Family Friendly Hotels in Jiuzhaigou

Second time staying in the resort. Same great experience, hotel staffs are amazing,they welcome you right after you enter the hotel lobby with a great smile and friendly attitude. They do have this 小管家- 小谭. A very helpful young guy, even send us to our room doorstep. Will definitely stay again looking at its convenient location. Restaurants are just beside, and it is very near to the JiuZhaiGou Scenic spot.

Booked a suite room for a family of four, room was pretty cramp & lacking in terms of amenities (e.g. no wardrobe to hang clothes, had to place our luggage on the sofa as there wasn't enough space) We checked-in during the late evening, and wanted to watch TV via their projector - however, the power wasn't plugged in & as the power source was on the ceiling it was incredibly difficult to reach (even the staff that came to help was wondering who plugged it out & tried to help us). Breakfast selection was alright for a short stay. Staff was friendly & service was good as well. 5mins drive from the hotel to 九寨沟 scenic area.

Good location, not far from the scenic area. Big hotel. Very good hospitality. We're specially assisted by Kevin during check in, and get room upgraded and free breakfast. Warmly greeted and escorted to room by Ze Wang, very helpful. Special thanks to both of them. Room is spacious with complete ammenities. Even get heating floor and fireplace. Also got welcome fruits and nice note. Breakfast has big variety of chinese (local) food and western food. Dining room is well decorated. We really enjoy our stay here. Will recommend friends to.stay here.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Everything was superb—spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding service. To our surprise, we even got a complimentary supper, which was a delightful bonus. The attention to detail and overall comfort made our stay truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

Stayed up late and watched the hotel for two days. Finally chose this one. At first I saw some evaluations that were not very good, and I was a little worried. The result is that I have been worried. All aspects of health are very good. The 11th sister at the front desk also has a driver master who picks up and drops off, very very enthusiastic. This is the cleanest and latest hotel within 5 kilometers. Open the window is the mountain. Too healing. Anyway, there is a shuttle service, and it is no different to live near and far. I usually go out and basically stay in a five-star hotel. The Licheng Garden Hotel is really amazing. Absolutely full marks.

The boss sister was super nice. She treated us to butter tea and drove us to the scenic spot. The butter tea tasted very special. Northern children were not used to it at first, but it tasted really mellow and more authentic than other places. She also recommended a very good ******* restaurant to us, and we had a great time eating there! There were cats in the yard that you could pet at will, and cat lovers would be satisfied! The most clingy Toffee, the most handsome Chou Chou, the coolest Niuniu, the beautiful Huanhuan, the cute Huang Doudou, and a bunch of cute little ones that I didn't have time to pet, you are the first happiness I felt after coming to Jiuzhaigou. Let's meet again on the next vacation!

This stay really surprised me! Due to the lack of room types, the hotel not only took the initiative to upgrade the room for free, but also sincerely apologized, and the service attitude was full! The newly renovated hotel has an elegant environment, advanced facilities and clean, and intelligent design makes the stay experience more comfortable. What is even more impressive is the enthusiasm of the staff from check-in to check-out, every employee is smiling and attentive, making people feel warm. The homestay is very convenient right next to Qianguqing. The boss is a handsome soldier, very enthusiastic, and his service attitude is super good. He ran a long way to pick up our luggage, which was very touching~ Each bed is equipped with an electric blanket, and the ******* food recommended by him is also very nice~ The next morning, he asked his father to take us to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area 👍🏻. The whole family is very enthusiastic

It is a homestay run by a family, and they do everything themselves. The decoration is very good and new (put into operation in July 24). The boss said that he invited a designer from Chengdu to design it. There is floor heating and a large bathing pool, which relieved our fatigue from the journey. The lighting design is also very good and reasonable, and there is a smart toilet, and the shower room can accommodate two people at the same time. The bedding is very comfortable, the linens are also very clean, and I fell asleep quickly. The service is also very good, basically responding to every request. It can be seen that the store is very ambitious and attentive. It is about 30-40 minutes drive from Jiuzhaigou scenic spot. The store will contact the vehicle, which is also very convenient. In short, it is a very satisfactory choice.

This a snugly, delightful and welcoming home-style hotel. Perfect for winter months, as the room is pleasantly comfortable has floor heating, has a fantastic shower where the water is hot, the beds and bedding are snug, parking is available and the general facilities are great. The rooms are cozy and hygienic, not a spot/ hair found on the white bedding, and bath towels were fresh and clean, with all noted products placed in the room. There was a bath and shower in the room I booked, with a cute little outside area in front of the door. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile by doing their best to assist with questions and giving assistance as needed. Translation services are used. I arrived at the hotel after 11pm and someone was there to receive me and help me order food. I was helped with advice about traveling, restaurants, bookings and even escorted to a yummy restaurant close by. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smart toilet, that flushes as soon as you sit down, and doesn't flush down everything. Breakfast is available at this hotel as well as drop off services, if the vehicle is available. There are also many shops and restaurants around, making it a convenient place to stay. There's a free treat to have photos taken in ******* style clothing, though I strongly recommend paying the cost effective fee (150 yuan) if you want better quality clothing to model in (greater variety to choose from), and have a lovely pictures taken. The hotel has stunning backdrops for these. Make up services (with some jewelry) is also available for the photo shoot. It's easily accessible as it’s very close to the hotel. ( 1.5 minute walk), and there’s a WeChat contact number to add, or the friendly hotel receptionists will arrange it for you quickly. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Oh! And the cute little tea set in the room (with bags of tea) was a lovely comfort after a long day of traveling. Fantastic hotel! Thanks ladies.
