Check-in was smooth and easy. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Our butler, Mr. Xiao Han, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He gave us helpful recommendations on places to visit in Jiuzhaigou National Park, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful time staying here and would highly recommend this hotel.

Booked a suite room for a family of four, room was pretty cramp & lacking in terms of amenities (e.g. no wardrobe to hang clothes, had to place our luggage on the sofa as there wasn't enough space) We checked-in during the late evening, and wanted to watch TV via their projector - however, the power wasn't plugged in & as the power source was on the ceiling it was incredibly difficult to reach (even the staff that came to help was wondering who plugged it out & tried to help us). Breakfast selection was alright for a short stay. Staff was friendly & service was good as well. 5mins drive from the hotel to 九寨沟 scenic area.

It is a Tibetan-style single-family house built by local residents. The house is not high and does not have many rooms, but it also has an elevator. I have to say that the Tibetan-style decoration looks exquisite and luxurious. The carved beams and painted pillars are all made of wood, which makes it very comfortable to look at. The whole house is smart, which is very convenient. You can even take a bath after a tiring day. The breakfast and dinner provided are very convenient. The dinner is yak hot pot. There is no need to order, it is directly matched per person. The flavor plate is a sesame oil plate, which is quite comfortable to eat.

Thank you to the two sisters managing this hotel! They are ever helpful and friendly, and they make sure everyone has a good experience. The rooms were clean and the bed and pillow were comfortable. The hot water for the shower was constant and had good pressure, but sometimes it would suddenly change from hot to very hot. The location is not within walking distance to Jiuzhaigou, but there is complimentary chauffeur service which helped a lot. Breakfast was Chinese food, there was quite a variety though it didn’t change much from day to day. I also liked the traditional costumes that we can try on for free.
