AAdeline YHotel staff reached out even before trip via wechat, and we were able to stay in touch the whole time. Due to an injury and altitude sickness on the way, we were delayed and needed assistance when we arrived. Everyone was so kind and they even gave us a mountain climbing stick (left by another guest) to get around. They also arranged transport and accompaniment to the local hospital.
We felt very well taken care of during the trip, and also loved all the food at the hotel - a good thing, as nothing else is available in the area because it is too far from the town. The cooking is superb - portions are huge sharing ones so the price is reasonable. Breakfast is epic.
Grounds of the hotel are fun to explore - some cultural activities and little animals in the mini zoo which featured an ostrich! Yaks roamed outside the zoo while we were there. The little pond is home to geese and ducks. The kids loved it!
We visited during the low season and our room was upgraded - this is the nicest room in the hotel. There was a Chinese version of Siri which we couldnt get to work, and also heated flooring. Would love to come back in another season to see the greenery, but this was a nice holiday.

GGuest UserA truly satisfying stay, highly recommended! The hotel isn't very large, but it's a charming Tibetan-style courtyard, tucked away from the main street, making it incredibly quiet. The room was spacious, equipped with both underfloor heating and air conditioning, and was spotlessly clean and tidy. They even thoughtfully provided a foot-soaking tub. The owner was wonderful, so enthusiastic about picking us up, dropping us off, recommending restaurants, booking show tickets, and arranging transportation. We even spent an evening chatting over tea in the tea room, which was so cozy. I absolutely adored the two hotel cats; petting them was incredibly relaxing. This was definitely a wise choice for our two-day trip to Jiuzhaigou!

GGuest UserThe environment is beautiful and there are few people. There's a dedicated shuttle service and many unique activities like Thangka painting, incense making, ******* clothing try-on, and horseback riding. There's also a little dog named Huahua in the lobby who is super well-behaved and friendly. The food is excellent and the service is superb. There's free coffee, and if you miss breakfast, they'll deliver it to your room. On our check-out day, we hadn't planned for lunch, but they still made us free noodles. It's incredibly humane and warm, providing great emotional value. Highly recommended if your budget allows. I'm actually a lazy person and never write reviews proactively, but I truly feel this place was worth every penny.

GGuest UserOn a business trip to Chengdu, I decided to take a spontaneous trip to Jiuzhaigou. I got off the high-speed train in a T-shirt and shorts and was absolutely freezing. After the hotel arranged a business car to pick me up, the owner personally drove me to buy clothes and a windbreaker. He even picked me up again after I finished eating and took me back to the hotel. This level of service was incredibly thoughtful! I'd love to go back again.

WWEENLAANThis guesthouse is amazing! The location is convenient, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The highlight for me were the two super cute cats – so affectionate and gentle, they're definitely a huge bonus. The staff were incredibly thoughtful, and staying here made my Jiuzhaigou trip so much better. The guesthouse itself has a fantastic vibe, clean, comfy, and quiet. Half the joy of my Jiuzhaigou trip came from the beautiful scenery, and the other half came from these wonderful cats!

GGuest UserBooked this guesthouse last minute and the environment was really nice. It even had a bathtub so I could take a relaxing bath. We arrived quite late in Jiuzhaigou and left early the next morning, so we didn't spend much time there, but I definitely got some good rest. It's super convenient to buy food and drinks nearby, and it's quiet at night. Plus, it's only a ten-minute walk to the scenic area entrance.

MM530497****Absolutely fantastic! We stayed for two nights. It seems newly renovated and has a much better ambiance than other B&Bs nearby – felt like a real steal! I don't think there's an elevator, which is why we chose a first-floor room. We could easily get shuttled to and from the scenic area both morning and evening. It was very quiet at night, and there's a delicious beef noodle restaurant nearby. Super satisfied!

The public sanitation is very clean, parking is available inside and outside the park, and there are new energy charging piles. The owner is warm and considerate. I recommend everyone to stay in this inn.

The surrounding environment felt visually composed, integrating river adjacency, mountainous topography, and proximate dining establishments, that could contribute to a calm and spatially coherent setting. The stay took place from 3 April to 4 April (one night). The room configuration (four women) could enable clear individual spatial demarcation, with beds, storage, and circulation zones arranged in a structured and accessible manner.
Furthermore, cleanliness standards remained at a consistent, baseline operational level, with sanitary facilities (toilet and washroom) presenting an elevated standard of hygiene. Bathrooms were well-maintained, and the inclusion of a good performance hair dryer (Dyson) introduced a degree of functional refinement not typically associated with the accommodation tier. Service interaction at the reception was attentive and accommodating disposition. The surrounding micro-environment provided immediate access to small-scale dining establishments, convenience retail, and riverside pedestrian pathways, that could support short-duration logistical needs.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and well-soundproofed. It's about a fifteen-minute walk to the ticket gate, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs. The hotel has convenient parking, and the owner is very friendly. They even provide disposable towels and toilet seat covers. This hotel offers excellent value for money!
