I was very disappointed with this hotel. At first glance, it is a stunning, quaint hotel. Even though there are numerous no smeking signs, people were still smoking in the hotel. The first morning, I woke up with a stuff nose and a headache, because I could smell the cigarette smoke via the air conditioning. Each rolm has a wonderful screen and projector, but it is not foreigner-friendly...you have to have an Iqiyi account to watch movies. There is also no way of connecting a laptop or USB to the projector. The bathtub was faulty and even though I asked staff two days in a row to fix it, it still was not fixed. The water was leaving through the plug as fast as I was pouring it into the bathtub. They suggested that I just keep running the water, they did not care that I was using an enormous amount of water, which is bad for the environment. They suggested that I take a bath with the plastic sweet provider, which I did out of desperation. But I almost slipped and fell, which is very dangerous, especially for older people. Something That I did not pick up from the description, was that this hotel had a restaurant that provider live entertainment every night, which was extremely loud. The first night, they were noisy until about 11pm. The breakfast was traditional, but people would smoke in the breakfast area, which made it really unpleasant. The location is great, just a short walk from the park's entrance and there are many restaurants around.

Service: The best part 👍🏻, the service is comparable to Haidilao, super humanized. Every time I return to the hotel, I feel like I'm home. The boss lady will say hello 🙋♀️ and invite me to eat their snacks. If your camera charger cannot be used in the room, you can charge it at the front desk. The most important thing: provide pick-up and drop-off services between Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area and the hotel according to your time and needs. When you want to go, take a car. When you want to come back, just make a phone call and the driver will pick you up. The service vehicle is super large, super praise! Environment: Super good, a hotel with a sense of design. When you enter the door, the sun shines in the lobby and you feel like you're home! I like the step design at the entrance, which is embedded and super warm! The air is fresh in the mountains, and the surrounding facilities are also complete. There is a breakfast shop and a Niu Erxian beef and mutton soup pot shop next to it. They are all delicious! ! Recommended! ! Hygiene: Very clean, cleaned every day, and fully equipped with disposable towels, bath towels, toilet mats, you can take them on demand, very reassuring! In summary, I even feel that the scenery of Jiuzhaigou is not as beautiful as the simple people here😂 I have gained a lot of warmth and beauty when I came here I highly recommend everyone to stay in this store when visiting Jiuzhaigou.㊗️The store is doing a booming business and making a lot of money!!

When I first arrived at the hotel, there was a little accident due to communication problems, but the boss came out to solve it in time and his attitude in handling the problem was very good. As for the hotel facilities and environment, it is similar to hotels that cost 500 or 600 yuan, clean and sanitary, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. It is very quiet. I will book here again next time.

The hotel is about a few kilometers away from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. It costs about 20 yuan to take a taxi. The hotel has its own parking lot and it is very convenient to take a Didi taxi. It is a newly opened hotel with newer facilities. It is also quieter than the hotels at the entrance of the gorge. There are many restaurants opposite the hotel, which is convenient for eating and shopping. It takes only three or four minutes to walk to Jiuzhaigou Qianguqing. I personally feel it is more comfortable than staying at the entrance of the gorge

The boss sister was super nice. She treated us to butter tea and drove us to the scenic spot. The butter tea tasted very special. Northern children were not used to it at first, but it tasted really mellow and more authentic than other places. She also recommended a very good ******* restaurant to us, and we had a great time eating there! There were cats in the yard that you could pet at will, and cat lovers would be satisfied! The most clingy Toffee, the most handsome Chou Chou, the coolest Niuniu, the beautiful Huanhuan, the cute Huang Doudou, and a bunch of cute little ones that I didn't have time to pet, you are the first happiness I felt after coming to Jiuzhaigou.
