the lobby and their rooms by shuttle. The architecture beautifully incorporates Amdo ******* cultural design elements, giving it an ancient yet elegant feel that harmonizes perfectly with the surrounding natural environment.

WwendyTraveling to Jiuzhaigou during the May Day holiday, I chose to stay at the Vienna International Hotel. It's only 4 kilometers from the scenic area, and they offer a free shuttle service in the morning, which saved us the hassle of finding a taxi – super convenient! The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful, proactively assisting us with arranging transportation. Any questions we had during our stay were answered immediately when we messaged them. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast spread was very diverse. In the evenings, you can also order yak hotpot and Sichuan cuisine, which was a nice touch.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a very pleasant overall environment, nestled right at the foot of the mountain. The scenery on the drive up is, in my personal opinion, as breathtaking as Jiuzhaigou. We chose the 360-degree family room, and our child absolutely loved it. It's highly recommended for a vacation. We also tried mushroom picking, which I personally found quite enjoyable. 😁 The downside is that dining options weren't very convenient. While the hotel restaurant was spotless, the food was just average. However, that's acceptable, as nothing is ever completely perfect.

The room was clean and tidy, with well-executed Tibetan-style decor. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with stable hot water. The staff were gentle and efficient. The 'Forest Lobby Bar' was a favorite for the whole family; sunlight streamed in, making it warm and inviting. The kids played nearby while the adults relaxed and chatted. Breakfast was also plentiful, featuring local specialties like ******* butter tea and highland barley cakes.

MM530497****Absolutely fantastic! We stayed for two nights. It seems newly renovated and has a much better ambiance than other B&Bs nearby – felt like a real steal! I don't think there's an elevator, which is why we chose a first-floor room. We could easily get shuttled to and from the scenic area both morning and evening. It was very quiet at night, and there's a delicious beef noodle restaurant nearby. Super satisfied!
