Second time staying in the resort. Same great experience, hotel staffs are amazing,they welcome you right after you enter the hotel lobby with a great smile and friendly attitude. They do have this 小管家- 小谭. A very helpful young guy, even send us to our room doorstep. Will definitely stay again looking at its convenient location. Restaurants are just beside, and it is very near to the JiuZhaiGou Scenic spot.

Booked a suite room for a family of four, room was pretty cramp & lacking in terms of amenities (e.g. no wardrobe to hang clothes, had to place our luggage on the sofa as there wasn't enough space) We checked-in during the late evening, and wanted to watch TV via their projector - however, the power wasn't plugged in & as the power source was on the ceiling it was incredibly difficult to reach (even the staff that came to help was wondering who plugged it out & tried to help us). Breakfast selection was alright for a short stay. Staff was friendly & service was good as well. 5mins drive from the hotel to 九寨沟 scenic area.

I went to the hotel in the off-season in winter, and saw the signs in the past. The environment was good and quiet. But one thing, TV is very stuck, the only place to spit. There is nothing wrong with the rest, don't worry, although I can't see the TV card, I will still give it five stars.😁

The environment is not bad. The boss and the proprietress are also very enthusiastic. The bosses in and out of the scenic spot drive to pick up and drop off. The portion of the hotel is also very sufficient (because I can’t finish it alone) and the free experience of Tibetan clothes is very good. The details are that the hotel's signboard is in the following house, which is hard to find. The room said that it was fully intelligent voice control. The result was not because it was not installed. The bath was not equipped with sandals and slippers. The sanitation was not thorough. The big bathtub and the hair faucet had a silk screen. It was the afternoon when I went there, so there was a decoration house nearby during the day. It would be a bit noisy.

Beautiful environment, good location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, enthusiastic service staff, will contact us in advance to ask for our requirements, will explain the route, very thoughtful service, always pay attention to our needs, happy to provide all kinds of help, rich breakfast. The facilities are very user-friendly, the network high-speed signal is good, Jiuzhaigou is really beautiful, good value for money, I will stay here next time

Great stay, friendly hosts, free shuttle to Jiuzhaigou scenic area both ways, great breakfasts, a cozy café and a restaurant downstairs. We tried the yak hotpot, the ******* tea and the yak yogurt and it tasted great. The service was a big long and we were sad that there was no rice anymore, but that is okay. The room was very good. The bed was wide and comfortable, the shower was hot, we even had a slight mountain view! We stayed for two nights. It was in a walkable distance from the scenic area. There were plenty of restaurants around but we haven't tried them.

The breakfast was very good, the soy milk was freshly made by the soy milk machine, and the milk was Mengniu. I wanted to drink hot milk, and the girl at the front desk helped me heat it up. The steamed buns were especially delicious, and there were sweet potatoes. The only drawback was that the quilt was a bit thick, and when I asked the boss, he said it was specially made by weight. Finally, I want to talk about the terrace, where you can have a few night beers with friends.
