AAdeline YHotel staff reached out even before trip via wechat, and we were able to stay in touch the whole time. Due to an injury and altitude sickness on the way, we were delayed and needed assistance when we arrived. Everyone was so kind and they even gave us a mountain climbing stick (left by another guest) to get around. They also arranged transport and accompaniment to the local hospital. We felt very well taken care of during the trip, and also loved all the food at the hotel - a good thing, as nothing else is available in the area because it is too far from the town. The cooking is superb - portions are huge sharing ones so the price is reasonable. Breakfast is epic. Grounds of the hotel are fun to explore - some cultural activities and little animals in the mini zoo which featured an ostrich! Yaks roamed outside the zoo while we were there. The little pond is home to geese and ducks. The kids loved it! We visited during the low season and our room was upgraded - this is the nicest room in the hotel. There was a Chinese version of Siri which we couldnt get to work, and also heated flooring. Would love to come back in another season to see the greenery, but this was a nice holiday.

NNanguajiangExtremely satisfied! They provided a lot of help with our pre-trip inquiries for our road trip and also assisted with booking a chartered car for airport/station transfers. On our last day, we checked out very early and they even packed us breakfast, heating up the milk for us – truly amazing! The room was also very clean. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe environment is beautiful and there are few people. There's a dedicated shuttle service and many unique activities like Thangka painting, incense making, ******* clothing try-on, and horseback riding. There's also a little dog named Huahua in the lobby who is super well-behaved and friendly. The food is excellent and the service is superb. There's free coffee, and if you miss breakfast, they'll deliver it to your room. On our check-out day, we hadn't planned for lunch, but they still made us free noodles. It's incredibly humane and warm, providing great emotional value. Highly recommended if your budget allows. I'm actually a lazy person and never write reviews proactively, but I truly feel this place was worth every penny.

GGuest UserExceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom and all the necessary disposable amenities. The front desk service was fantastic. They even offered a complimentary pickup service from Jiuzhaigou and a ride to the scenic area in a Mercedes van. There were welcome fruits, and I could adjust the A/C temperature myself. They also provided fruits and bottled water. It was quiet, with a beautiful and elegant environment. Plus, there were ******* costumes in the lobby for photo opportunities!

KKarie YongThe B&B is right opposite 'Qian Gu Qing' (Romance Park), which is super convenient, and there are tons of food options all along the street. While it's a bit of a distance from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, the owner arranges transfers, which is really helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. My favorite part was definitely the dogs and cats at the property – they're incredibly friendly and adorable! Every day, I'd head straight to pet them when I got back to the B&B; it was so therapeutic 🥹 Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jiuzhaigou!

GGuest UserI'm not a shill, this is a genuine review. The guesthouse has a great location. If you take the Jiuzhai tour bus, you can get off at Zangwang Station and it's a two-minute walk from there. The surrounding area is bustling with amenities like KFC and Starbucks. It's also very close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, about a 15-minute walk. The room was clean and tidy, with complimentary snacks and fruit, and disposable bath towels and face towels. There's a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak or foot bath after exploring the scenic area. The bed and duvet were very comfortable. The staff were warm and polite.

The public sanitation is very clean, parking is available inside and outside the park, and there are new energy charging piles. The owner is warm and considerate. I recommend everyone to stay in this inn.

MM530497****Absolutely fantastic! We stayed for two nights. It seems newly renovated and has a much better ambiance than other B&Bs nearby – felt like a real steal! I don't think there's an elevator, which is why we chose a first-floor room. We could easily get shuttled to and from the scenic area both morning and evening. It was very quiet at night, and there's a delicious beef noodle restaurant nearby. Super satisfied!

YYouyujiuhuibaibeiiWhat impressed me most was how incredibly warm and helpful the owner was, and the lovely young lady at the front desk was just as enthusiastic. The service was spot-on. I stayed for two nights, and she had a smile on her face the whole time. I rambled on quite a bit, but she just kept smiling and responding, which was really heartwarming ❤️. The hostel faces a river, which looks quite pretty at night, haha. They even have Dyson hairdryers! The bed was wide, and the duvet was super comfy; there was no feeling of dampness at all. There's air conditioning in the room, and on the first floor, there are separate tables, chairs, and sofas where you can eat or read. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, plus convenience stores and breakfast places. It's about 2km from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and you can walk along the river for 20-30 minutes to get there. The walk is quite enjoyable, so I highly recommend going on foot instead of taking a taxi. Oh, and there are two little dogs at the hostel! They're absolutely adorable and don't bite. If you stay here, you can play with them for a bit – they feel like fleece, haha.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Tea Horse Ancient Road Hotel in Jiuzhaigou. The location is excellent—only a 5–10 minute walk to Jiuzhaigou National Park, making it very convenient for visiting the scenic area. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel has an elevator, which is a big plus, especially if you are traveling with luggage. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including bath gel, shampoo, disposable toothbrushes, disposable bath and face towels, and slippers. What made the stay even better was the owner, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. They were always willing to assist and made me feel at home. Overall, this is a great hotel with an unbeatable location, excellent amenities, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.
